Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明普遍地涉及内燃机废气过滤器中的陶瓷过滤件。本发明特别是涉及陶瓷的蜂窝状的柴油颗粒过滤器。
背景技术
与旧式机组相比,现代柴油发动机排放出少很多的碳黑颗粒。这种颗粒过滤器大大降低了颗粒排放量。即使在柴油燃料燃烧时产生的最细小的颗粒也能被过滤器截留。
已知基于绕线式部件,由挤压的陶瓷构成柴油颗粒过滤器(DPF)。例如WO 2006/005668就公开了一种用于制造内燃机废气过滤器中的陶瓷过滤件的方法。首先,用陶瓷粉浆浸渍可燃的非陶瓷的载体轨线(Tr?gerbahn),接下来在所希望的几何模具中煅烧,直至载体轨线燃烧形成刚性的过滤体。这种多孔的陶瓷部件例如可以用作催化剂载体或者用于过滤应用,特别是在高温区域中应用。
现有技术的柴油颗粒过滤器的缺点特别是,其在装入到壳体中时会使得所谓的罐装产生问题,因为由于其表面光滑,在装入时使用的陶瓷垫中在DPF与金属皮壳体(Blechgeh?use)之间不会产生良好的接合(Verkrallung)。因此就现有技术的过滤器而言,必须对陶瓷垫进行高强度压实。
因而需要提供一种陶瓷的过滤件,特别是柴油颗粒过滤器,其能避免现有技术的所述缺点。
本发明特别是涉及陶瓷过滤件的制造,其用作柴油颗粒过滤器和内燃机的颗粒过滤器以及用作催化剂载体的陶瓷载体。
在本发明的优选方法中,首先使得非陶瓷的介质例如纸张、特别是包括这种介质的纸浆(Cellulose)成型,例如成型为绕线体。绕线体可以包括平整层和折皱层。然后用陶瓷的物质例如陶瓷的粉浆浸渍这种型体例如绕线体。随后将浸渍的型体煅烧或烧结。在这种情况下,可以把例如纸张的例如包括纸浆纤维的有机组分去除或者相反。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提出一种陶瓷过滤件,特别是一种柴油颗粒过滤器,用于安装在内燃机的废气过滤器中,其确保过滤器良好地保持在安装壳体中。
本发明的另一目的是,提出一种柴油颗粒过滤器,其确保正确的装配。
这些目的通过根据权利要求1的陶瓷柴油颗粒过滤器得以实现。
本发明的实施方式
目前,在陶瓷化时就已经具有结构化的外侧面的柴油颗粒过滤器尚未已知。标准柴油颗粒过滤器被一体挤压或多部分地挤压。因而必须还要通过对陶瓷区段的机械加工来精加工外轮廓。另外,还要覆设附加的薄的陶瓷层,以便封闭现在向外开口的沟道和补偿误差。
通过挤压过程本身并不能将任意结构例如凹穴和/或隆起覆设在柴油颗粒过滤器的外侧面上。
根据本发明,在柴油颗粒过滤器的外侧面(外壳面)上覆设各种不同的结构或式样。这例如涉及到可以具有不同功能的隆起和/或凹穴。这些结构要么可以覆设在整个面上,要么也可以仅覆设在外侧面的部分区域中。
在所谓的渗透过程中产生这种结构特别简单,因为在该过程期间使用模板(Schablone)或模具能特别简单地形成这种结构,而无需附加的代价。但这种结构也可以给传统的挤压的柴油颗粒过滤器带来优点。在一定程度上,也可以在覆设上述附加的薄的陶瓷层时进行这种结构的覆设。这可以通过模板/模具来产生,或者也可以通过刮削/磨蚀或磨削来产生。
通过对陶瓷的柴油颗粒过滤器的外侧面的结构化,可以进行简单的罐装,因为用过粗糙结构的表面在陶瓷垫中在颗粒过滤器与金属皮壳体之间产生良好的接合。由此需要对垫进行略微的压实。
如果覆设例如箭头形状的结构化部分,也就是覆设成为方向指示标的形状,则可以简单且明确地标记安装方向。
产生例如榫、束等形状的功能部件,能以类似的方式保证正确的安装。
此外,作为产品保护措施,例如可以覆设标记、企业图标等。
下面还将借助多个实施例,对照附图详细阐述本发明。
图1示出一种陶瓷过滤件,其具有外壳上的结构;
图2示出一种载体,其用作过滤件上的结构的阴模(Negativ)。
图1示出在本发明的陶瓷过滤件的外侧面上的矩形栅格状结构。通过这种栅格状结构可以实现轻易的罐装(Canning)。把绕线式过滤器(Wickelfilter)装入到根据图2的载体中,然后用陶瓷的粉浆(Schlicker)浸渍。在载体贴靠绕线式过滤器的所在部位,粉浆受到挤压。相反,在载体的孔眼中沉积了大量陶瓷粉浆,于是所述粉浆可以形成外部结构。这种外部结构为“隆起形”,使得即使在例如通过涂敷来覆设外层时也能保留这种结构。这种结构当然也可以用于做标记。由于这种结构是通过成型过程而产生的,所以无需对过滤件进行切削加工。
Claims (8)
1.一种用于制造陶瓷的过滤件的方法,其特征在于,在制造期间给过滤件的外壳面设置结构件,其中所述方法包括如下步骤:
a. 由一层或多层纸张状材料制得绕线式过滤器;
b. 把所述绕线式过滤器装入到具有结构件阴模的载体中,从而在绕线式过滤器的外壳上预先给定结构;
c. 用陶瓷的粉浆浸渍绕线式过滤器,从而粉浆能在某些位置被载体的阴模结构挤压;
d. 去掉载体;
e. 烧结浸渍后的绕线式过滤器。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述陶瓷的过滤件是柴油颗粒过滤器。
3.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述纸张状材料为过滤纸。
4.一种用于安装到内燃机的废气过滤器中的根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的方法制造的陶瓷的过滤件,其特征在于,过滤件的外壳面具有结构件。
5.如权利要求4所述的陶瓷的过滤件,其中所述结构件采用无切削的方法来开设。
6.如权利要求4或5所述的陶瓷的过滤件,其中所述结构件是在过滤件的陶瓷材料中形成的栅格、规则的式样、不规则的式样、标记或记号。
7.如权利要求4所述的陶瓷的过滤件,其中所述陶瓷的过滤件是颗粒过滤器或者催化剂载体。
8.如权利要求7所述的陶瓷的过滤件,其中所述颗粒过滤器是柴油颗粒过滤器。
