技术领域：
本发明涉及一种治疗玫瑰糠疹的中药。
背景技术：
玫瑰糠疹是常见的炎症性皮肤病，好发于躯干和四肢近端，为大小不等，数目不定的玫瑰色斑片，其上有糠状鳞屑。本病有自限性，一般持续6-8周而自愈，但也有经久不愈的情况。本病好发年龄为10-35岁，其他年龄层较少见，男女发病的病例数无明显差异。中医认为本病的发生多由素体血热，外感风、热、湿毒所致，故治疗上应以清热凉血、解毒化湿为治则。
发明内容：
本发明针对现有技术之不足，提供了一种治疗玫瑰糠疹的中药，其特征在于它是由下列重量配比的原料药物的组分组成：生地10-15g、丹皮10-15g、龙胆草10-15g、黄芩9-12g、苦参10-15g、当归10-15g、泽泻10-15g、土茯苓15-20g、紫草10-15g、白茅根20-30g、白鲜皮20-30g。
优选用量：生地15g、丹皮15g、龙胆草12g、黄芩10g、苦参12g、当归10g、泽泻10g、土茯苓15g、紫草12g、白茅根30g、白鲜皮30g。
药理分析：方中生地：甘、苦、寒，清热凉血，养阴生津。丹皮：辛、苦，寒，清热凉血，活血散瘀。龙胆草：苦，寒，归肝、胆、胃经，清热燥湿，泻肝胆火。黄芩：苦，寒，归肺、胆、胃、大肠经，清热燥湿，泻火解毒。苦参：苦，寒，归心、肝、胃、大肠、膀胱经，清热燥湿，祛风杀虫，利尿。当归：甘，辛，温，归肝、心、脾经，补血而活血。泽泻：甘、淡，寒，归肾，膀胱经，利水渗湿，泻热。土茯苓：甘、淡，平，归肝、胃经，解毒，除湿。紫草：甘，寒，归心、肝经，活血凉血，解毒透疹，《本草纲目》：“治斑疹，痘毒，活血凉血，利大肠。”白茅根：甘，寒，归脾、胃、膀胱经，凉血止血，清热利尿。白鲜皮：苦，寒，归脾、肺经，清热解毒，除湿，止痒。以上药物合用，共奏清热凉血、解毒除湿之功效。
剂型及用法：本方药剂型为煎剂，一日一剂，水煎两遍。头煎加凉水600ml，浸泡1小时，武火煮沸改文火续煎30分钟，取汁150ml，二煎加热水600ml，武火煮沸改文火续煎40-50分钟，取汁150ml，两遍药汁混合，早晚饭后2小时各服150ml，温开水送服。

实施例1：一种治疗玫瑰糠疹的中药，它是由下列重量配比的原料药物的组分组成：生地10-15g、丹皮10-15g、龙胆草10-15g、黄芩9-12g、苦参10-15g、当归10-15g、泽泻10-15g、土茯苓15-20g、紫草10-15g、白茅根20-30g、白鲜皮20-30g。
实施例2：一种治疗玫瑰糠疹的中药，其中各种原料药物的优选重量份配比为：生地15g、丹皮15g、龙胆草12g、黄芩10g、苦参12g、当归10g、泽泻10g、土茯苓15g、紫草12g、白茅根30g、白鲜皮30g。
临床疗效总结
(一)一般资料：共收治病人36例，其中男性20例，女性16例；年龄最大33岁，最小17岁，平均年龄25岁；病程最长者25天，最短者5天，平均15天。
(二)诊断标准：躯干或四肢出现大小不等，数目不定的玫瑰色斑片，多呈环状，其上有糠状鳞屑，痒感明显。
(三)疗效评定标准
治愈：自觉症状消失，皮疹消退。
好转：自觉症状消失，皮疹减少。
未愈：服药后病情无变化。
(四)治疗效果
服药6天为一疗程，轻者一疗程痊愈，重者2-3疗程痊愈。总有效率95％，治愈率80％，好转率15％，无效5％。
(五)典型病例：
1、张某，女，28岁，农民，2007年10月初诊。自述于2周前双上肢上臂内侧出现两块环状皮疹，色红，有薄鳞屑，痒感明显。3天后前胸，后背密布同样皮疹，经市立医院诊为“玫瑰糠疹”。给予“扑尔敏”、“维生素c”，“地塞米松”治疗，未见好转。查体：躯干及双上肢内侧皮损呈环状、椭圆形皮疹，色红，表面有薄细鳞屑，舌苔红，苔薄白，脉滑数。据其症状体征，辨证为血热外感风毒湿邪，给予清热凉血，解毒化湿。用本方药服用一疗程，症状明显减轻，继服一疗程，诸症消失而痊愈。
2、孙某，男，20岁，学生，2007年8月初诊。自述1周前胸背两肋部起红色环状皮疹，瘙痒，未经治疗，2天后遍及四肢，痒甚。在附近诊所自购“迪皿”，“防风通圣丸”等，服后效果不佳，故来本院就诊。查体：躯干和四肢近端散在环状皮疹，色红，有薄糠状鳞屑，舌红，苔微黄，脉滑。诊为血热外感风毒，给予本方药服用一疗程，诸症消失痊愈。

1.一种治疗玫瑰糠疹的中药煎剂，其特征在于它是由下列重量配比的原料药物制成：生地10-15g、丹皮10-15g、龙胆草10-15g、黄芩9-12g、苦参10-15g、当归10-15g、泽泻10-15g、土茯苓15-20g、紫草10-15g、白茅根20-30g、白鲜皮20-30g。
