一种挠革机,由进料台、进料口、挠革轮、挠革台、挡板、出料通道、排绒口、机壳构成。当革料由进料台通过进料口进入挠革台,电机驱动挠革轮高速转动,由于挠革台上斜面和挠革轮的外圆面均密布毛刺,革料被挠革台的毛刺阻挡不能滑动,高速旋转的挠革轮毛刺将革料塑料层撕碎的同时,织物纤维也被撕碎和与塑料层剥离。由于挠革轮驱动力、机械风、革料被撕碎过程惯性力的作用,革料碎片和织物纤维的混合物在出料通道中呈沸腾状,风扇横吹,将轻微的织物纤维绒推向排绒口,进入收集袋,实现塑料层和织物纤维层分离的同时,塑料层成为碎片,节省一道粉碎工序。

本发明涉及一种挠革机,具体指人造革废弃料再生时,对织物纤维和涂层革料实施分离的专用设备。
背景技术:
人造革废弃物的再生利用过程,大多为简单粉碎后作为再生料投入生产。由于其简单粉碎后的再生料里还存留有大量的织物纤维,极大地影响产品的增塑和发泡效果,尤其是用于要求高弹性的制品,即便增大增塑剂和发泡剂的用量,效果仍不理想。
发明内容:
本发明提供一种挠革机,利用机械力将回收的人造革的塑料层和织物纤维层分离的同时,塑料层成为碎片,为熔炼节省一道粉碎工序。
本发明采取的技术方案是:挠革机由进料台、进料口、挠革轮、挠革台、挡板、出料通道、排绒口、机壳构成。进料台伸出机壳外侧,与挠革台连接;挠革台为斜坡状,上斜面密布毛刺,与挠革轮保持一定间距;挠革轮外圆面密布毛刺,通过轴安装在机壳架,由电机驱动,与挠革台的间距为可调节;挠革台下方设有挡板,挡板沿挠革台斜面向出料通道延伸;出料通道中设有排绒口,排绒口对称位置有风扇,排绒口外侧设有纤维绒收集袋。

当电机开动,挠革轮③按规定的方向高速旋转,革料经进料台①、进料口②进入挠革台③,由于挠革台④上斜面和挠革轮③的外圆面均为毛刺状,革料被挠革台④的毛刺阻挡不能滑动,高速旋转的挠革轮③毛刺将革料塑料层挠剥撕碎的同时,织物纤维也被撕碎和与塑料层分离。由于挠革轮③驱动力、空气动力、革料被撕碎过程惯性力的作用,以及挡板⑤的引导,革料碎片和断裂成碎纤维绒的织物纤维的混合体向在出料通道⑦移动并成呈沸腾状,风扇横吹,将轻微的织物纤维绒推向排绒口⑧排出,同时实现了织物层和塑料层分离和塑料层的粉碎。

1.一种挠革机,其特征是:挠革机由进料台、进料口、挠革轮、挠革台、挡板、出料通道、排绒口、机壳构成,进料台伸出机壳外侧,与挠革台连接;挠革台为斜坡状,上斜面密布毛刺,与挠革轮保持一定间距;挠革轮外圆面密布毛刺,通过轴安装在机壳架,由电机驱动,与挠革台的间距为可调节;挠革台下方设有挡板,挡板沿挠革台斜面向出料通道延伸;出料通道中设有排绒口,排绒口对称位置有风扇,排绒口外侧设有纤维绒收集袋。
