Abstract
本发明公开了一种免穿刺瓶塞,包括瓶塞本体和用于密封瓶塞本体和瓶口的盖,该瓶塞本体内设有注射器或输液器注吸接头通道。此外,本发明还公开了该免穿刺瓶塞的使用方法。本发明不仅会保证胶塞、胶毡的密封效果,同时,在使用时打开密封瓶塞本体和瓶口的盖之后,可直接将注射器或输液器连接或插入注射器或输液器注吸接头通道,即可将药品溶媒或药品溶液通过药液注射器或输液器注入瓶内或从瓶中吸出,以避免穿刺,不会因穿刺而产生落屑,增加用药的安全性。

技术领域
本发明属于药品的包装瓶塞,尤其是一种免穿刺瓶塞;此外,本发明还涉及该免穿刺瓶塞的使用方法。
背景技术
胶塞、胶毡具有吸湿率低,化学性好,气密性好,无生理毒副作用等显著特点,特别适宜于用作药品密封,广泛应用于密封玻璃西林瓶、大输液玻璃瓶、大输液塑料瓶及塑料软袋等的包装。现行使用的西林瓶胶塞、胶毡及大输瓶的胶塞、胶毡,都为整体设计,在临床使用前,都必须用注射器或输液器的针尖穿刺并透过胶塞、胶毡后才能配药、用药,甚至在一次用药过程中要经过多次穿刺(经常有穿刺十次以上的情况),胶塞或胶毡在被穿刺时都会产生大量的穿刺落屑,这些落屑落在药品溶液中,会随着药液输入到人体里,从而堵塞血管,造成不良影响。因此,亟需研发一种能解决上述隐患且能保证药品安全性的药品包装瓶塞。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种免穿刺瓶塞,克服了用胶塞或胶毡密封瓶口的注射剂包装均存在胶塞或胶毡被穿刺时会产生穿刺落屑的安全隐患。为外,本发明还提供该免穿刺瓶塞的使用方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种免穿刺瓶塞,包括瓶塞本体和用于密封瓶塞本体和瓶口的盖,该瓶塞本体内设有注射器或输液器注吸接头通道。
所述瓶塞本体的形状根据不同形状的瓶口设计成不同的几何形状;所述瓶塞本体由橡胶、丁基橡胶、卤化丁基橡胶、塑料中的一种或几种制成。所述用于密封瓶塞本体和瓶口的盖可以采用铝和/或塑料制成。
所述瓶塞本体由外塞体和一个向下的凸缘组成,所述凸缘嵌入在瓶口内;或者所述瓶塞本体呈圆柱形,直接覆盖在瓶口上。
所述注射器或输液器注吸接头通道根据注射器或输液器的形状设计成各种几何形状。
所述注射器或输液器注吸接头通道的数量为一个或多个;当注射器或输液器注吸接头通道的数量为一个时,注入和吸出溶液均在同一接头通道中;当注射器或输液器注吸接头通道的数量为多个时,注入和吸出溶液分别从不同接头通道。
所述注射器或输液器注吸接头通道设于瓶塞本体的中间,且从上到下贯穿整个瓶塞本体;或者所述注射器或输液器注吸接头通道设于瓶塞本体的上部,下部设有药液通道;或者所述注射器或输液器注吸接头通道设于瓶塞本体的中部,上部设有注射器或输液器的插入孔,下部设有能自动开闭的药液通道。
所述注射器或输液器注吸接头通道是圆柱形、切缝形或者圆锥形。
所述注射器或输液器注吸接头通道是开放的,或闭合的。
所述注射器或输液器注吸接头通道是闭合的,则在瓶塞本体上设有一插入标记。
此外,本发明还提供该免穿刺瓶塞的使用方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)打开密封瓶塞本体和瓶口的盖;
(2)将注射器或输液器连接或插入瓶塞本体内设的注射器或输液器注吸接口通道,即可将药品溶媒或药品溶液通过注射器或输液器接口通道注入瓶内或从瓶中吸出。
和现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明免穿刺瓶塞适用于用胶塞或胶毡密封瓶口,且需要穿透瓶塞注吸溶液才能使用的药品包装。本发明不仅会保证胶塞、胶毡的密封效果,同时,在使用时打开密封瓶塞本体和瓶口的盖之后,可直接将注射器或输液器连接或插入注射器或输液器注吸接头通道,即可将药品溶媒或药品溶液通过药液注射器或输液器注入瓶内或从瓶中吸出,以避免穿刺,不会因穿刺而产生落屑,增加用药的安全性。

如图9和图10所示,本发明的免穿刺瓶塞,包括瓶塞本体Y和用于密封瓶塞本体Y和药瓶Z的瓶口Z1的盖X;瓶塞本体Y可以由外塞体和一个向下的凸缘组成,凸缘嵌入在瓶口Z1内(见图9);瓶塞本体Y也可以直接覆盖在瓶口Z1上(瓶塞本体Y呈圆柱形,没有凸缘),用盖X来密封瓶塞本体Y和瓶口Z1(见图10);瓶塞本体Y内设有注射器或输液器注吸接头通道可采用多种形式,具体见下面的实施例。
实施例1
如图1A所示,瓶塞本体A由外塞体12和一个向下的凸缘13组成,凸缘13嵌入在瓶口内。瓶塞本体A中间设有切缝形的注射器或输液器注吸接头通道11,切缝形的注射器或输液器注吸接头通道11贯穿整个瓶塞本体A,该注射器或输液器注吸接头通道11是闭合的,即在打开密封瓶塞本体A和瓶口的铝塑盖之后,瓶塞本体A并未露出注射器或输液器注吸接头通道11,在瓶塞本体A的外塞体12上对应注射器或输液器注吸接头通道11的位置设有一标记14,可以将注射器或输液器锥头(即注射器或输液器注吸接头)插入该标记14即可贯穿注射器或输液器注吸接头通道11以注吸瓶内药液。
实施例2
如图1B所示,瓶塞本体A呈圆柱形(没有凸缘),直接覆盖在瓶口上(该瓶塞本体A适用于图10所示的免穿刺瓶塞整体结构),瓶塞本体A中间设有切缝形的注射器或输液器注吸接头通道11,切缝形的注射器或输液器注吸接头通道11贯穿整个瓶塞本体A,该注射器或输液器注吸接头通道11是闭合的,即在打开密封瓶塞本体A和瓶口的铝塑盖之后,瓶塞本体A并未露出注射器或输液器注吸接头通道11,在瓶塞本体A上对应注射器或输液器注吸接头通道11的位置设有一标记14,可以将注射器或输液器锥头(即注射器或输液器注吸接头)插入该标记14即可贯穿注射器或输液器注吸接头通道11以注吸瓶内药液。

如图7所示,瓶塞本体G由外塞体72和一个向下的凸缘73组成,凸缘73嵌入在瓶口内。瓶塞本体G中部设有两个圆锥形的注射器或输液器注吸接头通道751、752,上部设有注射器或输液器插入孔741、742(该注射器或输液器插入孔741、742的位置对应注射器或输液器注吸接头通道751、752),下部设有两个药液通道711、712,药液通道711、712是闭合的。即在打开密封瓶塞本体G和瓶口的铝塑盖之后,可以将注射器或输液器锥头通过瓶塞本体G上部设的注射器或输液器插入孔741、742进入注射器或输液器注吸接头通道751、752即可打开药液通道711、712以注入或吸取瓶内药液,当注射器或输液器锥头从瓶塞本体G拔出后药液通道711、712自动闭合。通常两个注射器或输液器注吸接头通道751、752的其中一个用于注入药液,另一个用于吸取药液。
实施例9
如图8所示,瓶塞本体H由外塞体82和一个向下的凸缘83组成,凸缘83嵌入在瓶口内。瓶塞本体H中间设有两个圆锥形的注射器或输液器注吸接头通道811、812,且从上到下贯穿整个瓶塞本体H;该注射器或输液器注吸接头通道811、812是开放的,即在打开密封瓶塞本体H和瓶口的铝塑盖之后,瓶塞本体H露出注射器或输液器注吸接头通道811、812,可以将注射器或输液器锥头直接放入该注射器或输液器注吸接头通道811、812以注入或吸取瓶内药液,通常两个注射器或输液器注吸接头通道811、812的其中一个用于注入药液,另一个用于吸取药液。
实施例3-9的瓶塞本体结构中注射器或输液器注吸接头通道的设置方式同样也可适用于图10所示的免穿刺瓶塞整体结构。
本发明免穿刺瓶塞适用于用胶塞或胶毡密封瓶口,且需要穿透瓶塞注吸溶液才能使用的药品包装。在使用时,打开密封瓶塞本体和瓶口的盖之后,露出注射器或输液器注吸接头通道或其标记,将注射器或输液器锥头连接或插入注射器或输液器注吸接头通道(不需要将注射器或输液器的针尖穿刺整个瓶塞,而产生瓶塞材料的落屑),即可将药品溶媒或药品溶液通过药液注射器或输液器注入瓶内或从瓶中吸出,以避免穿刺而产生落屑。
Claims (10)
1.一种免穿刺瓶塞,包括瓶塞本体和用于密封瓶塞本体和瓶口的盖,其特征在于,该瓶塞本体内设有注射器或输液器注吸接头通道。
2.如权利要求1所述的免穿刺瓶塞,其特征在于,所述瓶塞本体的形状根据不同形状的瓶口设计成不同的几何形状;所述瓶塞本体由橡胶、丁基橡胶、卤化丁基橡胶、塑料中的一种或几种制成;所述用于密封瓶塞本体和瓶口的盖采用铝和/或塑料制成。
3.如权利要求2所述的免穿刺瓶塞,其特征在于,所述瓶塞本体由外塞体和一个向下的凸缘组成,所述凸缘嵌入在瓶口内;或者所述瓶塞本体呈圆柱形,直接覆盖在瓶口上。
4.如权利要求1所述的免穿刺瓶塞,其特征在于,所述注射器或输液器注吸接头通道根据注射器或输液器的形状设计成各种几何形状。
5.如权利要求1或4所述的免穿刺瓶塞,其特征在于,所述注射器或输液器注吸接头通道的数量为一个或多个;当注射器或输液器注吸接头通道的数量为一个时,注入和吸出溶液均在同一接头通道中;当注射器或输液器注吸接头通道的数量为多个时,注入和吸出溶液分别从不同接头通道。
6.如权利要求1所述的免穿刺瓶塞,其特征在于,所述注射器或输液器注吸接头通道设于瓶塞本体的中间,且从上到下贯穿整个瓶塞本体;或者所述注射器或输液器注吸接头通道设于瓶塞本体的上部,下部设有药液通道;或者所述注射器或输液器注吸接头通道设于瓶塞本体的中部,上部设有注射器或输液器插入孔,下部设有能自动开闭的药液通道。
7.如权利要求4所述的免穿刺瓶塞,其特征在于,所述注射器或输液器注吸接头通道是圆柱形、切缝形或者圆锥形。
8.如权利要求1所述的免穿刺瓶塞,其特征在于,所述注射器或输液器注吸接头通道是开放的,或闭合的。
9.如权利要求8所述的免穿刺瓶塞,其特征在于,所述注射器或输液器注吸接头通道是闭合的,则在瓶塞本体上设有一插入标记。
10.一种如权利要求1-9任一项所述的免穿刺瓶塞的使用方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)打开密封瓶塞本体和瓶口的盖;
(2)将注射器或输液器连接或插入瓶塞本体内设的注射器或输液器注吸接口通道,即可将药品溶媒或药品溶液通过注射器或输液器接口通道注入瓶内或从瓶中吸出。
