本发明涉及一种带槽剪刃，其刃身的两侧均开有剪刃槽。本发明处于在带槽剪刃身的两侧均开设有剪刃槽，两侧的简刃槽可交替用于剪切圆钢，因此在同样材质的情况下，其使用寿命较现有的带槽剪刃可延长一倍。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种带槽剪刃。
背景技术
现有的圆钢一般长度定尺为6-9米，在使用时要将其切割成需的长度，现切割圆钢的带槽剪刃均是一侧带有剪刃槽(如图1所示)。由于剪刃大都是用65Cr4W3Mo2VNb之类的合金制成，价格比较贵。因此，在使用过程中，剪刃槽一旦发生磨损不能满足剪切要求后就将整个剪刃槽废弃，容易造成浪费。因此，人们迫切需要一种能延长剪刃的方法。
发明内容
本发明要解决的是如何延长剪刃使用寿命的问题。为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用如下技方案：在发明一种带槽剪刃的刃身的两侧均开设剪刃槽。
本发明由于在带槽剪刃的刃身的两侧均开设有剪刃槽，两侧的剪刃槽可交替用于剪切圆钢，因此在同样材质的情况下，其使用寿命较现有的带槽剪刃可延长一倍。

具体实施方式
参见图2和图3，本发明在其刃身1的两侧均开有剪刃槽2。为了能一次切割多根圆钢，刃身1两侧的剪刃槽2的截面呈圆弧形，且均为一个以上，均匀分布在刃身两侧，当然，剪刃槽的截面形状也可为其他形状，以便切割不同截面形状的型材。
为了将刃身1固定剪床上，刃身1上至少开有一个的固定孔(本实施例为4个)。

1.一种带槽剪刃，其特征在于其刃身的两侧均开有剪刃槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的带槽剪刃，其特征在于刃身两侧的剪刃槽均为一个以上。
3.如权利要求1所述的带槽剪刃，其特征在于刃身两侧的剪刃槽均为均匀分布。
4.如权利要求1或2或3所述的带槽剪刃，其特征在于刃身两侧的剪刃槽的截面呈圆弧形。
5.如权利要求1或2或3所述的带槽剪刃，其特征在于刃身上开有固定孔。
6.如权利要求5所述的带槽剪刃，其特征在于刃身上的固定孔至少为一个。
