温度调节开关的发明属于太阳能灶配件领域。温度调节开关是太阳能灶调节温度的开关。是有阀体,阀心,透盖,弹簧,挡板,限位销等组成。采取使阀心的出口渐变小的方法,使太阳能灶系统里的传热介质,经过温度调节开关时,操作温度调节开关的旋纽,流量渐渐的变小,使温度渐渐的变低。当温度调节开关纽到限位的位置流量最小,返回到限位的位置,温度调节开关关闭。在太阳能灶热交换锅传热介质进口处,串联到三通阀。使流入到热交换锅的传热介质流量改变,使温度改变。

温度调节开关的发明属于太阳能灶配件领域。 
背景技术:温度调节开关是开拓的新技术领域。太阳能灶的背景,以开拓的室内使用的太阳能灶,(图1,图2)用于太阳能灶温度调节与开关。 
技术方案: 
室内使用的太阳能灶,在做烹饪工作时,温度的高低是需要调节的,为达到烹饪需要的温度,设计太阳能温度调节开关。采用的方案是:温度调节开关(图3,图4),有阀体(图5,图6,图7)阀心(图8,图9)透盖(图10,图11)弹簧,挡板(图12,图13),限位销(图14)等组成。阀心的出口采用渐变小的方法与阀体配合,在操作工作旋纽时,就可以改变温度调节开关对传热介质的流量,使流量渐渐的变小,改变温度高低。采用了挡板与限位销,限止操作旋纽的位置。使操作旋纽到限位的位置,流量最小,返回到限位的位置,温度调节开关关闭。在太阳能灶工作系统的安装位置,是在热交换锅的进口处与三通阀之间串联。(图2)使系统流进热交换锅的传热介质流量改变,以改变温度高低。

1.温度调节开关;有阀体,阀心,透盖,挡板,限位销等构成的温度调节开关。采取在阀心的出口渐变小的方法与阀体配合。把温度调节开关,安装在太阳能灶,热交换锅与三通阀之间。温度调节开关,其特征在于,纽动操作旋纽,使阀心转动,传热介质流入热交换锅的流量渐渐的变小,使温度渐渐的变低。到限位的位置,温度最低,返回到限位的位置,温度调节开关关闭。
