技术领域
本发明涉及一种检验器具,具体地说是用于纺织品水萃取液PH值快速测定的套杯。
背景技术
目前,众所周知,纺织品的染整过程中,会有一系列的酸、碱处理,如棉织物的丝光处理实际上就是浓碱处理,而漂白则是带有弱酸性的处理,所以,纺织品或多或少就会有一定的酸碱度,这便需要用相应的测试手段将服装的酸碱度用具体的数值来表示,纺织品的PH值测试正是基于这一需求而产生。水萃取液的制备:在室温下进行。把试样放入具塞三角烧瓶中,加入100ml蒸馏水或去离子水,用手轻轻摇动使试样浸湿,然后在振荡器上震荡1小时。将萃取清夜(不含有纺织材料)倒入烧杯,将电极浸入至液面以下至少1cm,轻轻摇动溶液,直至所显示PH值达到稳定为止。上述工作不仅繁琐,而且可能影响结果的准确性。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单、使用方便的用于纺织品水萃取液PH值快速测定的套杯。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种用于纺织品水萃取液PH值快速测定的套杯,其包括烧杯,其特征是:所述烧杯分为外杯和内杯,内杯上设有若干小孔,外杯套在内杯外。使用时可将试样和水加入到外杯后放到振荡器上震荡1小时,取下外杯后直接将设有若干小孔的内杯放外杯内,即可将电极浸入至液面以下至少1cm,进行测定。
