Abstract
The invention discloses a steel column base correction device, belonging to the field of the tool for steel structure construction. The invention relates to the field of tools for steel structure construction, in particular to a steel column base correcting device.
Background
In the installation and construction of steel structure engineering, the correction of a column base after the first section of steel column is installed is difficult to be a ubiquitous problem all the time. The main reason is that the embedded part is not easy to keep the original positioning accurate position after concrete pouring, and when the steel column is directly acted on the embedded part after being installed, the position deviation is easy to occur. The width of the wide body at the rear end of the hook component can be smaller than the width of the plate body and the front end of the hook component in the correcting device, so that the overall strength of the hook component can be ensured, and the hook component can be adjusted in a larger length in the long strip-shaped through hole of the supporting component under the condition that the length of the long strip-shaped through hole of the supporting component is shorter.
The plate bodies of the two hook parts in the correcting device are in a horizontal state, and the plate bodies of the supporting parts are in a vertical state, so that the hooks of the two hook parts can hook the anchor bolts of the steel column base conveniently, and the supporting parts can also provide a larger supporting surface for the supporting device (such as a jack), so that the correcting device can be conveniently utilized to adjust the steel column base.
The correcting device can also be provided with a supporting device, the supporting device is arranged between the two hook parts, the bottom of the supporting device is contacted with the supporting part, and the top of the supporting device is contacted with the column base of the corrected steel column. The supporting means may be a jack or the like.
The correcting device is mainly used in steel structure construction, after the first section of steel column is hoisted, the steel column base is corrected on site (see fig. 4), during use, the steel column base anchor bolt 5 is hooked by the two hook parts 1 and 2 of the correcting device to fix the correcting device, the distance between the two hook parts 1 and 2 of the correcting device can be adjusted according to the anchor bolt distance, the correcting device is installed and then uses the supporting part 3 as a fulcrum, and the correcting device is used as a jack of the supporting device 4 to correct the steel column base.

4. The steel column footer brace of claim 1, wherein the hook component is of a flat plate construction and the hook at the forward end is of an arcuate groove construction formed in one side of the plate.
5. The steel column footer brace of claim 4, wherein the rear end of the hook component is less wide than the plate of the hook component, and the rear end of the hook component is provided with a stop component.
6. The steel column footer brace of claim 1, wherein the brace member is a flat plate structure having two spaced apart elongated through holes for receiving the rear ends of the hook members.
7. The steel column footer correction device of claim 1, further comprising: and the supporting device is arranged between the two hook components, the bottom of the supporting device is contacted with the supporting component, and the top of the supporting device is contacted with the column base of the steel column to be corrected.
