Abstract
本发明提供一种烧结生产线余热综合利用发电系统,烧结机出料口与冷却机进料口之间设置有落料口烟罩,落料口烟罩内设置有蒸发器D;冷却机入料口处设置有烟罩A和烟罩B,烟罩A与换热器A相通连接,烟罩B与换热器B相通连接;烧结机出料口处设置有烟罩C,烟罩C与换热器C相通连接;余热锅炉内的水不断地流入蒸发器A、蒸发器B、蒸发器C和蒸发器D内加热成热水,热蒸汽通过汽轮机带动发电机进行发电。本发明合理利用了整个烧结生产线的余热资源及冷却机对烧结矿冷却时产生大量烟气的热量,大大提高了烧结工艺的余热回收利用效率,增加发电量。

技术领域
[0001] 本发明属于冶金行业余热发电技术领域,涉及烧结生产线余热综合利用发电系统及发电方法。
背景技术
[0002] 钢铁工业是国民经济的重要基础产业,是国家经济水平和综合国力的重要标志,我国已成为世界钢铁生产大国。同时,钢铁产业作为一个高耗能、高污染的产业,也是节能减排的重点对象之一。
[0003] 据统计,全国炼铁系统能耗占钢铁工业总能耗的69.41%,其中烧结工序能耗约占整个企业能耗的10%-20%,是仅次于高炉的一大耗能工序。烧结工序中有50%左右的热能被烧结烟气和冷却机废气带走。除去热风烧结、热风点火、热风保温所用热风之外,热风还有大量剩余。据有关数据统计,我国烧结工序余热利用率还不足30%,与发达国家差距非常大,每吨烧结矿的平均能耗要高于20kg标煤,因此,我国烧结节能的潜力很大。
[0004] 多年以来、国内外对烧结余热的回收利用进行了大量的研究。烧结过程中可供利用的余热占钢铁厂总热耗的12%,其中烧结烟气显热占23.6%,冷却机废气显热占29.3%,冷却机落料口至冷却机装料口处散热损失达7.1%,这部分热量温度高,能量大。目前对于冷却机废气和烧结烟气的显热这部分热量的利用已比较成熟,但是存在着系统自用电率高等不足,若能把上述这些余热加以综合利用,无疑是烧结节能的重要途径和发展趋势。
[0005] 申请人为“南京凯盛开能环保能源有限公司”,申请号“201010523625.8”,公开日2011.04.13,公开号为102012167A的发明专利公开了一种烧结机烟气与冷却机废气余热联合回收发电系统和方法,该发电系统包括烧结机烟气余热利用系统、冷却机废气余热利用系统、汽轮发电系统以及相关辅助系统,其中利用一台主排余热锅炉用于回收烧结机尾部高温段烟气余热,利用一台冷却机余热锅炉回收冷却机高温废气余热,还在烧结机尾部大烟道的高温段与低温段之间设置一个高温电动蝶阀,阻止低温烟气与高温烟气直接混合而降低烟气取风温度,保证高温烟气进入主排余热锅炉进行余热回收。
发明内容
[0006] 本发明的目的是提供一种烧结生产线余热综合利用发电系统,以克服现有的烧结工艺余热发电系统对烧结烟气及烧结矿冷却产生烟气的热量利用不足,造成高温烟气余热资源浪费的问题。
[0007] 本发明的另一个目的是提供上述发电系统进行发电的方法。
[0008] 本发明所采用的技术方案是,一种烧结生产线余热综合利用发电系统,包括烧结机、冷却机、换热器A、换热器B、换热器C、余热锅炉、汽轮机和发电机;烧结机出料口与冷却机进料口之间设置有落料口烟罩,落料口烟罩内设置有连接烧结机出料口和冷却机进料口的落料带;冷却机靠近进料口处设置有2个烟罩,分别为烟罩A和烟罩B ;烧结机包括设置在烧结机出料口处的烟罩C和三个以上风箱,每个风箱与一根第十八管道相通连接,所有的第十八管道与烧结机主抽烟道相通连接;所有风箱分为两组,分别为风箱组A和风箱组B,风箱组A由三个风箱组成,这三个风箱靠近烧结机的出料口,余下的为风箱组B,风箱组A和风箱组B之间的烧结机主抽烟道上设置有切断装置;换热器A内设置有蒸发器A和公共省煤器;换热器B内设置有蒸发器B ;换热器C内设置有蒸发器C和过热器;落料口烟罩内设置有蒸发器D ;烟罩A的烟管通过第一管道与换热器A的一端相通连接,换热器A的另一端与第二管道相通连接;

[0015] 烧结机将精矿粉或富矿粉烧结成大块烧结矿,烧结矿通过烧结机的出料口落入落料带上,在落料过程中烧结矿有大量辐射热散失,这些热量被蒸发器D所吸收,烧结矿被落料带输送至冷却机的进料口内进行冷却,冷却机的鼓风机对烧结矿鼓风进行冷却,会产生大量的烟气;烟气通过烟罩A、第一管道及烟罩B、第三管道分别进入换热器A和换热器B,换热器A内烟气的热量被蒸发器A和公共省煤器吸收,换热器B内烟气的热量被蒸发器B吸收;换热器A内的烟气通过第二管道排向大气;换热器B内的烟气通过第四管道经过烟罩C进入风箱组A的三个风箱内,在切断装置关闭的情况下,风箱组A的三个风箱中的高温烟气通过第五管道进入换热器C内,换热器C内烟气的热量被过热器和蒸发器C吸收,最后烟气通过第六管道由烧结机主抽烟道排出;
[0016] 余热锅炉内的水不断地流入蒸发器A、蒸发器B、蒸发器C和蒸发器D内加热成热水回流进余热锅炉内,余热锅炉内的热蒸汽通过过热器再次被加热,再通过第十六管道进入汽轮机,汽轮机将热蒸汽的热能转换为机械能带动发电机进行发电;汽轮机排出的水汽冷凝成水后通过第十七管道流入公共省煤器进行第一次加热,公共省煤器内的热水再通过第十九管道进入余热锅炉内加热进行下一次循环。

[0020] 如图1所示,本发明提供一种烧结生产线余热综合利用发电系统,包括烧结机1、冷却机11、换热器A17、换热器B13、换热器C25、余热锅炉26、汽轮机5和发电机6 ;烧结机I出料口与冷却机11进料口之间设置有落料口烟罩3,落料口烟罩3内设置有连接烧结机I出料口和冷却机11进料口的落料带29、设置在落料带29上方的破碎机32 ;冷却机11靠近进料口处设置有2个烟罩,分别为烟罩A9和烟罩BlO ;烧结机I包括设置在烧结机I出料口处的烟罩C2和三个以上风箱31,每个风箱31与一根第十八管道30-18相通连接,所有的第十八管道30-18与烧结机主抽烟道28相通连接;所有的风箱31分为两组,分别为风箱组A和风箱组B,风箱组A由三个风箱31组成,这三个风箱31靠近烧结机I的出料端,余下的为风箱组B,风箱组A和风箱组B之间的烧结机主抽烟道28上设置有切断装置27。换热器A17内设置有蒸发器A18和公共省煤器19 ;换热器B13内设置有蒸发器B15 ;换热器C25内设置有蒸发器C23和过热器24,落料口烟罩3内设置有蒸发器D7。

[0024] 烧结机I将精矿粉或富矿粉烧结成大块烧结矿,烧结矿通过烧结机I的出料口落入落料带29上,经粉碎机32粉碎,在落料过程中烧结矿有大量辐射热散失,这些热量被蒸发器D7所吸收,烧结矿被落料带29输送至冷却机11的进料口内进行冷却,冷却机11的鼓风机对烧结矿鼓风进行冷却,会产生大量的烟气;烟气通过烟罩A9和烟罩BlO及第一管道30-1及第三管道30-3分别进入换热器A17和换热器B13,换热器A17内烟气的热量被蒸发器A18和公共省煤器19吸收,换热器B13内烟气的热量被蒸发器B15吸收;换热器A17内的烟气在引风机B20的作用下通过第二管道30-2由排空烟囱21排向大气;换热器B13内的烟气在循环风机4的作用下通过第四管道30-4经过烟罩C2进入风箱组A的三个风箱31内(切断装置27是关闭的,切断装置27用于隔断烧结机主抽烟道28,使高温热风通过第五管道30-5进入换热器C25),通过热风烧结提高风箱组A三个风箱31的烟气温度和烧结矿排矿温度,这样不仅可以提高风箱组A三个风箱31的烟气温度,还可以提高烧结矿的排矿温度。风箱组A三个风箱31中的高温烟气通过第五管道30-5进入换热器C25内,换热器C25内烟气的热量被过热器24和蒸发器C23吸收,最后烟气在引风机A22的作用下通过第六管道30-6由烧结机主抽烟道28排出;
[0025] 余热锅炉26内的水不断地流入蒸发器A18、蒸发器B15、蒸发器C23和蒸发器D7内加热成热水回流进余热锅炉26内,余热锅炉26内的热蒸汽通过过热器24再次被加热,再通过第十六管道30-16进入汽 轮机5,汽轮机5将热蒸汽的热能转换为机械能带动发电机6进行发电;汽轮机5排出的水汽通过凝汽器8冷凝成水,凝结水泵12输送凝汽器8内的凝结水至除氧器14,对凝结水进行除氧,最后在锅炉给水泵16的作用下,输送给公共省煤器19进行第一次加热,公共省煤器19内的热水再通过第十九管道30-19进入余热锅炉26内加热进行下一次循环。
[0026] 本发明将过热器24放置在烟气温度波动较小的换热器C25内,从而使过热蒸汽的温度恒定,保证了过热蒸汽的品质,使汽轮机5机组平稳运行。将换热器B13出口高温烟气引入烧结机I机尾进行热风循环,其作用是稳定矿温和提高换热器C25入口温度,同时对烧结矿品质提高起到一定作用。将烟罩A9和烟罩BlO设置在冷却机11的进料口段,是因为冷却机11进料口段的烟气温度较高,可以进行余热回收。将烟罩C2设置在烧结机I的出料口处,是因为靠近烧结机出料端的三个风箱31烟气温度较高,温度波动较小,有利于提高过热蒸汽品质,使发电机组平稳运行。

[0031] 从上可见,采用本发明后,余热发电效率大大提高,吨成品烧结矿产过热蒸汽量从150kg/t增加至Ij 282kg/t ;吨烧结矿发电量从25kw • h/t增加到55.29kw • h/t。采用本发明后,烧结生产工艺产生的余热得到了充分的回收利用,有效的减少了企业的电耗,降低生产成本,节约能源,减少CO2排放量,具有很大的经济效益和社会效益。

6.利用权利要求1所述烧结生产线余热综合利用发电系统进行发电的方法,其特征在于:烧结机(I)将精矿粉或富矿粉烧结成大块烧结矿,烧结矿通过烧结机(I)的出料口落入落料带(29)上,在落料过程中烧结矿有大量辐射热散失,这些热量被蒸发器D (7)所吸收,烧结矿被落料带(29)输送至冷却机(11)的进料口内进行冷却,冷却机(11)的鼓风机对烧结矿鼓风进行冷却,会产生大量的烟气;烟气通过烟罩A (9)、第一管道(30-1)及烟罩B (10)、第三管道(30-3)分别进入换热器A(17)和换热器B (13),换热器A(17)内烟气的热量被蒸发器A(IS)和公共省煤器(19)吸收,换热器B(13)内烟气的热量被蒸发器B(15)吸收;换热器A(17)内的烟气通过第二管道(30-2)排向大气;换热器B(13)内的烟气通过第四管道(30-4)经过烟罩C(2)进入风箱组A的三个风箱(31)内,在切断装置(27)关闭的情况下,风箱组A的三个风箱(31)中的高温烟气通过第五管道(30-5)进入换热器C(25)内,换热器C(25)内烟气的热量被过热器(24)和蒸发器C(23)吸收,最后烟气通过第六管道(30-6)由烧结机主抽烟道(28)排出; 余热锅炉(26)内的水不断地流入蒸发器A(18)、蒸发器B(15)、蒸发器C(23)和蒸发器D(7)内加热成热水回流进余热锅炉(26)内,余热锅炉(26)内的热蒸汽通过过热器(24)再次被加热,再通过第十六管道(30-16)进入汽轮机(5),汽轮机(5)将热蒸汽的热能转换为机械能带动发电机¢)进行发电;汽轮机(5)排出的水汽冷凝成水后通过第十七管道(30-17)流入公共省煤器(19)进行第一次加热,公共省煤器(19)内的热水再通过第十九管道(30-19)进入 余热锅炉(26)内加热进行下一次循环。
