背景技术：
无论是厨师还是日常生活的人，做菜，离不开切菜这道工序。但是，现有的厨房刀具没有保护装置，所以切菜时常常会一不小心切到手。很不方便。
发明内容：
针对上述技术存在的问题，本发明目的在于提供一种切菜器，一种设有保护装置的厨房刀具，可以防止切菜时刀片切到手。
本发明的技术方案是：一种切菜器，其包括一支底板和盒盖，所述盒盖内部有容纳蔬菜的空腔，盒盖底面内侧有一排平行的刀具槽，刀具槽中嵌入刀片。所述盒盖的外部，刀片延伸的位置设有一个手柄。所述底板和盒盖用铰链相连。
本发明的有益效果是：这种切菜器，具有保护装置，可以防止切菜时刀具切到手。结构简单，使用方便。

具体实施方案：
作为发明的一种实施方案，如图1所示，一种切菜器，其包括一支底板1和盒盖2，所述盒盖2内部有容纳蔬菜的空腔，盒盖底面内侧有一排平行的刀具槽3，刀具槽3中嵌入刀片4。所述盒盖2的外部，刀片延伸的位置设有一个手柄5。所述底板和盒盖用铰链6相连。使用时，握住手柄5，推开盒盖2，将蔬菜（如青菜）放在底板1上，闭合盒盖2，菜就切开了。

1.一种切菜器，其包括一支底板和盒盖，其特征在于：所述盒盖内部有容纳蔬菜的空腔，盒盖底面内侧有一排平行的刀具槽，刀具槽中嵌入刀片；所述盒盖的外部，刀片延伸的位置设有一个手柄。
2.按照权利要求1所述的一种切菜器，其特征在于：所述底板和盒盖用铰链相连。
