技术领域
本发明涉及一种灭弧室,特别是涉及一种在电路断开时即刻对连接触点进行阻隔的阻断式灭弧室。
背景技术
电弧是一种气体放电现象,电弧是高温高导电率的游离气体,它不仅对触头有很大的破坏作用,而且使断开电路的时间延长。因此,在实际中,需要对容易产生电弧的场合进行灭弧,而灭弧的措施之一就是:改善灭弧介质,增大弧隙间的电绝缘强度即围绕着机械式开关的弧触头,用以限制电弧并帮助电弧熄灭的措施。
综上所述,亟待解决的问题是,制造出相应的灭弧装置以通过具体结构实现上述灭弧工作。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种阻断式灭弧室,其在电路断开时即刻对连接触点之间进行有效阻隔,显著提高灭弧效果,增加电路的安全性,以防止对电路造成损坏和意外事故的发生。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种阻断式灭弧室,该灭弧室包括:外壳,该外壳内部为封闭空间;此外,该灭弧室还包括:静触座,该静触座为L型,固定于所述外壳内部,该静触座中包括粘接在一起的静座绝缘体和静座导体;动触座,该动触座为L型,可沿轨套内部滑动,该动触座中包括粘接在一起的动座绝缘体和动座导体;限位杆,当向上移动所述动触座,使得所述静座导体和动座导体连通时,该限位杆限制所述动触座继续向上移动;
其中,当需要接通电路时,向上移动所述动触座12至限位杆14处,使得所述静座导体112和动座导体122连通;当需要断开电路时,向下移动所述动触座12,在静座导体112和动座导体122断开的同时,所述静座绝缘体111和动座绝缘体121紧密贴合在一起,使得静座导体112和动座导体122被阻隔。
进一步,所述的阻断式灭弧室中,所述外壳内部充有灭弧气体。
进一步,所述的阻断式灭弧室中,所述灭弧气体为六氟化硫。
进一步,所述的阻断式灭弧室中,所述限位杆采用绝缘材料制成。
本发明的优点是,本发明所述的阻断式灭弧室中,静触座内包括粘接在一起的静座绝缘体和静座导体,动触座内包括粘接在一起的动座绝缘体和动座导体。当向上移动所述动触座至限位杆处,使得所述静座导体和动座导体连通;当需要断开电路时,向下移动所述动触座,在静座导体和动座导体断开的同时静座绝缘体和动座绝缘体紧密贴合在一起,使得静座导体和动座导体被阻隔,从而达到有效灭弧的效果。

图1为本发明阻断式灭弧室的整体结构示意图,图2为本发明阻断式灭弧室连通时的结构示意图,图3为本发明阻断式灭弧室即将断开时的结构示意图,图中,包括::外壳10,该外壳10内部为封闭空间,该封闭空间内部充有灭弧气体,比如六氟化硫;此外,该灭弧室还包括:静触座11,该静触座11固定于所述外壳10内部,该静触座11中包括粘接在一起的静座绝缘体111和静座导体112;动触座12,该动触座12可沿轨套13内部滑动,该动触座12中包括粘接在一起的动座绝缘体121和动座导体122;限位杆14,该限位杆14采用绝缘材料制成,当向上移动所述动触座12,使得所述静座导体112和动座导体122连通时,该限位杆14限制所述动触座12继续向上移动。
以下结合附图说明本发明阻断式灭弧室工作时的动作情况:
工作时,当需要接通电路时,向上移动所述动触座12至限位杆14处,使得所述静座导体112和动座导体122连通;当需要断开电路时,向下移动所述动触座12,在静座导体112和动座导体122断开的同时,所述静座绝缘体111和动座绝缘体121紧密贴合在一起,使得静座导体112和动座导体122被阻隔,从而达到有效灭弧的效果。

1.一种阻断式灭弧室,该灭弧室包括:外壳(10),该外壳(10)内部为封闭空间;其特征在于,该灭弧室还包括:静触座(11),该静触座(11)为L型,固定于所述外壳(10)内部,该静触座(11)中包括粘接在一起的静座绝缘体(111)和静座导体(112);动触座(12),该动触座(12)为L型,可沿轨套(13)内部滑动,该动触座(12)中包括粘接在一起的动座绝缘体(121)和动座导体(122);限位杆(14),当向上移动所述动触座(12),使得所述静座导体(112)和动座导体(122)连通时,该限位杆(14)限制所述动触座(12)继续向上移动;
其中,当需要接通电路时,向上移动所述动触座12至限位杆14处,使得所述静座导体112和动座导体122连通;当需要断开电路时,向下移动所述动触座12,在静座导体112和动座导体122断开的同时,所述静座绝缘体111和动座绝缘体121紧密贴合在一起,使得静座导体112和动座导体122被阻隔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻断式灭弧室,其特征在于,所述外壳(10)内部充有灭弧气体。
3.根据权利要求2所述的阻断式灭弧室,其特征在于,所述灭弧气体为六氟化硫。
