本发明公开了一种防磨划伤工装,其包括:支撑板部、自支撑板部的边部向上凸伸的数个第一挡部、自支撑板部的边部向下凸伸的数个第二挡部及自支撑板部的角部向下凸伸的定位部,所述第一挡部与第二挡部间隔设置,所述定位部呈三角形设置,所述支撑板部及定位部均设有数个镂空部。通过在太阳能电池组件的四个角部安装该防磨划伤工装,从而可防止太阳能电池组件划伤,所述定位部的设置还可防止组件堆垛的滑落,从而避免产品损毁和人员伤亡。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防磨划伤工装。
背景技术
在太阳能电池组件的组装过程中需要用到大量的硅胶密封粘合,这样就会有一些硅胶粘附在边框上,由于胶体干燥固化需要静置数小时到一天,传统工艺组件在清理边框的这些覆辙硅胶时只是用一张瓦楞纸把组件分隔开,时间一长,纸板本身会很脏会给边框带来脏污,同时,纸板没法固定组件,造成组件的活动,极容易产生组件堆垛的滑落、产品损毁和人员伤亡。由于框架间的摩擦极容易造成划伤磨痕,不仅影响美观而且由于对保护膜的损伤带来了安全的隐患。
因此,有必要提供一种解决上述技术问题的防磨划伤器。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种可防止太阳能电池组件划伤的防磨划伤器。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种防磨划伤工装,其包括:支撑板部、自支撑板部的边部向上凸伸的数个第一挡部、自支撑板部的边部向下凸伸的数个第二挡部及自支撑板部的角部向下凸伸的定位部,所述第一挡部与第二挡部间隔设置,所述定位部呈三角形设置,所述支撑板部及定位部均设有数个镂空部。
 本发明的有益效果是:通过在太阳能电池组件的四个角部安装该防磨划伤工装,从而可防止太阳能电池组件划伤,所述定位部的设置还可防止组件堆垛的滑落,从而避免产品损毁和人员伤亡。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,一种防磨划伤工装100,所述防磨划伤工装100包括:支撑板部1、自支撑板部1的边部向上凸伸的数个第一挡部2、自支撑板部1的边部向下凸伸的数个第二挡部3及自支撑板部1的角部向下凸伸的定位部4,所述第一挡部2与第二挡部3间隔设置,所述定位部4呈三角形设置,所述支撑板部1及定位部4均设有数个镂空部10、40。所述镂空部10、40的设置可节约材料使用量,进而节约制造成本,所述防磨划伤工装100由工程塑料制成。通过在太阳能电池组件的四个角部安装该防磨划伤工装100,从而可防止太阳能电池组件划伤。每一层防磨划伤工装的定位部4收容于下一层太阳能电池组件的槽道内,可固定太阳能电池组件,防止太阳能电池组件堆垛的滑落,从而避免产品损毁和人员伤亡。

1.一种防磨划伤工装,其特征在于:所述防磨划伤工装包括:支撑板部、自支撑板部的边部向上凸伸的数个第一挡部、自支撑板部的边部向下凸伸的数个第二挡部及自支撑板部的角部向下凸伸的定位部,所述第一挡部与第二挡部间隔设置,所述定位部呈三角形设置,所述支撑板部及定位部均设有数个镂空部。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种防磨划伤工装,其特征在于:所述防磨划伤工装由工程塑料制成。
