一种永磁伺服同步电动机三相绕组,电动机定子铁芯36槽,极数8极,相数3相,该定子铁芯斜槽,在定子的36槽中布置三相单层绕组,a相绕组ax由6个线圈组成,a从第2槽引出,x从34槽引出;b相绕组by由6个线圈组成,b从第5槽引出,y从36槽引出;c相绕组cz由6个线圈组成,c从第8槽引出,z从第3槽引出;所述三相单层绕组,平均节距为4,每个线圈匝数都相等,每个槽中绕组都是单层。线圈引出线采取Υ接法,即三个绕组的x、y、z联结在一起,不引出,由a、b、c引出;所述三相单层绕组三相互差120°电角度,构成对称的三相绕组。本发明适用于永磁伺服同步电动机的定子绕组结构。

一种永磁伺服同步电动机三相绕组
技术领域    
    本发明涉及一种永磁伺服同步电动机三相绕组,属电机绕组技术领域。
背景技术    
    一种现有的永磁伺服同步电动机,定子铁芯槽数36槽,极数为8极,相数为3相,每极每相槽数q=3/2,为分数槽,定子铁芯不斜槽,按分数槽常规设计,是节距为4的短距双迭绕组,这种绕组存在下述缺点:(1)电机小,极数多,槽数36槽,其槽形小,在其中下双层绕组,槽利用率低,槽满率高,嵌线圈困难,且线圈易受伤破损;(2)三相绕组的相电势波形很差,计算相电势波形谐波含量高达21.03%,线电势波形谐波含量也达3.35%;电机温升高,振动、噪声大,运行品质差,低速转矩小,严重影响电机低速运行。
发明内容    
本发明的目的是,对上述电机存在的缺点进行改进,使绕组嵌线工艺简化、容易,能提高槽的利用率;另外,通过改进,能使三相绕组的相电势和线电势谐波含量大幅度降低,以增大低速转矩,并降低温升,减小电机振动、噪声,提高电机运行品质。
本发明的技术方案是,将三相对称绕组由节距为4的双迭双层绕组,改为三相对称绕组平均节距为4的单层绕组;并且辅之以定子铁芯斜槽,斜槽度为0.53个齿距。通过这二方面的改进,达到发明的目的。
本发明一种永磁伺服同步电动机三相单层绕组,所述电动机定子铁芯36槽,极数8极,相数3相,所述定子铁芯斜槽,在定子的36槽中布置三相单层绕组,a相绕组ax由6个线圈组成,即2-6,10-14,15-20,21-25,29-33,34-1;a从第2槽引出,x从第34槽引出;
b相绕组by由6个线圈组成,即5-9,13-17,18-23,19-24,28-32,36-4;b从第5槽引出,y从第36槽引出;
c相绕组cz由6个线圈组成,即8-11,12-16,22-26,27-30,31-35,3-7;c从第8槽引出,z从第3槽引出;
所述三相单层绕组,平均节距为4,每个线圈匝数都相等,每个槽中绕组都是单层。线圈引出线采取Υ接法,即三个绕组的x、y、z联结在一起,不引出,由a、b、c引出;所述三相单层绕组三相互差120°电角度,构成对称的三相绕组。
本发明与现有技术比较的有益效果是,通过技术改进,可提高永磁伺服同步电动机的低速转矩,降低三相绕组相电势和线电势的谐波含量,减小电机振动、噪声,提高电机运行品质,同时,由于绕组改为单层绕组,简化了嵌线的工艺,降低了电机温升,大大提高了产品的质量。
本发明适用于永磁伺服同步电动机的定子绕组结构。

具体实施方式
本发明在一种永磁伺服同步电动机上具体实施,该永磁伺服同步电动机定子槽数为36槽,极数为8极,相数为3相,其定子铁芯采取斜槽措施,斜槽度为0.53个齿距,采取定子斜槽极大地削弱了齿谐波,也较大程度削弱了5次以上的其它次谐波,同时减少了齿槽转矩。
本发明实施例在定子铁芯的36槽中布置三相对称的单层绕组,分别为ax、by、cz,如附图所示。
a相绕组ax由6个线圈组成,即2-6,10-14,15-20,21-25,29-33,34-1;a从第2槽引出,x从第34槽引出;
b相绕组by由6个线圈组成,即5-9,13-17,18-23,19-24,28-32,36-4;b从第5槽引出,y从第36槽引出;
c相绕组cz由6个线圈组成,即8-11,12-16,22-26,27-30,31-35,3-7;c从第8槽引出,z从第3槽引出。
本发明实施例三相单层绕组,平均节距为4,每个线圈匝数都相等,每个槽中绕组都是单层。线圈引出线采取Υ接法,即三个绕组的x、y、z联结在一起,不引出,由a、b、c引出;所述三相单层绕组三相互差120°电角度,构成对称的三相绕组。
本实施例采用三相单层绕组,嵌线容量,工艺简单;节省了工时和层间绝缘材料,提高了槽的利用率。
本实施例三相单层绕组,计算其相电势波形谐波含量仅为10.38%,比原常规双层绕组的21.03%下降50.64%;其线电势波形谐波含量仅为0.76%,比原常规双层绕组的3.35%下降77.31%,谐波含量都大幅度降低,这有利于加大低速转矩,降低温升,减少振动、噪声等,提高了电机的运行品质。

1.一种永磁伺服同步电动机三相绕组,所述电动机定子铁芯36槽,极数8极,相数3相,其特征在于,所述定子铁芯斜槽,在定子的36槽中布置三相单层绕组,a相绕组ax由6个线圈组成,即2-6,10-14,15-20,21-25,29-33,34-1;a从第2槽引出,x从第34槽引出;
b相绕组by由6个线圈组成,即5-9,13-17,18-23,19-24,28-32,36-4;b从第5槽引出,y从第36槽引出;
c相绕组cz由6个线圈组成,即8-11,12-16,22-26,27-30,31-35,3-7;c从第8槽引出,z从第3槽引出;
所述三相单层绕组,平均节距为4,每个线圈匝数都相等,每个槽中绕组都是单层;
