Abstract

Description

钢丝挂钩
技术领域
 本发明涉及一种把垫圈或密封件及类似物固定在一个安装平面上的钢丝挂钩。通常用在烤箱、冰箱、微波炉及一些加热设备的门上的密封件上。
背景技术
在烤箱、冰箱、微波炉及一些加热设备的门的周边有管状的垫圈,这些垫圈主要起密封作用但也有其他用途。这些垫圈是由金属线材编织的有良好弹性的骨架和绝缘材料编织的外层护套构成。这种结构已被证实可在持续高温的自洁烤箱中使用,同时也被证实尽管烤箱门经过多年的反复开关但垫圈依然可以提供良好的密封性。
将这种管装的垫圈安装到加热设备门上的方法通常由连接垫圈和门板的独立的挂钩来完成。挂钩有互相垂直的头部和底部构成。挂钩的底部编织或镶嵌在垫圈内,头部嵌入烤箱门上的安装孔,从而将垫圈安装到烤箱门上。
美国专利NO5,107,623提供了一种解决方案,但在将挂钩安装到垫圈内后很难在不破坏垫圈的情况下将挂钩取下,而强行取下则会对垫圈外层绝缘材料编织的护套造成损坏并且严重影响垫圈的密封性。如采取该解决方案则此挂钩只能用机械设备在编织玻纤时装入,在编织过程中如有一个挂钩发生问题就意味着整个垫圈的报废。另外,由于带弹性的骨架与其它部件无任何交叉或连接点,因此骨架极易从外层护套管中滑出或产生较大的位移,为此采用该解决方案时必须在整个垫圈两端用另一部件将其固定。
美国专利NO7,124,540提供了另一种解决方案,这种底部为椭圆形并带有一个短的尾部的挂钩在安装到垫圈上时极易造成尾部粘连垫圈外壁,造成整根垫圈在此挂钩处的凹陷,从而影响密封性,而该影响对于加热器具热容室的密封是致命的;也因为该尾部的存在,将垫圈安装到烤箱门上时会发生操作人员的手被翘起的尾部扎伤的可能。而且该方案提供的挂钩很难在垫圈编织时直接嵌入到垫圈内。
还有一种美国专利NO2009/0144949提供的解决方案的底部是圆形的,底盘上带有一个或几个突起物,突起物所在平面与挂钩头部平面相平行,该方案提供的挂钩在安装到垫圈内后头部会沿着顶部与颈部的轴线旋转,而这样的旋转会带给操作人员很大的困扰,而且,该方案提供的挂钩在安装到安装平面上时,由于底盘金属线末端受到挤压而翘起,在实际安装过程中依然无法避免底盘金属线末端扎伤操作人员手的概率的发生。另外,由于该方案提供的挂钩的底部是圆形,当垫圈安装到安装平面上后,由于挂钩底部的直径对垫圈的横向挤压使垫圈的横截面变成一个不规则形,而这样的变形将直接导致加热器具热容室密封的失效。
美国专利号NO2008/0256793 A1提供的解决方案是将挂钩底部加工成螺旋形,挂钩底部将金属丝缠绕2~3圈,以类似于螺纹状的形态存在,并且有一个沿圆周方向或向底盘圆心延伸并翘起的尾部。这种形态的挂钩由于组成底盘的金属丝相互并拢且不存在间隙,从而导致安装到垫圈时垫圈外层织物极易破损,而垫圈外层织物破损导致的后果就是加热容器热容室密封的失效。而且翘起的尾部会扎伤操作人员的手。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种钢丝挂钩,该挂钩能有效防止安装过程中挂钩尾端扎伤操作人员的现象的发生,同时也能防止挂钩尾端与垫圈粘连引起垫圈变形而造成的密封失效。
实现上述目的的技术方案是:一种钢丝挂钩,该挂钩包括由金属线材制成的头部底部,头部和底部连接在一起,头部和底部所在平面互相垂直,头部具有一个带圆弧的顶部和金属线材向下延伸形成的对称的左肩、右肩,头部下端具有一个与底部成一个夹角的短脚,且短脚向顶部方向翘起,底部近似于椭圆形,并由金属线材在水平方向绕成,底部具有一个向内弯曲的长脚,且长脚与底部主体之间具有较大的间隙。 
采用上述技术方案后,平整的底部和向顶部翘起的短脚能牢固而有效地将垫圈固定在安装面上。底部金属线材的末端与挂钩底部在同一平面上,有效预防了安装过程中挂钩尾端扎伤操作人员的现象的发生,同时也解决了挂钩尾部与垫圈粘连引起垫圈变形而造成的密封失效。本发明的钢丝挂钩有效地解决了挂钩头部旋转的问题,同时也解决了垫圈内层与外层的轴向位移现象。也解决了机械安装和手工安装无法在同一型号挂钩上实现的问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
如图1~2所示,一种钢丝挂钩,该挂钩包括由金属线材制成的头部1底部2,头部1和底部2连接在一起,头部1和底部2所在平面互相垂直,头部1具有一个带圆弧的顶部1-1和金属线材向下延伸形成的对称的左肩1-2、右肩1-3,头部1下端具有一个与底部2成一个夹角的短脚1-4,且短脚1-4向顶部1-1方向翘起,底部2近似于椭圆形,并由金属线材在水平方向绕成,底部2具有一个向内弯曲的长脚2-1,且长脚2-1与底部2主体之间具有较大的间隙。
当钢丝挂钩穿过垫圈的内外层安装到垫圈内时由于类似于椭圆形的底部的存在,给垫圈提供了一个足够大的支撑力,同时将垫圈的变形量降到了最小,从而保证了垫圈的密封性。
当钢丝挂钩穿过垫圈的内外层安装到垫圈内时由于上文提到的短脚2-1的存在并且向顶部翘起,所以在安装时短脚2-1会插入垫圈内外层之间,既可以为垫圈提供一个约束力把垫圈的内外层材料很好的定位以防止相互间的位移,又可以在把垫圈安装到门板上时对垫圈起到一个承托作用,使垫圈可以紧密的贴合在门板上,还可以有效防止挂钩安装时头部被压入垫圈内。
如图3所示,钢丝挂钩的短脚1-4插入玻纤纤维管4和网管3之间,起到定位的作用,并防止钢丝挂钩安装后发生的旋转。钢丝挂钩的长脚2-1与挂钩底面在同一平面上,有效防止挂钩与网管3、玻璃纤维管4的粘连,彻底消除产品安装时伤到手的隐患;长脚2-1与挂钩主体距离较大、安装方便、快捷,长脚2-1打弯,杜绝挂钩安装后露出玻璃纤维管4的现象。
如图4所示,为机械自动植入挂钩的方式,采用此种方式植入挂钩时,钢丝挂钩的短脚1-4直接插入玻璃纤维层4,起到定位作用。
本发明的挂钩型态具有多种变形和种类,具体的结构和形态不能仅局限于以上所提到的。例如:挂钩的底部还可以是菱形或其他不规则形,也可以将挂钩底部所在制成翘曲角度不大的其他几何形。再如,将短脚加工成圆弧形或其他几何形等等。

1.一种钢丝挂钩,其特征在于:该挂钩包括由金属线材制成的头部(1)底部(2),头部(1)和底部(2)连接在一起,头部(1)和底部(2)所在平面互相垂直,头部(1)具有一个带圆弧的顶部(1-1)和金属线材向下延伸形成的对称的左肩(1-2)、右肩(1-3),头部(1)下端具有一个与底部(2)成一个夹角的短脚(1-4),且短脚(1-4)向顶部(1-1)方向翘起,底部(2)近似于椭圆形,并由金属线材在水平方向绕成,底部(2)具有一个向内弯曲的长脚(2-1),且长脚(2-1)与底部(2)主体之间具有较大的间隙。
