发明背景

组成为(Cu0.6Af0.25Ti0.15)90Nb10的非晶态金属在盐酸和NaCl溶液中在同时具有高抗压强度的情况下表现出了相对于常规青铜明显更高的耐腐蚀性以及对于非晶态金属而言非常高的约12%的塑性延伸率。
在Fe-Co-Ni-B-Si-Nb系统的非晶态金属中测得了更高的断裂强度(约为4000MPa),在对于非晶态金属而言的约190Gpa的高弹性模量以及约1200HV的硬度中。
所提及的例子仅仅是示例性的,并表现为应能找出极不相同的、分别具有不同的特性侧重点的合金组合。由此,根据待制造构件的不同应用领域,可使用以下非晶态金属,即,该非晶态金属参照所追求的应用场合而具有最理想的机械、化学及物理特性,而迄今所使用的、针对使用目的而用于构成“单组分”构件的材料不具有或者不以按照本发明能实现的形式具有这些特性。
在这一点上需要指出的是,“非晶态金属”的概念在本发明的范围中可以理解为:非晶态金属或者金属玻璃既可以是完全的非晶态,或者也可存在为部分结晶(析出)的。仅为示例性地,举出如下作为用于可由非晶态金属构成的功能面的可能例子:滚动轴承的导轨、密封件的接触区域、套筒、直线引导件的嵌件、链引导机构的碰触面或者滑轨等。然而,列举不是封闭性的。
除了在前面已描述过的在高坚固性下的高弹性等优点,非晶态金属还展现出了突出的耐磨性和耐腐蚀性,这由相对较低的弹性模量决定,以及展示出了如下事实,即,金属玻璃不具有规则的金属结构,进而没有晶界。另一个突出的特性是,在金属熔液冷却成固体状态时,不产生结晶收缩,进而使最终轮廓尺度的成型成为可能。

为施布非晶态金属,可或者使用浇铸工艺,尤其是无压力浇铸、注塑或压铸,或者同样可考虑喷涂工艺(尤其是热喷涂或低温喷涂)或喷射成形,以及PVD沉积。
原则上重要的是,应通过合适的保护气体环境或者真空来最大程度上阻止金属玻璃熔液的氧化。
所施布的非晶态金属可在功能面区域中得到机械的再加工,以便实现最终轮廓,其中,基于非晶态金属在冷却时的最小程度的收缩,再加工量将非常少。再加工可考虑车削、钻孔、铣削、磨削或珩磨。

具体实施方式
图1以四个分步骤I-IV的形式示出了用于构成如图1中在部分图示IV中所示的角接触球轴承环2的原则性制造过程。呈角接触球轴承环2形式的金属构件1包括由参照使用目的而选择的钢构成的金属构件体3,其中,在此可使用任意的具有所期望的材料特性的钢。在接近最终轮廓地预制造成的构件体3上构造有空腔4,所述空腔在其自由面上具有例如表面花纹5。该表面花纹可通过打毛、滚花或类似方法实现,但也可考虑施布附着层或打底层。
如所示出的,空腔4以非晶态金属6填充。所述非晶态金属构成构件1的功能面7,在示出的例子中,待以构件1制造出的角接触球轴承环的球在所述功能面上滚动。
如在部分图示I中可见的,为施布非晶态金属6,将在下侧和侧向上得到推力支承(这里未详细示出)的构件体3对着具有输入流道9的成形工具8放置,熔化的非晶态金属6通过所述输入流道9输入。流道出口与空腔4相对,从而使得流出的液态非晶态金属可直接流入到空腔4中。
如在部分图示II中所示,在成形工具8上还可额外设置滑阀10,在有需要时,所述滑阀密封在液态金属与工具之间的区域,或者可利用所述滑阀呈现出底切。
在引入熔化的非晶态金属后,所述非晶态金属冷却,即转变为固体状态,其中,不出现结晶收缩。成形工具8自身提供快速的热量输出,所述成形工具例如由带有高热传导性的金属(例如铜)构成,或者由带有高热传导性的陶瓷(例如碳化硅)构成,而且,在必要时还配备有冷却装置。
部分图示III示出了在非晶态金属6冷却后的构件1。显然地,所述金属6还是大致上凸出。在这种情况下需要再加工,以便加工出如在部分图示IV中所示的最终轮廓。这可例如通过磨削实现。然而,不带凸出部的净形成型同样是可行的,从而可取消再加工。功能面7显然仅由非晶态金属构成,从而使得非晶态金属的材料特性存在于功能面7的区域内,确切地说在该区域中得到确定,而在其余情况下,构件体3确切地说构件体的材料确定所述特性。
图2示出了用于圆柱滚子轴承环的制造例子。这里示出了两个呈圆柱滚子轴承环形式的、分别具有空腔4的构件1。这些构件位于可绕转动轴线D转动的成形工具8的两侧。非晶态金属在熔化状态下通过中央输入流道9输入,在所示例子中,输入流道9分岔成四个横向流道11,所述横向流道分别引导向环绕的呈环形的空腔4。在引入非晶态金属期间,成形工具8转动,从而可确保将空腔4完全填满,因为横向流道11沿空腔4行进。这里,也可使空腔4的表面花纹化,例如将该表面打毛或者设置以底涂。
在空腔4完全填注并且金属6随后冷却后,重新取下轴承环,并且对各个金属玻璃层的表面进行再加工,以便构造出各自的功能面。
图3示出了作为备选的、实施成轴形式的、回转的成形工具8(上方为纵截面,下方为横截面),所述成形工具相对固定的构件1围绕纵轴线旋转。该成形工具同样具有分岔成横向流道11的输入流道9,所述横向流道还是通到在这里也呈圆柱滚子轴承环形式的构件1的空腔4中,从而使得输入的非晶态金属可均匀分布在填满的空腔中。在随后的冷却后,可对轴承环进行再加工以构造出功能面,借助于成形工具显然可同时填注多个轴承环,仅需要相应地设置多个分布在工具长度上的横向流道11。
如图4所见,也可代替回转的成形工具8而使用停着的成形工具8,该成形工具可相对构件1运动,所述构件1在这里即为设有空腔4的轴承环。轴承环具有孔12,输入流道9通到这些孔中,并在此通过这些孔仅在环形周边的某个部位上输入金属,所述金属由于是熔化的而分布在整个呈环形的空腔中。
最后,图5示出了另一个用于制造呈圆柱滚子轴承环形式的金属构件1的例子,然而,所述圆柱滚子轴承环在这里是两件式的。该圆柱滚子轴承环由较大的构件体1和在施布非晶态金属6后旋拧到构件体1上的第二构件体1a构成。在这里,同样使用了带有输入流道9的成形工具8,所述输入流道9通在空腔4的区域中。在此横截面呈L形的构件体3的空腔4在底侧通过滑阀10封闭。在空腔4以非晶态金属6填注并且所述非晶态金属冷却后,形状重新打开且卸除滑阀10,据此实现金属玻璃6的再加工,并且以功能面的最终轮廓加工出功能面,据此,将在这里实施成环的第二构件体件3a置放上确切地说旋拧上。同样可考虑的是,插入或者嵌入所述环。
滚动轴承组件的所示例子,仅仅是针对不同构件的例子。不言而喻地,这些例子是不受限制的。更确切地说,构件可具有任意的性质。
通过非晶态金属的高弹性,可以例如参照之前介绍的滚动轴承构件的例子在功能面的区域中实现弹性,由此,滚动体的压缩是可行的,并且在滚动接触下产生更宽的负荷区,也就是说,轴承环的局部负荷将得以降低,轴承环寿命得以提高。此外,例如存在以下可能性,即,滚动体也或者完全由金属玻璃制造成,或者按照本发明由带有所施布的金属玻璃滚动层的金属的关键的构件体制造成。在这种情况下,也就是当不仅滚动体的滚动面(=功能面)而且环的功能面也由非晶态金属构成时,与通常的例如由100Cr6构成的金属滚动体相比,可基于两侧的压缩来实现明显更小的能量吸收(更小的阻尼,更高的弹性),也就是说,相比纯金属滚动体,由金属玻璃滚动体完成的变形加工更小。由轴承组件的完成的弹性变形加工产生的摩擦热也更少,运行温度得以降低,润滑脂使用寿命进而轴承寿命得以提高。

Claims (11)

1.金属构件,尤其是滚动轴承构件、发动机构件或传动构件,所述金属构件具有构件体和至少一个设置在所述构件体上的、与另一元件互相作用的功能面,其特征在于,仅所述功能面(7)由非晶态金属(6)构成。
2.按照权利要求1所述的金属构件,其特征在于,所述构件体(2)的有所述非晶态金属(6)施布到其上的表面被花纹化,尤其是被打毛或滚花,或者被覆以附着层。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的金属构件,其特征在于,浇注所述非晶态金属(6)。
4.按照权利要求1或2所述的金属构件,其特征在于,喷涂所述非晶态金属(6)。
5.按照权利要求1或2所述的金属构件,其特征在于,所述非晶态金属(6)以PVD工艺沉积。
6.用于制造按照前述权利要求之一所述的金属构件的方法,其特征在于,将构件体的表面区段覆以构成构件的功能面的非晶态金属。
7.按照权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,在施布所述非晶态金属之前,将所述表面区段进行花纹化加工,尤其是进行打毛加工,或者设置以附着层或中间层。
8.按照权利要求6或7所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述非晶态金属以浇铸工艺,尤其是通过无压力浇铸、通过注塑或通过压铸来施布。
9.按照权利要求6或7所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述非晶态金属以喷涂工艺,尤其是热喷涂、低温喷涂或喷射成形来施布。
10.按照权利要求6或7所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述非晶态金属以PVD工艺来沉积。
11.按照权利要求6至10中某一项的方法,其特征在于,在所述功能面的区域中对所施布的所述非晶态金属进行机械再加工,尤其是通过车削、钻孔、铣削、磨削或珩磨。
