技术领域
本发明涉及一种电器操作装置的固定结构，具体涉及一种温控器安装结构。
背景技术
温控器是对温度进行控制的电开关设备，普遍用于中央空调、单户取暖、地暖及各种燃油、燃气锅炉（壁挂炉）等设备。温控器可以自由调节室内温度，并能按用户要求设定各种时间段的开关和各种预设好的模式下自动运行调节室温，使之达到舒适的温度，达到方便、节能、舒适温暖的理想生活环境。温控器主要由盒体及温度控制元件组成，一般是采用壁挂式安装结构，即盒体内靠在墙体一侧的侧壁固定在墙体上，然后再装入温度控制元件，连接电源线及通讯线，最后扣合面板。这种结构存在以下缺陷：安装或拆卸不方便，出现故障维修时浪费时间，同时也易造成内部元件或线路损坏。
发明内容
为了克服现有的温控器安装或拆卸不方便的不足，本发明提供一种温控器安装结构，该温控器安装结构具有结构简单、安装或拆卸方便及安全可靠的特点。
本发明的技术方案是：一种温控器安装结构包括盒体及面板，面板与盒体之间为可拆卸连接，盒体卡挂在支架上，所述的支架上设有挂钩，挂钩至少为3个且不在同一直线上，所述的挂钩向外垂直伸出且端部同向弯曲，盒体上设有与所述的挂钩相对应的挂接孔，所述的挂钩伸入到挂接孔内，盒体与支架相对位移能够使盒体与支架相卡；盒体上至少一个挂接孔的侧面设有插孔，所述的插孔内插有锁销，锁销能够阻止盒体相对支架移动。
所述的插孔的侧壁设有“V”型槽，锁销的侧面设有张开的且与“V”型槽相对应的弹性舌片，所述的弹性舌片的端部位于“V”型槽内。
所述的“V”型槽为2个且对称分布，所述的弹性舌片也为2个且对称分布。
所述的锁销的插入端设有倒角，所述的锁销的另一端设有豁口。
所述的挂钩向上弯曲。
所述的支架上设有安装孔，支架被穿过安装孔的螺钉固定在墙壁中的暗盒上。
本发明具有如下有益效果：由于采取上述方案，先将支架固定在墙壁内的暗盒上，再将盒体挂在支架上，插入锁销，盒体与支架就牢固地连接在一起，拆卸时，拔出锁销，窜动盒体既可将盒体取下。盒体安装拆卸方便，在安装拆卸过程中，不会损坏盒体内的温度控制元件、连接电源线及通讯线，结构简单，安全可靠。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明：
由图1结合图2-图5所示，一种温控器安装结构包括盒体1及面板2，面板2与盒体1之间为可拆卸连接，盒体1卡挂在支架3上，所述的支架3上设有挂钩4，挂钩4至少为3个且不在同一直线上，所述的挂钩4向外垂直伸出且端部同向弯曲，盒体1上设有与所述的挂钩4相对应的挂接孔5，所述的挂钩4伸入到挂接孔5内，盒体1与支架3相对位移能够使盒体1与支架3相卡；盒体1上至少一个挂接孔5的侧面设有插孔6，所述的插孔6内插有锁销7，锁销7能够阻止盒体1相对支架3移动。使用时，先将支架3固定在墙壁内的暗盒上，再将盒体1挂在支架3上，插入锁销7，盒体1与支架3就牢固地连接在一起，拆卸时，拔出锁销7，窜动盒体1既可将盒体1取下。盒体1安装拆卸方便，在安装拆卸过程中，不会损坏盒体1内的温度控制元件、连接电源线及通讯线，结构简单，安全可靠。
由图1结合图3、图5所示，所述的插孔6的侧壁设有“V”型槽8，锁销7的侧面设有张开的且与“V”型槽8相对应的弹性舌片9，所述的弹性舌片9的端部位于“V”型槽8内。当锁销7插入到插孔6的过程中，弹性舌片9被压缩，锁销7到位后，弹性舌片9弹起，弹性舌片9的端部处于“V”型槽8内，起到限位作用。
由图1结合图3、图5所示，所述的“V”型槽8为2个且对称分布，所述的弹性舌片9也为2个且对称分布。弹性舌片9 受力均匀，锁紧可靠。
由图1结合图3、图5所示，所述的锁销7的插入端设有倒角，所述的锁销7的另一端设有豁口10。在插孔6的外端口处设有一个斜面12，使豁口10露出，从该斜面处伸进工具插入到豁口10中向外撬动锁销7，弹性舌片9沿“V”型槽8被压缩，锁销7被拔出，该结构利于锁销7插入和拔出。
由图1结合图2所示，所述的挂钩4向上弯曲。本实施例为优选方式，当然挂钩4的弯曲方向可以为任意方向。
由图1结合图2所示，所述的支架3上设有安装孔11，支架3被穿过安装孔11的螺钉固定在墙壁中的暗盒上。

1.一种温控器安装结构，包括盒体(1)及面板(2)，面板(2)与盒体(1)之间为可拆卸连接，其特征在于：盒体(1)卡挂在支架(3)上，所述的支架(3)上设有挂钩(4)，挂钩(4)至少为3个且不在同一直线上，所述的挂钩(4)向外垂直伸出且端部同向弯曲，盒体(1)上设有与所述的挂钩(4)相对应的挂接孔(5)，所述的挂钩(4)伸入到挂接孔(5)内，盒体(1)与支架(3)相对位移能够使盒体(1)与支架(3)相卡；盒体(1)上至少一个挂接孔(5)的侧面设有插孔(6)，所述的插孔(6)内插有锁销(7)，锁销(7)能够阻止盒体(1)相对支架(3)移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种温控器安装结构，其特征在于：所述的插孔(6)的侧壁设有“V”型槽(8)，锁销(7)的侧面设有张开的且与“V”型槽(8)相对应的弹性舌片(9)，所述的弹性舌片(9)的端部位于“V”型槽(8)内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种温控器安装结构，其特征在于：“V”型槽(8)为2个且对称分布，所述的弹性舌片(9)也为2个且对称分布。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种温控器安装结构，其特征在于：所述的锁销(7)的插入端设有倒角，所述的锁销(7)的另一端设有豁口(10)。
5.根据权利要求1、2、3或4所述的一种温控器安装结构，其特征在于：所述的挂钩(4)向上弯曲。
6.根据权利要求1、2、3或4所述的一种温控器安装结构，其特征在于：所述的支架(3)上设有安装孔(11)，支架(3)被穿过安装孔(11)的螺钉固定在墙壁中的暗盒上。
