一种耐热钢的热处理方法
技术领域
本发明涉及钢铁材料领域,特别是一种具有优异高温力学性能的耐热钢的热处理方法。背景技术
由于电力工业是国民经济发展的现行部分,其为工业和国民经济其它部门提供基本动力,是一个国家经济持续、健康发展的关键所在。当今虽然提倡环保,大力发展水电、风电等清洁能源,但鉴于我国的实际情况,国家的电力供应在很长一段时期内仍将很大程度上依赖于火力发电。因此,随着我国经济的快速发展,提高火电机组的热效率是一项重要和紧迫的任务。而火电机组效率的提高主要在于提高蒸汽的压力和温度。这就对火电机组的相关设备用钢特别是锅炉用钢的力学性能、尤其是高温力学性能提出了更高的要求,例如要求钢材在高温下具有足够的持久强度、蠕变强度、抗氧化行、耐腐蚀性、组织稳定性,以及还应具有良好的焊接性和冷热加工性能。
9Cr-1Mo系列耐热钢具有良好的强韧性、抗蠕变性、优异的高温抗氧化性和耐腐蚀性能,是一种广泛应用于火力发电厂动力等设备的耐热钢材,并且在世界范围内,对于9Cr-1Mo耐热钢的研究及改良一直是热门课题。时至今日,关于9Cr-1Mo耐热钢的开发及改良的研究热情非但没有衰减,反而随着能源短缺的日益严重而变更更为迫切。
发明内容
本发明的目的即在于通过调整9Cr-1Mo系列耐热钢的成分以及冶炼、热处理方法,获得一种高温力学性能优异的耐热钢。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:一种耐热钢的热处理方法,其包括以下步骤:
第一,设计所述耐热钢的成分及配料,以重量百分含量计(%),包含:C0.09-0.11,Si0.06-0.3,Mn0.5-0.7,Cr8-9,Mo0.95-1.05,P≤0.008,S≤0.006,Ni0.25-0.35,Cu0.03-0.05,V0.15-0.20,Nb0.09-0.11,Al0.01-0.02,Ti0.005-0.01,N0.02-0.04,余量为Fe和不可避免的杂质。
第二,冶炼,包括电弧炉初炼、钢包(LF)精炼、真空脱气(VD)处理,其中电弧炉采用偏心底出钢电弧炉(EBT),出钢温度为1650-1670℃;出钢前依序加入铬铁、钼铁、锰铁以及硅铁和Al粒;出钢后在钢包内依序加入钒铁、铌铁、钛铁、纯镍以及纯铜,钢包精炼全程底吹氮气,氮气流量为250-300Nm3/min,吊包温度也控制在1650-1670℃;真空脱气处理真空度在67Pa以下,保持真空10-15分钟后,再次底吹氮气,流量保持在250-300Nm3/min。
第三,浇注成型,经水平连铸及适当的轧制工艺将耐热钢加工成所需形状。
第四,热处理,将浇注成型的耐热钢在1150-1200℃条件下加热1.5-2h,随后空冷到220-250℃,保温1.5-2h后,再以25-30℃/min的升温速率加热到700-750℃高温回火1.5-2h,之后空冷至室温。
本发明的优点是:在9Cr-1Mo的基础上,合理优化了钢的组分,通过各种微量元素的合理添加及协调作用,能够有效细化MX以及M23C6等碳化物;并通过冶炼工艺准确控制了钢的纯净与成分,以达成上述各元素协同作用的目的;同时,独特的热处理工艺和参数选择,有效提高了硬度、抗蠕变断裂等力学性能。
具体实施方式
下面,通过具体的实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
一种耐热钢的热处理方法,其包括以下步骤:
第一,设计所述耐热钢的成分及配料,以重量百分含量计(%),包含:C0.1,Si0.15,Mn0.6,Cr8.5,Mo1,P0.006,S0.006,Ni0.3,Cu0.04,V0.17,Nb0.1,Al0.01,Ti0.008,N0.03,余量为Fe和不可避免的杂质。
第二,冶炼,包括电弧炉初炼、钢包(LF)精炼、真空脱气(VD)处理,其中电弧炉采用偏心底出钢电弧炉(EBT),出钢温度为1660℃;出钢前依序加入铬铁、钼铁、锰铁以及硅铁和Al粒;出钢后在钢包内依序加入钒铁、铌铁、钛铁、纯镍以及纯铜,钢包精炼全程底吹氮气,氮气流量为280Nm3/min,吊包温度也控制在1660℃;真空脱气处理真空度为65Pa,保持真空10分钟后,再次底吹氮气,流量保持在300Nm3/min。
第三,浇注成型,经水平连铸及适当的轧制工艺将耐热钢加工成所需形状。
第四,热处理,将浇注成型的耐热钢在1180℃条件下加热1.8h,随后空冷到240℃,保温1.8h后,再以27℃/min的升温速率加热到730℃高温回火2h,之后空冷至室温。
本发明的耐热钢的硬度约为HV300,略高于普通9Cr-1Mo耐热钢HV250的水平;而在650℃、110MPa条件下的蠕变断裂时间超过3000小时,远远超过普通9Cr-1Mo耐热钢1000小时的水平。

Claims (2)

1.一种耐热钢的热处理方法,其包括以下步骤:
第一,设计所述耐热钢的成分及配料,以重量百分含量计(%),包含:C0.1,Si0.15,Mn0.6,Cr8.5,Mo1,P0.006,S0.006,Ni0.3,Cu0.04,V0.17,Nb0.1,Al0.01,Ti0.008,N0.03,余量为Fe和不可避免的杂质;
第二,冶炼,包括电弧炉初炼、钢包(LF)精炼、真空脱气(VD)处理,其中电弧炉采用偏心底出钢电弧炉(EBT),出钢温度为1660℃;出钢前依序加入铬铁、钼铁、锰铁以及硅铁和Al粒;出钢后在钢包内依序加入钒铁、铌铁、钛铁、纯镍以及纯铜,钢包精炼全程底吹氮气,氮气流量为280Nm3/min,吊包温度也控制在1660℃;真空脱气处理真空度为65Pa,保持真空10分钟后,再次底吹氮气,流量保持在300Nm3/min;
第三,浇注成型,经水平连铸及适当的轧制工艺将耐热钢加工成所需形状;
第四,热处理,将浇注成型的耐热钢在1180℃条件下加热1.8h,随后空冷到240℃,保温1.8h后,再以27℃/min的升温速率加热到730℃高温回火2h,之后空冷至室温。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐热钢的热处理方法,其特征在于:所述耐热钢的硬度为HV300;650℃、110MPa条件下的蠕变断裂时间超过3000小时。
