如图1所示。一种易清理菜板，其结构包括菜板本体1和固定环4，菜板本体1的一端安装一固定环4，所述的菜板本体1的两侧各设一凹槽5，菜板本体1上方有一刮板2，刮板2两侧通过卡条3滑动卡接在凹槽5内，可以顺着凹槽5滑动，凹槽5一端开口，另一端封闭。
当切完菜后，推动刮板2至菜板本体1的另一端，菜板本体1上的菜叶残渣就可以很轻松地清理掉，干净卫生；菜板本体1不用的时候，将固定环4挂在墙上，十分方便。
