Abstract

Description

加热地板的单元装置
本发明的主题是一种既可以在室内(房间加热)也可以在室外使用的、安装在地板下的加热系统,具有防冰和防雪的功能。现有技术已经提出了无数种加热系统,下面列出了各种加热系统各自公认的性质和缺点:
——柴油燃料系统:高燃料成本,中等安装花费,需要大空间(油箱),燃烧产生污染,运输具有环境风险,高度便利。
——天然气/液化石油气(LPG)系统:中等燃料成本,中等初期投资,有限的空间需求(仅对于天然气系统),大的空间需求(仅对于液化石油气(LPG)系统,罐),低污染的燃料,运输具有环境风险,高度便利。
——颗粒燃料系统:低燃料成本,中等安装花费,需要存储空间,低排放(但是只有在洁净条件下和使用高质量颗粒燃料的情况下)。
——木材气化系统:低燃料成本,中等安装花费,低排放(但是只有在洁净条件下),手动进料。
——木屑系统:同木材气化系统。
——生物质系统:中等燃料成本,初期投资有限,不需储藏,环境友好的系统(当生物质供应地较近的时候),中等便利。
——带地热探头的热泵:低燃料成本,初期投资高,产出能量的环境友好系统。
——带水平表面歧管的热泵:低燃料成本,初期投资高,需要大空间,环境友好系统。
——空气—空气热泵(空气调节器):初期投资小,中高电能消耗,可能产生霉菌和细菌,低舒适度。
——电炉:同空气—空气热泵,但有高能耗的缺点。
——辐射板:初期投资小,中等能耗,卓越的舒适度。
这些是房间加热系统的一般类型。只是需要详细说明的是,在利用水循环热量的系统中,基本上有2种解决方案:一种是低效的中央加热系统(具有散热器),另一种是效率高得多的安装在地板下的系统。
本发明的目的是提供一种房间加热系统,该系统初期投资非常低、向环境零排放、不需日常维护、无需提供容纳上述系统的空间、低耗电、效率高,因此在光伏板的帮助下具有自保持的可能,从而消除了个人或非个人的加热花费。另外,与其他电加热系统不同,由于没有空气移动,消除了产生细菌的风险。这种系统允许替换旧式传统的具有散热器的系统而不需要进行砖石砌筑工作来安装新的系统,只需要铺设该加热系统的时候简单地铺设新的地板。
本发明关键的解决方案是采用电能加热,尽管电能消耗明显保持在低水平,因为本发明不加热水(导热系数0.55,非常低),而是直接用热力单元(1B)加热瓷砖(图1)的背面(瓷器的导热系数为6),并且与被加热的空间距离有限(只有几毫米),也就仅仅是瓷砖的厚度,因此获得了高效率和低电能损耗。
每个热力单元(1B)包括电阻(2A),塑性材料层(2B)覆盖住电阻,塑性材料层是防水、防潮和低磨损的。所述电阻由导电元件(2C)供电;热力单元(1B)的上部具有强力粘合剂,能够完全粘附在瓷砖(1A)的背面,从而瓷砖形成散热器;如此,通过将热力单元(1B)粘附到用作散热其的瓷砖(1A),形成了模块(见图1和3)。
铺设过程中将多个模块用供电线缆(2C)连接,就得到了带有热力单元的安装在地板下面的加热系统。每个热力单元(1B)位于地板铺设胶(4C)和瓷砖(1A)之间。现在很明显,本发明消除了用于容纳热力单元(1B)的壳体(大空间需求),消除了用于支撑行走在物理地保护热力单元(1B)的材料上的重量的框架。在单个包含电阻(2A)的热力单元(1B)和被加热的空间之间,只插置有瓷砖(1A),因此产生的热量损失最小。包括电阻(2A)的热力单元(1B)和瓷砖(1A)构成的独特整体,形成了所谓的模块。
在图4中,热力单元(1B)在不存在所谓的“标记”的地方粘附在瓷砖(1A)背面中心部分,直接与瓷砖底面接触,所述“标记”包括瓷砖背面上的小突起。这样,厚度只有0.3mm(图4)的整个热力单元(1B)实际上形成了“嵌入式”结构,原因是它没有突出超过“标记”的高度。在随后的描述中将以优选的形式介绍本发明更多的特征,所述形式并非要实施的唯一形式。在附图中:
图1显示了一模块的分解透视图;
图2显示了图1中的模块的一零部件(热力单元1B);
图3是已经装配的模块倒转后的透视图;
图4是地板的横截面图;
图5是多个模块的连接布局的示意透视图。
以上附图示出了一种安装在地板下面的加热系统,包括多个模块(图5),每个模块又包括多个热力单元(1B)。
概括的说,本发明涉及:热力单元或电阻安装在瓷砖或建筑构件上,所述瓷砖或建筑构件具有供电线缆,以允许多个模块相互连接,因此形成了多个上述单元均匀安装在其上的表面,进而得到具有均匀温度的地板。电阻元件安装在铺设胶和瓷砖之间(与瓷砖接触)。
这种系统必须既能用于室内(房间加热),又能用于室外,具备防冰和防雪等功能,设置只通过小型的光伏板供电。
在其中一个热力单元发生故障的情况下,可以只替换系统中一个单独的元件,不需要庞大的修理工作和砖石建筑花费等。
在预设区域内交替操作也是可能的,从而节约能源。
电阻元件只加热夹在电阻元件本身和房间之间的瓷砖,而不加热任何其他材料:没有其他任何建筑材料插入电阻元件本身和瓷砖之间。
最后我们希望指出使用本发明显著节约了能量消耗,安装时间,人工消耗,砖石建筑消耗和材料消耗,原因是瓷砖在生产的时候就已经嵌入了所述单元,从而在铺设瓷砖的时候所述单元就已经安装好了。所述单元与瓷砖是单个整体。因此,当铺设地板或直接在已有的地板上安装的时候,不需要建筑工人(铺瓦工)花费大量时间完成他的工作(连接快接式单元),加热系统也被安装,因此消除了耗时长的砖石建筑工作,而不需要像安装前面已经提到的传统系统一样。

Claims (7)

1.一种安装在地板下面的加热系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括:
多个模块,所述多个模块又包括多个热力单元(1B),每个热力单元具有覆盖有塑性材料层(2B)的电阻(2A),所述塑料材料层是防水、防潮和低磨损的;所述电阻由导电元件(2C)供电;单元(1B)的上部具有强力粘合剂,以完全粘附在瓷砖(1A)的后部,从而瓷砖形成散热器;这样,通过将热力单元(1B)粘附到用作散热器的瓷砖(1A),形成了模块;铺设过程中多个模块用供电线缆连接在一起,以便获得带有所述热力单元的安装在地板下面的加热系统。
2.如权利要求1所述的安装在地板下面的加热系统,其特征在于,每个热力单元(1B)安装在地板铺设胶(4C)和瓷砖之间。
3.如权利要求1所述的安装在地板下面的加热系统,其特征在于,所述加热系统能够在预设区域内交替操作,从而节约能源。
4.如权利要求2所述的安装在地板下面的加热系统,其特征在于,在包含电阻(2A)的单个单元(1B)与被加热的房间之间仅插置有瓷砖(1A)。
5.如权利要求1所述的安装在地板下面的加热系统,其特征在于,包括电阻(2A)的热力单元(1B)和瓷砖(1A)形成单个整体,从而形成所述模块。
6.如权利要求1所述的安装在地板下面的加热系统,其特征在于,模块的厚度(图3)基本上不超过瓷砖的厚度。
7.如权利要求1所述的安装在地板下面的加热系统,其特征在于,目标瓷砖和一组更多的瓷砖形成了加热系统。
