本发明公开了一种环保陶瓷釉料,包括下述组成,其质量分数为:SiO250-60%,Al2O35-10%,CaO3-8%,ZnO5-10%,K2O2-4%,Na2O1-4%,B2O32-7%,La2O30.3-2%。所述环保陶瓷釉料中还含有MgO、BaO和ZrO2,其总的添加量≤15%。本发明的环保陶瓷釉料取代了现有含氧化铅的陶瓷釉料,避免了陶瓷制品因铅溶出对人体及环境造成的危害,保护了现场工人免受污染而且延长了窑炉的寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种陶瓷材料领域,具有是一种环保陶瓷釉料。
背景技术
含铅釉料具有良好的高温流动性、高的光泽度、良好的坯釉适用性等优点,而且铅釉料烧成的产品色彩丰富、艳丽。但是含铅的釉料制成的陶瓷产品容易出现铅溶出的问题,这样对人体有很到的伤害。铅在人体中累计达到一定数量会影响人的造血、神经、肾脏、血管和其他器官的功能。铅溶出不但影响人们的身体健康,还污染环境。因此,人们迫切寻求一种替代釉料,既无铅还能保证釉料的高温流动性和良好的光泽度。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种无铅的且性能优良的环保陶瓷釉料。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种环保陶瓷釉料,包括下述组成,其质量分数为:
SiO2    50-60%
Al2O3    5-10%
CaO     3-8%
ZnO     5-10%
K2O      2-4%
Na2O     1-4%
B2O3      2-7%
La2O3    0.3-2%。
所述环保陶瓷釉料中还含有MgO、BaO和ZrO2,其总的添加量≤15%。
环保陶瓷釉料优选组成为,以其质量分数计:
SiO2 55-58%,Al2O3 6-8%,CaO 5-7%,ZnO 6-8%,K2O 3-4%,Na2O 2-3%,B2O3 4-6%,La2O0.8-1.2%,MgO 2-5%,BaO 2-5%和ZrO2 2-5%。 
本发明环保陶瓷釉料的制备方法是:将原料研磨过200目筛,混合后在1380-1450℃熔化,然后放入冷水中水淬制成熔块,然后放入球磨机中球磨成粉。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的环保陶瓷釉料取代了现有含氧化铅的陶瓷釉料,避免了陶瓷制品因铅溶出对人体及环境造成的危害,保护了现场工人免受污染而且延长了窑炉的寿命。

实施例1
环保陶瓷釉料的原料组成为:
SiO2 55%,Al2O3 6%,CaO 5%,ZnO 8%,K2O 3%,Na2O 2%,B2O3 6%,La2O1.2%,MgO 5%,BaO 5%和ZrO2 3.8%。
实施例2
环保陶瓷釉料的原料组成为:
SiO2 58%,Al2O3 6%,CaO 5%,ZnO 6%,K2O 3%,Na2O 2%,B2O3 4%,La2O1%,MgO 5%,BaO 5%和ZrO2 5%。

1. 一种环保陶瓷釉料,其特征在于,包括下述组成,其质量分数为:
SiO2    50-60%
Al2O3    5-10%
CaO     3-8%
ZnO     5-10%
K2O      2-4%
Na2O     1-4%
B2O3      2-7%
La2O3    0.3-2%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保陶瓷釉料,其特征在于,所述环保陶瓷釉料中还含有MgO、BaO和ZrO2,其总的添加量≤15%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的环保陶瓷釉料,其特征在于,包括下述组成,其质量分数为:
SiO2 55-58%,Al2O3 6-8%,CaO 5-7%,ZnO 6-8%,K2O 3-4%,Na2O 2-3%,B2O3 4-6%,La2O0.8-1.2%,MgO 2-5%,BaO 2-5%和ZrO2 2-5%。
