技术领域
本发明涉及一种连接搭扣,其包括基座和控制装置,所述基座具有用来连接保持环的钩,所述控制装置能够占据锁定位置和释放位置以分别稳固保持环在锁钩上和释放保持环离开锁钩,所述控制装置包括两个锁定元件,两个锁定元件彼此独立并且都具有止动部和控制按钮。
固定搭扣被连接到用于攀登、探穴或者在一定高度工作的系带带子或者装具(harness)。基于安全原因,任何不合时宜的打开搭扣必须都不可能。
背景技术
文献EP1465507描述了一种带有自锁功能的固定搭扣,其包括在关闭位置和打开位置之间可移动的单个的控制按钮和在关闭位置锁住控制按钮的旋转闩锁。闩锁设置在搭扣的中心部,并且按钮包括形成止动部的拉片,当环插在锁钩上时,止动部撤回。在张紧时打开搭扣是不可能的。
搭扣的打开命令必须在没有任何负载时执行,并且需要两个不同的连续动作:
-第一动作,解锁闩锁并且按压按钮以打开搭扣;
-第二动作,通过向后推它把环从锁钩上解下,而在同一时间移开按压在按钮上并且在环的路径上的手指。
用来打开的必要的致动动作需要一定时间,因为,首先解锁闩锁、按压按钮,然后在拿开手指的同时移开环,都是必要的。
文献DE249673涉及一种带有在横向方向排列成行的两个锁定元件的固定搭扣,所述元件的按钮突出在搭扣的每一侧。按钮的这种设置不会保证搭扣可靠的安全。
发明内容
本发明之目的在于提供一种用于固定环的搭扣,其具有可靠结构,在搭扣没有负载时,使用两只手很容易释放,并且防止在正常使用时在不用手的情况下任何无意的释放。
根据本发明的固定搭扣,其特征在于,锁定元件由在盖的内部枢转地安装的两个杠杆构成,止动部设置在每个杠杆的端部中的一端,控制按钮设置在每个杠杆的端部中的另一端,当没有负载并且当两个杠杆的按钮同时被致动到释放位置时,从而环能够分离。
保持环保持被约束在锁钩中,没有动作施加在侧向(lateral)按钮上,任何不合时宜的固定搭扣的打开都不可能。由此获得了在固定搭扣中保持环的双重锁定。对于单独一个按钮的故意或者无意的致动不足以从锁钩上移开环。
根据一个优选实施例,两个锁定元件关于纵向中间平面对称地设置。锁定元件收容在盖内部,盖固定到基座并且包括两个用于接近控制按钮的侧向孔。每个锁定元件的杠杆围绕提供偏移枢转的倾斜轴而枢转地安装,两个杠杆关于纵向中间平面对称地设置。
根据本发明的一个特征,偏置弹簧与每一个枢转的杠杆关联,以偏置杠杆到抬起的锁定位置。
每个锁定元件的杠杆可以具有斜坡,当保持环插入锁钩时,保持环压斜坡。

具体实施方式
在附图中,固定搭扣10包括金属基座11,金属基座11在其前部具有锁钩12。钩12设计成接收保持环13,例如带子或者装具的连接带14连接到保持环13上。基座11的后部为夹子的形式,夹子具有用来调整连接带14长度的装置。
基座11固定到盖15上,除了在锁钩12中的保持环13的插入区域Z1之外,盖15部分覆盖基座11的顶面,。
盖15装有控制装置,控制装置能够占据锁定位置和释放位置以分别稳固保持环13在引入区域Z1中和释放保持环13离开引入区域Z1。这些控制装置包括两个锁定元件EV1、EV2,两个锁定元件EV1、EV2彼此独立并且在搭扣10的纵向中间平面的两侧对称地设置。
在所描述的实施例中,两个锁定元件EV1、EV2由围绕倾斜轴21枢转地安装的两个杠杆20构成。每个杠杆20具有在其一端的止动部16和在其另一端的控制按钮17。两个止动部16面对锁钩12设置,并且,如果两个按钮17被致动,那么两个止动部16在引入区域Z1内移动。两个按钮17收容在盖15横向设置的两个孔18中,因而是可接近的。两个按钮17只需要被按压到压下的释放位置就可使两个止动部16撤回。
偏置弹簧22安装在两个锁定元件EV1、EV2的每个枢转轴21上,用来偏置锁定元件到抬起的锁定位置。
当保持环13插入锁钩12时,保持环13压斜坡19,斜坡19设置在每个锁定元件EV1、EV2的止动部16的上面。
根据本发明的固定搭扣10的操作如下:
为了将保持环13钩在搭扣10的锁钩12上,只需要施加一定压力将环压在两个锁定元件EV1、EV2的斜坡19上。这使手动释放的驱动止动部16到达压下的释放位置。保持环13能够进入引入区域Z1而钩到锁钩12上,并且止动部16自动回到抬起的锁定位置。保持环13保持被约束在锁钩12中,并且没有任何施加在侧向按钮17上的动作,任何不合时宜的固定搭扣的打开10都不可能。
由此获得了保持环13在固定搭扣10中的双重锁定。对于单独一个按钮17故意或者无意的致动不足以从锁钩12上移开环13。
当固定搭扣10因受连接带的拉力而负载时,保持环13的任何释放也是无效的,即使通过在释放方向致动两个按钮17也不行。
固定搭扣10的打开命令只能在以下条件下执行:
-两个侧向按钮17同时被致动到压下的解锁位置,
-搭扣10没有负载,这使坏能够被推到后部,从而导致了环13从锁钩12上脱离的运动。在负载状态,由于连接带的拉力施加在环13上的大相反力,这种手动推压的运动不可能实现。
对于释放命令,只需要利用单独一只手的拇指和食指使两个侧向按钮17朝向彼此移动。杠杆20的枢转在偏移方式下发生,导致了向下的垂直分量,即,沿释放方向。
很清楚,两个锁定元件EV1、EV2的枢转杠杆20能够由等效装置替换,特别是平移可动的拉片,或者并排排列的推压按钮。

Claims (5)

1.一种固定搭扣(10),包括基座(11)和控制装置,所述基座(11)具有用来连接保持环(13)的锁钩(12),所述控制装置能够占据锁定位置和释放位置以分别稳固所述保持环(13)在所述锁钩(12)上和释放所述保持环离开所述锁钩(12),所述控制装置包括两个锁定元件(EV1,EV2),所述两个锁定元件(EV1,EV2)彼此独立并且都具有止动部(16)和控制按钮(17),
其特征在于,所述锁定元件(EV1,EV2)由在盖(15)的内部枢转地安装的两个杠杆(20)构成,所述止动部(16)设置在每个杠杆(20)的端部中的一端,所述控制按钮(17)设置在每个杠杆(20)的端部中的另一端,在没有负载并且当所述两个杠杆(20)的所述按钮(17)被同时致动到释放位置时,所述环(13)能够分离。

4.根据权利要求3所述的固定搭扣,其特征在于,偏置弹簧(22)与每个枢转的杠杆(20)关联,以偏置杠杆到抬起的锁定位置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的固定搭扣,其特征在于,每个锁定元件(EV1,EV2)的杠杆(20)具有斜坡(19),当所述保持环(13)插入所述锁钩(12)时,所述保持环(13)压所述斜坡(19)。
