一种水泥复合助磨剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种水泥复合助磨剂。
背景技术
在水泥的制作过程中,当各种物料喂入磨机后粉磨,此时物料与物料、物料与研磨体之间会发生剧烈、频繁的摩擦和撞击,使得物料产生静电,这些带有电荷的物料会吸附在钢球及研磨体的表面,使得水泥磨机出现严重的包球包锻现象;当喂入的附加材料的湿度大于5%时,还会在磨机中大量水蒸气,增加了研磨料的湿度,也会产生上述的包球包锻现象。为了解决静电问题,大多数厂家采用加入水泥复合助磨剂的方法。目前,水泥复合助磨剂有粉体和液体两大类,液体助磨剂使用比较方便,因此应用比较普遍。大多数液体助磨剂配方存在一定的缺陷:助磨效果不甚理想,对水泥强度的提高不大。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种水泥复合助磨剂,可有效提高水泥强度,助磨效果较好。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种水泥复合助磨剂,包括以下组份:多元醇胺,糖蜜,无水硫酸钠,磁化水。
优选地,本发明所述组份的重量百分比分别为:多元醇胺25~40%,糖蜜5~10%,无水硫酸钠5~10%,磁化水40~65%。
优选地,本发明所述的多元醇胺为三乙醇胺、三异丙醇胺的其中一种或几种,所述三乙醇胺、三异丙醇胺的重量百分比分别为10~20%、15~20%。
其中,三乙醇胺分子中有N原子,有一对未共用电子,很容易与金属离子形成共价键发生络合,与金属离子形成比较稳定的络合物,这些络合物在溶液中形成许多可溶区,从而提高水化产物的扩散塑料,提高水泥的早期强度;此外三乙醇胺还可提高比表面积,降低细度,加快流速。
三异丙醇胺可通过与难水化的矿物C4AF发生络合反应,促进其持续水化,提高水泥的后期强度,同时三异丙醇胺还具有良好的分散作用,有利于磨机产量的提高。
糖蜜是制糖工业废渣,含有羟基、羧基、羰基等极性较强的基团,属于阴离子表面活性剂,有较强的吸附作用,可被吸附于水泥水化物的晶核,阻碍结晶继续生长,可对水泥中C3A水化物进行延缓和推迟,同时有利于其他水化物的晶体发育,可有效调节水泥凝结时间和中后期的强度。
无水硫酸钠,又可称为元明粉或无水芒硝,主要成份为Na2SO4,其与水泥水化时产生的氢氧化钙反应,生产硫酸钙以及氢氧化钠,硫酸钙与水泥中的C3A、C4AF发生反应,迅速生成水化硫铝酸钙、水化硫铁酸钙以及它们的固溶体,很快结晶形成晶核,促进了水泥其他成份的水化结晶,有效提高了水泥的早期强度,生成的氢氧化钠提高了碱度,有利于水泥中活性混合材水化反应,可起到早强作用。
由上可见,与现有技术相比,本发明有如下有益效果:
本发明可提水泥早、后期强度2~5Mpa,或在保持相同的水泥强度等级条件下可以降低水泥中的熟料用量4%~10%,助磨效果较好。

下面将结合具体实施例来详细说明本发明,在此本发明的示意性实施例以及说明用来解释本发明,但并不作为对本发明的限定。
实施例一
水泥复合助磨剂,包括以下重量百分比的组份:
三乙醇胺10%,三异丙醇胺15%,糖蜜5%,无水硫酸钠5%,磁化水65%。
实施例二
水泥复合助磨剂,包括以下重量百分比的组份:
三乙醇胺20%,三异丙醇胺20%,糖蜜10%,无水硫酸钠10%,磁化水40%。
实施例三
水泥复合助磨剂,包括以下重量百分比的组份:
三乙醇胺15%,三异丙醇胺16%,糖蜜8%,无水硫酸钠8%,磁化水49%。
实施例四
水泥复合助磨剂,包括以下重量百分比的组份:
三乙醇胺14%,三异丙醇胺18%,糖蜜6%,无水硫酸钠9%,磁化水53%。
实施例五
水泥复合助磨剂,包括以下重量百分比的组份:
三乙醇胺16%,三异丙醇胺17%,糖蜜7%,无水硫酸钠6%,磁化水54%。

2.根据权利要求1所述的水泥复合助磨剂,其特征是:所述组份的重量百分比分别为:多元醇胺25~40%,糖蜜5~10%,无水硫酸钠5~10%,磁化水40~65%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水泥复合助磨剂,其特征是:所述的多元醇胺为三乙醇胺、三异丙醇胺的其中一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的水泥复合助磨剂,其特征是:所述三乙醇胺、三异丙醇胺的重量百分比分别为10~20%、15~20%。
