由于本发明的在车辆、尤其是机动车辆中的车辆乘员的健身锻炼的方法利用至少一个操作装置和至少一个乘员座位,该至少一个操作装置和该至少一个乘员座位各自具有至少一个辅助正常功能或座位调节的主动致动器,以及利用起动该致动器的控制系统来完成,也就是说,本发明的方法利用已存在于现代机动车辆中的用于辅助操作功能和/或反馈功能的致动器,所以通过到目前为止尚未知的方式,在车辆中无需额外安装而完成健身是可能的。

1.一种在车辆、特别是机动车辆中的车辆乘员的健身锻炼的方法,该车辆具有至少一个操作装置和至少一个乘员座位,该至少一个操作装置和/或该至少一个乘员座位各自具有至少一个用于辅助操作装置的正常功能或座位调节的主动致动器,以及用于起动该致动器的控制系统,其特征在于,当乘员通过以下这样的方式执行乘员座位和/或操作装置的运动时,即致动器对抗该运动而施加特定的力的方式,该控制系统能起动该车辆的致动器。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,为了刺激,在低力度高反复率下执行该运动。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,为了刺激,在高力度低反复率下执行该运动。
4.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,为了运动,颠倒致动器的通常辅助方向。
5.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,该反复运动为振动、摇动或搅动或对抗运动,以及前述运动中多于一种的组合。
6.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,该健身锻炼主动或被动地执行。
7.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,使用转向系统的致动器、踏板的致动器或座位调整装置的致动器以及前述致动器中多于一种的组合来产生运动。
8.一种车辆,特别是用以执行如前述权利要求中任一项所述方法的车辆,其特征在于,具有至少一个操作装置和至少一个乘员座位,该至少一个操作装置和/或该至少一个乘员座位各自具有至少一个用于辅助操作装置的正常功能或座位调节的主动致动器,以及用于起动该致动器的控制系统,其特征在于,当乘员通过以下这样的方式执行乘员座位和/或操作装置的运动时,即致动器对抗该运动而施加特定的力的方式,该控制系统能起动该车辆的致动器。
9.如权利要求8所述的车辆,其特征在于,至少一个致动器是弹簧辅助的,特别是在运动的方向上。
10.如权利要求8或9所述的车辆,其特征在于,运动所导致的以及作用在乘员上的力由传感器测定和/或由控制系统计算。
