本发明涉及一种打磨抛光机。
背景技术
制造铝字的基材进行切割后，切割面具有毛刺，需要使用打磨工具；在户外具有喷漆表面的立体字，由于长期风吹日晒，漆面掉落，需要将旧漆面打磨掉，从新上漆。目前的打磨工具不具有柔性功能，无法适应凹凸起伏较大的平面，打磨区域受限制，打磨效果不理想。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足，提供一种结构简单，携带方便，长度可调整，可打磨弯曲面的打磨抛光机。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的：
一种打磨抛光机，包括打磨头、杆体及控制抛光机工作的控制系统，其特征在于：所述打磨头包括圆柱橡胶体、砂布、垫圈、紧固螺母和轴心，圆柱橡胶体通过紧固螺母设置在轴心上，在紧固螺母与橡胶体之间设置垫圈；所述杆体包括外杆体、内杆体、弹簧体及定位键，定位键通过弹簧体安装在内杆体一端，外杆体套于内杆体外，在外杆体上设置定位孔。
与现有技术相比本发明的有益效果为：由于打磨头是橡胶体材料可以随打磨面凹凸平面相应的变化，可以适应在较大的平面上打磨抛光使用；可伸缩，调整长度以满足不同场所的不同需求，承重能力较理想。

具体实施方式
如图所示，一种打磨抛光机，包括打磨头、杆体及电动控制系统，打磨头与杆体一端固定连接，电动系统设置在杆体上，其特征在于：所述打磨头包括橡胶体1、砂布2、垫圈4、紧固螺母5和轴心3，橡胶体1通过紧固螺母5设置在轴心3上，在紧固螺母5与橡胶体1之间设置垫圈4；所述杆体包括外杆体6、内杆体9、弹簧体8及定位键7，外杆体6套置于内杆体9外，在外杆体6上设置定位孔，与所述定位孔配合的定位键7通过弹簧体8安装在内杆体9一端。
工作时，将打磨头安装好，将砂布2套在橡胶体1外壁，将砂布1绷紧；按需要，调整内外杆体的长度，使其满足工作环境的需要，然后启动电动控制系统10，正常工作。内外杆体均为异性空管，防止内外管体间产生相对旋转滑动，且管壁需要一定的厚度以保证其承重时的强度。

1.一种打磨抛光机，包括打磨头、杆体及电动控制系统，打磨头与杆体一端固定连接，其特征在于：所述打磨头包括橡胶体（1）、砂布（2）、垫圈（4）、紧固螺母（5）和轴心（3），橡胶体（1）通过紧固螺母（5）设置在轴心（3）上，在紧固螺母（5）与橡胶体（1）之间设置垫圈（4）；所述杆体包括外杆体（6）、内杆体（9）、弹簧体（8）及定位键（7），外杆体（6）套置于内杆体（9）外，在外杆体（6）上设置定位孔，与所述定位孔配合的定位键（7）通过弹簧体（8）安装在内杆体（9）一端。
