本发明涉及航空技术领域,特别是涉及一种重力式航空机舱防斜滑式高箱锁定机构。它由柜体、高箱、转轴、磁铁片、铁块、套壳、抽屉底板、挡片和拉手构成。柜体和抽屉底板构成抽屉腔,高箱处于抽屉腔中。在抽屉底板的外端面上有一对转轴,每个转轴穿过一个挡片的通孔并与挡片成旋转动配合关系。每个挡片的转轴和铁块的轴心距等于转轴和转轴外侧的磁铁片的轴心距,挡片的宽度以及套壳的外直径均小于抽屉底板的厚度。本发明的挡片对高箱的锁定状态的保持是通过铁块的重力作用使挡片保持竖直状态来实现对高箱的锁定,具有较高的可靠性和持久性。

技术领域
本发明涉及航空技术领域,特别是涉及一种重力式航空机舱防斜滑式高箱锁定机构。
背景技术
现有的民航客机的紧急逃生通道侧设置了集餐车、储物柜及文件柜为一体的金属组合柜。在组合柜的顶部都设置有用于存放不常用物品的高箱。为了便于取下,这些高箱与组合柜的结合方式都采用的抽屉式结构,为固定高箱,组合柜的外边缘处设置有一端带有转轴的挡片,转轴与组合柜固定,挡片可绕转轴旋转。平时,挡片被旋转到竖直方向,以防止高箱滑动;需取用高箱时,将挡片旋转到水平状态。但上述挡片仅仅依靠其与转轴之间的静摩擦力来达到其所处竖直或水平状态的固定。这样的方案具有以下技术缺陷:
挡片长期反复绕转轴转动会导致二者相互的磨损,长期的磨损会降低二者之间的摩擦力,从而会降低挡片的稳定性。飞机在起飞过程中会发生较为剧烈的高频振动,在这种振动下,挡片在其自身重力作用下会绕转轴往水平方向旋转,而飞机起飞过程中机身整体具有较大的倾斜角,一旦挡片自身旋转到水平方向,其阻挡作用消失,高箱在其重力作用下会从组合柜中滑出并撞击在机舱地面上,这样的事故一方面会对机舱和高箱造成损坏,另一方面若是高箱砸到乘务员或乘客会造成更为严重的伤害。
发明内容
本发明为解决现有技术的不足,提供一种既具有较高稳定性、使挡片的锁定状态不受飞机振动的影响,又能够使乘务员非常方便地改变挡片所处锁定状态的重力式航空机舱防斜滑式高箱锁定机构。
解决本发明技术问题的方案是:
重力式航空机舱防斜滑式高箱锁定机构由柜体、高箱、转轴、磁铁片、铁块、套壳、抽屉底板、挡片和拉手构成。
柜体、高箱和抽屉底板均由铝合金材料制成。柜体和处于柜体内水平设置的抽屉底板构成一个立方形的抽屉腔,立方形的高箱处于所述抽屉腔中,高箱与抽屉腔成动配合关系,高箱的长度与抽屉腔的深度相等。高箱的顶面与所述抽屉腔的内顶面之间留有一段距离,此距离为高箱的高度的1/5-1/4。高箱的外侧面的底部设有与高箱连接为一体的拉手。在抽屉底板的外端面上有一对与抽屉底板为一整体的转轴,在抽屉底板的外端面上还有一对镶嵌并固定于抽屉底板上的磁铁片。两转轴和两磁铁片的圆心处于同一条水平线上,所述水平线为的外端面的横向中线。两转轴处于两磁铁片之间。挡片是材质为轻质工程塑料的条形体,挡片的中部有一通孔,挡片的一端有与挡片为一整体的圆筒形的套壳,套壳内有与套壳成紧配合关系的圆柱形的铁块。每个转轴穿过一个挡片的通孔并与挡片成旋转动配合关系,转轴外端的圆环形凸起将挡片在转轴的轴向位置固定。挡片、铁块和套壳三者朝向抽屉底板的一面均在同一个竖直平面上。每个挡片的转轴和铁块的轴心距等于转轴和转轴外侧的磁铁片的轴心距。挡片的宽度以及套壳的外直径均小于抽屉底板的厚度。
当高箱处于抽屉腔中的时候,两挡片分别在铁块的重力作用下保持竖直状态并将高箱阻挡在抽屉腔内。当乘务员需要将高箱取下时,只需分别将两挡片分别绕转轴旋转至水平状态,此时,铁块被磁铁片吸引并固定,挡片的水平状态被固定。此时,乘务员可顺利将高箱从抽屉腔中抽出。当高箱被放回抽屉腔内以后,只需用手指拨动每个挡片的铁块,使铁块与磁铁片分离,铁块在重力作用下又重新使挡片保持竖直状态并将高箱锁定。
采用上述方案,与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下显著进步:
1.由于本发明的挡片对高箱的锁定状态的保持并不是像现有技术那样通过转轴与挡片的摩擦力来实现,而是通过铁块的重力作用使挡片保持竖直状态来实现对高箱的锁定,这样的锁定状态不因飞机机身的高频振动而消失,也不会因为挡片与转轴之间的反复摩擦而减弱,因此具有较高的可靠性和持久性。
2.由于本发明通过磁铁片对铁块的吸引来实现锁定功能的解除,操作起来十分方便。
3.由于高箱的顶面与所述抽屉腔的内顶面之间留有一段距离,这样可供个子不够高的乘务员在取用高箱时,以一定的倾斜度将高箱拖出,与现有技术相比,起到了更加省力的效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
重力式航空机舱防斜滑式高箱锁定机构由柜体1、高箱2、转轴3、磁铁片4、铁块5、套壳6、抽屉底板7、挡片8和拉手9构成。
柜体1、高箱2和抽屉底板7均由铝合金材料制成。柜体1和处于柜体1内水平设置的抽屉底板7构成一个立方形的抽屉腔,立方形的高箱2处于所述抽屉腔中,高箱2与抽屉腔成动配合关系,高箱2的长度与抽屉腔的深度相等。高箱2的顶面与所述抽屉腔的内顶面之间留有一段距离,此距离为高箱2的高度的1/5-1/4。高箱2的外侧面的底部设有与高箱2连接为一体的拉手9。在抽屉底板7的外端面上有一对与抽屉底板7为一整体的转轴3,在抽屉底板7的外端面上还有一对镶嵌并固定于抽屉底板7上的磁铁片4。两转轴3和两磁铁片4的圆心处于同一条水平线上,所述水平线为7的外端面的横向中线。两转轴3处于两磁铁片4之间。挡片8是材质为轻质工程塑料的条形体,挡片8的中部有一通孔,挡片8的一端有与挡片8为一整体的圆筒形的套壳6,套壳6内有与套壳6成紧配合关系的圆柱形的铁块5。每个转轴3穿过一个挡片8的通孔并与挡片8成旋转动配合关系,转轴3外端的圆环形凸起将挡片8在转轴3的轴向位置固定。挡片8、铁块5和套壳6三者朝向抽屉底板7的一面均在同一个竖直平面上。每个挡片8的转轴3和铁块5的轴心距等于转轴3和转轴3外侧的磁铁片4的轴心距。挡片8的宽度以及套壳6的外直径均小于抽屉底板7的厚度。
当高箱2处于抽屉腔中的时候,两挡片8分别在铁块5的重力作用下保持竖直状态并将高箱2阻挡在抽屉腔内。当乘务员需要将高箱取下时,只需分别将两挡片8分别绕转轴3旋转至水平状态,此时,铁块5被磁铁片4吸引并固定,挡片8的水平状态被固定。此时,乘务员可顺利将高箱2从抽屉腔中抽出。当高箱2被放回抽屉腔内以后,只需用手指拨动每个挡片8的铁块5,使铁块5与磁铁片4分离,铁块5在重力作用下又重新使挡片8保持竖直状态并将高箱2锁定。

1.一种重力式航空机舱防斜滑式高箱锁定机构,由柜体、高箱、转轴、磁铁片、铁块、套壳、抽屉底板、挡片和拉手构成,其特征是:柜体、高箱和抽屉底板均由铝合金材料制成,柜体和处于柜体内水平设置的抽屉底板构成一个立方形的抽屉腔,立方形的高箱处于所述抽屉腔中,高箱与抽屉腔成动配合关系,高箱的长度与抽屉腔的深度相等,高箱的顶面与所述抽屉腔的内顶面之间留有一段距离,此距离为高箱的高度的1/5-1/4,高箱的外侧面的底部设有与高箱连接为一体的拉手,在抽屉底板的外端面上有一对与抽屉底板为一整体的转轴,在抽屉底板的外端面上还有一对镶嵌并固定于抽屉底板上的磁铁片,两转轴和两磁铁片的圆心处于同一条水平线上,所述水平线为的外端面的横向中线,两转轴处于两磁铁片之间,挡片是材质为轻质工程塑料的条形体,挡片的中部有一通孔,挡片的一端有与挡片为一整体的圆筒形的套壳,套壳内有与套壳成紧配合关系的圆柱形的铁块,每个转轴穿过一个挡片的通孔并与挡片成旋转动配合关系,转轴外端的圆环形凸起将挡片在转轴的轴向位置固定,挡片、铁块和套壳三者朝向抽屉底板的一面均在同一个竖直平面上,每个挡片的转轴和铁块的轴心距等于转轴和转轴外侧的磁铁片的轴心距,挡片的宽度以及套壳的外直径均小于抽屉底板的厚度。
