本发明公开了一种喷枪固定架，其特征是，包含一底架，所述底架上设有多个插槽，所述插槽内设置圆环状的环架，沿所述环架圆周上设有可沿环架圆周移动的活动架。本发明的喷枪固定架，通过调节喷枪固定架上的喷枪架和环架位置可以调节调节喷枪喷射角度和喷枪固定位置，可针对不同车型、不同结构形状的密封条需要的喷射位置喷射离子焰，具有更好地通用性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种喷枪固定架,尤其涉及一种用于对密封条喷射离子焰的喷枪的固定架。
背景技术
汽车车窗密封条、装饰条在生产过程中，通常由挤出机挤出后经过定型、涂胶、植绒、绒毛固化几个主要步骤后形成密封条成品。在对挤出条涂胶之前，需要将挤出条涂胶位置的表面进行磨砂处理，以增加涂胶位置的附着力，同时需要清除涂胶位置表面油污等杂质，利于胶的附着，目前磨砂处理通常采用喷枪喷射离子焰的方法。将多个喷枪固定于喷枪固定架上涂胶部位进行喷射离子焰。但是一条密封条生产线往往经常生产不同车型、不同结构形状的密封条，密封条涂胶位置不同，喷枪固定位置也必须不同，因此需要经常改变喷枪位置及调节喷枪喷射角度，传统的喷枪固定架不具通用性，需要设置针对不同车型、不同结构形状密封条的喷枪固定架，增加了生产成本。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有通用性的喷枪固定架，可以调节喷枪固定位置及调节喷枪喷射角度。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供一种喷枪固定架，其特征是，包含一底架，所述底架上设有多个插槽，所述插槽内设置圆环状的环架，沿所述环架圆周上设有可沿环架圆周移动的活动架。
沿所述环架的圆周上可设有一个或多个所述活动架。
所述活动架包含一固定端和一伸出端，所述固定端以可拆卸的方式固定在所述环架上。
所述伸出端上设有一个长的调节槽。
一喷枪托架与所述调节槽连接。
所述喷枪托架通过一手柄将喷枪夹持固定在喷枪托架上。
本发明所达到的有益效果：
本发明的喷枪固定架，通过调节喷枪固定架上的喷枪架和环架位置可以调节调节喷枪喷射角度和喷枪固定位置，可针对不同车型、不同结构形状的密封条需要的喷射位置喷射离子焰，具有更好地通用性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案，而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1所示，喷枪固定架包含一底架1，底架上设有多个插槽2，插槽2内设有圆环状的环架3，环架3上沿圆周设有可调节位置的活动架4。活动架4上连接一用来架设喷枪的喷枪托架5，喷枪托架5通过一手柄6将喷枪7夹持固定在喷枪托架5上。
沿每个环架3的圆周上可设有一个或多个活动架4，活动架4的固定端41以可拆卸的方式固定在环架3圆周上。活动架4的伸出端42上连接一喷枪托架5，喷枪托架5用来固定喷枪7。伸出端42上设有一个长的调节槽43，喷枪7的固定位置可通过调节喷枪托架5在调节槽43上的位置进行调节。
插槽2内的多个环架3的圆环中心位于一条直线上，需要喷射离子焰的挤出条8从环架3中穿过，喷枪7固定在喷枪托架5上，喷枪托架5与活动架4连接并固定。调节活动架4在环架3圆周上的位置，使喷枪7的喷射角度对准环架内的挤出条8的喷射位置。可根据需喷射离子焰的挤出条8部位设置喷枪7位置和角度。

1. 一种喷枪固定架，其特征是，包含一底架，所述底架上设有多个插槽，所述插槽内设置圆环状的环架，沿所述环架圆周上设有可沿环架圆周移动的活动架；
所述活动架包含一固定端和一伸出端，所述固定端以可拆卸的方式固定在所述环架上；
所述伸出端上设有一个长的调节槽；
一喷枪托架与所述调节槽连接；
所述喷枪托架通过一手柄将喷枪夹持固定在喷枪托架上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的喷枪固定架，其特征是，沿所述环架的圆周上可设有一个或多个所述活动架。
