Abstract

在医学上，皮肤病是有关皮肤的疾病，是严重影响人民健康的常见病、多发病之一，如麻风、疥疮、真菌病、皮肤细菌感染等。皮肤病是皮肤(包括毛发和甲)受到内外因素的影响后，其形态、结构和功能均发生变化，产生病理过程，并相应的产生各种临床先后表现。皮肤病的发病率很高，多比较轻，常不影响健康，但少数较重甚至可以危及生命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗皮肤病的药剂。
为了实现本发明的目的，本发明提供一种治疗皮肤病的药剂，它是由下列原料药按重量份计制成的：

实施例1本发明软膏剂的制备
取旱莲草100克、苍耳草100克、白术30克、苍术30克、密蒙花100克、红花50克、桔梗50克、麦冬100克、泽泻50克、青黛50克、地肤子100克、白蒺藜100克，微粉化粉碎，过100目筛，混合均匀。向上述混匀的粉末中加入液体石蜡80克和凡士林400克，搅拌至呈均匀膏状，即得。
实验例
疥疮是由于皮肤感染疥虫引起的皮肤病。疥疮的传染性很强，可通过密切接触传播。其体征是皮肤剧烈疹痒，皮疹多发于皮肤皱褶处，特别是阴部，且易引起疥疮结节等后遗症。疥疮在此处是描述性的，并非对本发明的保护范围进行限制。
100例病例均为门诊患者，男性50例，女性50例；年龄10-70岁，平均28岁；病程1天-12个月。皮损均发生在皮肤薄嫩处，少则2处，多则10处以上，甚则遍及全身。多表现为丘疹，小如针尖或米粒，或为小水疱，瘙痒以晚间为甚。
使用实施例1中制备的软膏剂涂于患处，以均匀覆盖患处的皮肤为准。每日涂两次，连续使用3天为一个疗程。
疗效评定标准：治愈：无瘙痒，丘疹、水疱消失，无隧道或隧道内无疥螨挑出；有效：时有瘙痒，丘疹、水疱消失，无隧道或隧道内无疥螨挑出；无效：仍瘙痒，有丘疹、水疱，有隧道或隧道内可有疥螨挑出。
在治疗后经检查，全部100例患者在进行治疗1个疗程后均符合治愈的标准。
不良反应：患者在治疗过程中未出现不良反应。
