Fig. 7 is the side view of lock-out state of expression ski binding of the present invention, and Fig. 8 is the side view of the state that unlocks of the lever of expression ski binding of the present invention, and Fig. 9 is the side view of rotary state of the high backboard of expression ski binding of the present invention.
As shown in Figure 7, at the high backboard 120 at the sidewall 112a rear portion that is located at base 110 by hinge axis H rotationally when the direction of approximate vertical is stood, described footmuff 130 is spurred to base 110 by first wire rod 140, and lever 150 rotates the restriction that is subjected to second wire rod 160 to unlocking direction, promptly is subjected to the restriction of second wire rod 160 to the rotation of rear side.
The state that is provided with of first wire rod 140 is described, at one end be fixed under the state of a side of lever 150, via a side interface channel 122a of high backboard 120, the third channel 133 of footmuff 130, the opposite side passage 114b of base 110, the first passage 131 of footmuff 130, a wing passage 114a of base 110, the second channel 132 of footmuff 130 and the opposite side interface channel 122b of high backboard 120, be fixed on the opposite side (Fig. 6 reference) of lever 150 once more.
When base 110 is connected with footmuff 130, high backboard 120 and lever 150 by first wire rod 140, when lever 150 overlaps 130 direction rotation to transporting persons or goods by cart, promptly as shown in Figure 7 when locking direction rotates, first wire rod 140 that the interface channel 122a by high backboard 120 inserts first patchhole 152 of lever 150 is tightened up; At this moment, the result that lever 150 rotates is exactly that first wire rod 140 that connects between footmuff 130 and the high backboard 120 is pulled in the direction of lever 150, with the rear end side of footmuff 130 towards high backboard 120 pullings, then connect first wire rod 140 between footmuff 130 and the base 110 with the front of footmuff 130 towards base 110 pullings.
As mentioned above, because the rotation of footmuff 130 by lever 150 is pulled to high backboard 120 and base 110 sides, the therefore toe and the instep of fastening ski boots between described base 110, high backboard 120 and footmuff 130.
In addition, first patchhole 152 of the interface channel 122a of described high backboard 120 and lever 150 is that benchmark is formed at the opposite side of lever 150 to the direction of locking direction rotation with the turning cylinder 151 of lever 150.Therefore, under the state that locking direction rotates, first steel wire 140 that connects described high backboard 120 and lever 150 spurs described lever 150 to locking direction, prevent that thus lever 150 from rotating arbitrarily to the latch-release direction at described lever 150.
And, described footmuff 130 is connected under the state of base 110 and high backboard 120 and lever 150 by first wire rod 140, pipe 144 by being inserted in first wire rod, 140 outsides that are exposed between footmuff 130 and high backboard 120 and the base 110 and spring 142 keep leaving from base 110 state of predetermined space, keep by the state of elastic compression at the described spring 142 of this state.
Then, the state that second wire rod 160 is set is described, described second wire rod 160, the one end is fixed on a side sidewall 112a of base 110, via the connecting ring 124b of the opposite side of second patchhole 153 of the connecting ring 124a of a side of high backboard 120 and lever 150 and high backboard 120, be fixed in the opposite side sidewall 112b (with reference to Fig. 6) of base 110.
And, identical with described first wire rod 140, the direction that second patchhole 153 of the connecting ring 124a of described high backboard 120 and lever 150 rotates to the direction that unlocks with respect to lever 150 is that benchmark is positioned at opposite side with the turning cylinder 151 of lever 150, therefore, at described lever 150 under the state that locking direction rotates, second wire rod 160 that connects second patchhole 153 of the connecting ring 124a of described high backboard 120 and lever 150 keeps the state that is tightened up, locking direction for described lever 150 provides tension force, prevents that therefore lever 150 from random rotating to the direction that unlocks. And,, therefore prevent that described high backboard 120 from rotating backward because second wire rod 160 between base 110 and the high backboard 120 is tightened up
The unlocking of ski binding of the present invention that locked setting as mentioned above below is described then is as follows.
As shown in Figure 8, the lever 150 that is assembled in the support 126 of high backboard 120 by turning cylinder 151 rotationally rotates to the direction that unlocks (direction of arrow), then can as shorten shown in " L2 " among Fig. 8 with the distance between the interface channel 122a of first patchhole 152 of lever 150 of " L1 " expression and high backboard 120 among Fig. 7, therefore releasing is by the pulling force of the footmuff 130 of first wire rod 140.
As mentioned above, when first wire rod 140 is relaxed, reverted to original state in spring 142 elasticity of the exposed portions serve of first wire rod 140, described footmuff 130 is left from base 110 and high backboard 120 by elastic compression.
And, connect base 110, high backboard 120 and lever 150 and second wire rod 160 of the latched position of fixing high backboard 120 also shortens along with the distance of second patchhole 153 of the connecting ring 124a of high backboard 120 and lever 150 and becomes slack, high backboard 120 is that rotate freely at the center with hinge axis H.
As shown in Figure 9, under high backboard 120 rotating states, high backboard 120 is rotated fully backward, thereby separate the interval between high backboard 120 and the footmuff 130.Under this state,, therefore can carry out the insertion and the disengaging of ski boots easily because described high backboard 120 does not hinder the heel of ski boots.
The order of the locking process of aforesaid ski binding of the present invention is the reverse order of unlocking, as shown in Figure 9, and the front of base 110 is left the footmuff 130 of configuration and insert under the state of ski boots in the space be located at rotationally between the high backboard 120 of rear end side of base 110, as shown in Figure 8, high backboard 120 is rotated with after the heel that supports ski boots, as shown in Figure 7, the lever 150 at high backboard 120 rears is rotated to locking direction, when then first wire rod 140 is drawn tightly, once can form the toe and the ankle of tight ski boots forward part with described footmuff 130, and, when second wire rod 160 is drawn tightly, the latched position of described high backboard 120 is fixed.
Therefore, the present invention is by user's operating lever 150, and once therefore the fixing high backboard 160 of the footmuff 130 of ski boots forward part and ski boots s heel portion or remove this and fix, has not only and can promptly carry out dismounting, and the convenient advantage of using.
Among the figure, Figure 10 is the front view of the first wire rod length adjustment means of ski binding of the present invention, and Figure 11 is the side cross-sectional view of Figure 10, and Figure 12 is the action section figure of length adjustment means of first wire rod of the ski binding of the present invention of Figure 10.
As shown in figure 10, rotatably insert under the state of rotating member 173 at the mounting groove 171c of the moving body 171 that is disposed at lever 150 rear end side, the end that first patchhole 152 by described lever 150 is inserted in first wire rod 140 of lever 150 inboards is inserted in described rotating member 173.
At this moment, external screw thread 174 screw threads that are formed on the end of described first wire rod 140 are incorporated into the internal thread part 173a of described rotating member 173, and adjust the length of described first wire rod 140 by the direction of rotation of described rotating member 173.Described rotating member 173 is located at the both end sides of first wire rod 140 respectively and can be adjusted length, therefore can adjust the both sides of first wire rod 140 according to user's build respectively.
As shown in figure 11, described moving body 171 is fixed on lever 150 by the connecting elements 175 that passes slotted hole 171b, at this moment, the first jog 171a that is formed on the medial surface of described moving body 171 is engaged in second jog 172 of the back that is formed on lever 150, limits moving of direction up and down simultaneously.
Under this state, as shown in figure 12, make connecting elements 175 remove the constraint of moving body 171 to removing the direction rotation, then under the state that the first jog 171a of moving body 171 breaks away from from second jog 172 of lever 150, moving body 171 carries out moving of above-below direction in the scope of the slotted hole 171b of moving body 171.At this moment, two ends are limited to the mobile adjustment length of first wire rod 140 of described moving body 171 by the above-below direction of described moving body 171.
As mentioned above, first wire rod 140 of moving body 171 is fixed at two ends, when moving body 171 above-below directions move, once can adjust two ends length, when rotating member 173 rotation that makes the both sides that are arranged at moving body 171 respectively, when can adjust first wire rod 140 of both sides respectively, as mentioned above, above-below direction by moving body 171 move and the rotation of rotating member 173 can be dual adjustment length the time, can enlarge the scope of adjusting the length of first wire rod 140 in narrow region.
Interest field of the present invention is not limited to described embodiment, can embody by the embodiment with various forms in the claim scope. In not breaking away from the thought that claim scope of the present invention asked, belong to the person skilled in the art of the present invention and can be understood as deformable various scope and all belong to claim scope of the present invention.
The industrial utilization possibility
The present invention has following advantage: promptly, rotate to locking direction by the lever that will be positioned at high backboard rear, thereby footmuff and high backboard can be simultaneously the fixing front and back of ski boots.
