本发明属于镍氢电池制造技术领域,提供一种镍氢电池密封油配制方法。这种镍氢电池密封油配制方法,包括如下步骤:选用电池级沥青,于容器中加热并搅拌使沥青全部熔融;冷却至40℃~50℃,按沥青与汽油质量比为1∶0.2~0.8的比例缓慢加入汽油,边加边搅拌;冷却至室温,密封包装待用。根据本发明的镍氢电池密封油配制方法,汽油对于人体的危害相对较小,采用汽油作为溶剂配制密封油,可以达到相同的密封效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及镍氢电池密封油,尤其涉及一种镍氢电池密封油配制方法。
背景技术
传统的镍氢电池密封油的配制方法,采用甲苯或二甲苯做溶剂溶解镍氢电池用沥青(电池级沥青),这样配制出的密封油,可以达到很好的密封效果。
而甲苯和二甲苯是有毒化工材料,可经过吸入、食入、皮吸收进入人体危害人体健康,在配制和使用密封油的过程中,对于环境的污染相对大,会危害工人的身体健康。
发明内容
本发明目的就是克服现有的圆柱镍氢技术存在的弊端,提供一种相对环保且密封性能好的镍氢电池密封油配制方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种镍氢电池密封油配制方法,包括如下步骤:选用电池级沥青,于容器中加热并搅拌使沥青全部熔融;冷却至40℃~50℃,按沥青与汽油质量比为1∶0.2~0.8的比例缓慢加入汽油,边加边搅拌;冷却至室温,密封包装待用。
所用汽油为工业汽油。
沥青与汽油质量比为1∶0.6。
本发明的有益效果:汽油对于人体的危害相对较小,采用汽油作为溶剂配制密封油,可以达到相同的密封效果。
具体实施方式
实施例(一)
采用本发明配制镍氢电池用密封油,首先,使用电子天平称取电池级沥青10Kg,放入在不锈钢锅内,不锈钢锅的有效容积为25L,对不锈钢锅加热使沥青熔融,边加热边搅拌,等沥青完全熔融后,冷却至沥青的温度在40~50度,称取工业用汽油6Kg,缓慢加入到不锈钢锅内,边加边搅拌。冷却到25~30度,测试密封油的比重为0.91g/cm3,装入容器待用。
使用本发明的镍氢电池用密封油,制作50AA2500mAh电池10000只,采用人工或机械方法,把密封油均匀涂在电池壳口槽位内壁。电池活化结束后,取1000只电池,补电50%,在环境温度为20~30度,存放2年,电池无爬碱。
采用本发明的镍氢电池密封油,电池密封效果好,而且在密封电池过程中对工人的毒性小。
本发明中,沥青与汽油质量比可在1∶0.2~0.8范围内任意选择,使用效果差别不大,具体不在赘述。

Claims (3)

1.一种镍氢电池密封油配制方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:选用电池级沥青,于容器中加热并搅拌使沥青全部熔融;冷却至40℃~50℃,按沥青与汽油质量比为1∶0.2~0.8的比例缓慢加入汽油,边加边搅拌;冷却至室温,密封包装待用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的镍氢电池密封油配制方法,其特征在于:所用汽油为工业汽油。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的镍氢电池密封油配制方法,其特征在于:沥青与汽油质量比为1∶0.6。
