本发明属于金属材料领域,特别涉及高耐磨压砖用模具钢。其特征是成份重量百分比范围为:C:1.7~2.30、Cr:11~15、Mn:0.4~0.6、Si:0.4~0.6、W:0.3~1.5或用0.3~1.5的Mo替代W、V:0.2~1.2、Nb:0.05~0.2、S和P≤0.03、Re元素≤0.30,余量为铁。发明优点在于:淬火-回火状态(HRC56~63)用于墙体砖、耐火砖、广场透水砖模具,其寿命比采用Cr12、Cr12MoV、D2钢平均寿命提高3~4倍,其钢材价格仅比Cr12MoV高18%。

一种高耐磨压砖用模具钢
技术领域
本发明属于金属材料领域,特别涉及高耐磨压砖用模具钢。
背景技术
自上世纪九十年代中后期,机电液压一体化大吨位压制成型装备研制成功,用于墙体砖、陶瓷砖、耐火砖、以及透水广场砖压制成型。大大提高了劳动生产率。特别是600~1380T墙体材料全自动液压砖机的开发应用,使得电厂粉煤灰、陶瓷废渣、河沙等固体废弃物变废为宝,压制成型各种免烧墙体砖,完全可以取代粘土烧制砖。这是一项不占用耕地,变废为宝,节能减排的新技术,具有广阔的发展前景。机电液压一体化压制成型装备都需要用模具成型,模具的寿命高低决定了墙体砖、耐火砖制造成本的高低,目前砖用模具普遍寿命低,更换频繁,成本高,直接影响新技术广泛利用。高耐磨压砖用模具性价比是衡量其经济效益的最重要参数。根据压砖工作条件对性能的要求,这种模具应当具备高的耐磨性高的抗压强度,并有足够的韧性,同时应具备良好的可加工性。
现生产与设备配套的砖用模具生产厂家出于传统概念及材料成本考虑,普遍采用通用型冷作模具钢Cr12、Cr12MoV、D2钢种,此外采用硬质合金镶嵌,工件面采用硬质合金薄板,底板采用45#钢或40Cr,加工制成组合模具。存在的问题是:
Cr12、Cr12MoV、D2都属于高碳高铬类型莱氏体钢,都具有良好的耐磨性。Cr12钢其含碳量高达2.3%,耐磨性虽高但冲击韧性较差,易于形成不均匀的共晶碳化物,Cr12MoV及D2含碳量低于Cr12,加入Mo、V韧性有所改善,但其碳化物总量低于Cr12钢。以上三种钢用于压砖模具,耐磨性不够,寿命普遍较低,达不到客户的要求,性价比低。
采用硬质合金镶嵌技术其寿命大幅度提高,但由于硬质合金加工难度大,工作面硬质合金薄板易破损,更换频繁,供应商生产成本高,难于推广。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种合金成本较低,加工工艺易于控制,耐磨性高并具有足够韧性,满足机电液压一体化压制成型砖用模具要求的模具钢,提高性能价格比,降低生产成本。
一种高耐磨压砖用模具钢,成份重量百分比范围为:C:1.7~2.30、Cr:11~15、Mn:0.4~0.6、Si:0.4~0.6、W:0.3~1.5或用0.3~1.5的Mo替代W、V:0.2~1.2、Nb:0.05~0.2、S和P≤0.03、Re元素≤0.30,余量为铁。发明优点在于:淬火-回火状态(HRC56~63)用于墙体砖、耐火砖、广场透水砖模具,其寿命比采用Cr12、Cr12MoV、D2钢平均寿命提高3~4倍,其钢材价格仅比Cr12MoV高18%。

本发明采用电炉(20t)炼钢,锻锤开坯,热轧成材,总共生产了162.6吨,制造了墙体砖模具共计180套,使用结果表明,其寿命平均比Cr12MoV至少提高2倍以上,目前正扩大生产规模以满足市场需求。
