Abstract

本发明属于防止人工股骨头脱位的装置及其使用方法。所要解决的问题就是背景技术存在的:假体股骨头与假体股骨颈因为失去了关节囊的兜托保护,容易发生假体股骨头从髋臼中脱位,导致手术失败。其技术方案要点是:一种防止人工股骨头脱位的装置,假体连接的股骨颈插接于假体股骨头内,其特征在于假体连接的股骨颈上环套关节囊附着环,关节囊附着环上连接关节囊缝合附着裙边。如上所述一种防止人工股骨头脱位的装置的使用方法,其特征在于手术中将关节囊纵向切开并翻开,将上述装置置入其中后,将翻开的关节囊翻回后穿过关节囊缝合附着裙边进行缝合固定。可应用于实施人工股骨头或髋关节的置换手术,具有防止人工股骨头脱位显著优点。

Description

一种防止人工股骨头脱位的装置及其使用方法
技术领域:本发明属于医疗领域的手术假体,特别是一种防止人工股骨头脱位的装置及其使用方法。 
背景技术:人工股骨头或髋关节置换手术需要将假体股骨颈插接于假体股骨头内,再将假体股骨头置于假体髋臼内,手术时将关节囊切除。这样,假体股骨头与假体股骨颈因为失去了关节囊的兜托保护,容易发生假体股骨头从髋臼中脱位,导致手术失败。 
发明内容:本发明的目的就是提出一种防止人工股骨头脱位的装置及其使用方法的技术方案,以解决背景技术存在的:假体股骨头与假体股骨颈因为失去了关节囊的兜托保护,容易发生假体股骨头从髋臼中脱位,导致手术失败。解决该技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种防止人工股骨头脱位的装置,假体连接的股骨颈插接于假体股骨头内,其特征在于假体连接的股骨颈上环套关节囊附着环,关节囊附着环上连接关节囊缝合附着裙边。其中,关节囊缝合附着裙边为与关节囊附着环同轴心的扇形。关节囊缝合附着裙边中间设置若干加强杆。一种如上所述一种防止人工股骨头脱位的装置的使用方法,其特征在于手术中将关节囊纵向切开并翻开,将上述装置置入其中后,将翻开的关节囊翻回后穿过关节囊缝合附着裙边进行缝合固定。 
本发明与现有技术比较所具有的有益效果是:由于采用上述技术方案,手术中将关节囊纵向切开并翻开,将本发明置入其中后,将翻开的关节囊翻下后穿过关节囊缝合附着裙边进行缝合固定。这样,关节囊对假体股骨头与假体股骨颈起到了兜托保护作用,有效防止发生假体股骨头从髋臼中脱位,并且不影响假体关节的功能。

具体实施方式:参考图1、图2,一种防止人工股骨头脱位的装置,假体4连接的股骨颈5插接于假体股骨头2内,其特征在于假体4连接的股骨颈5上环套关节囊附着环3,关节囊附着环3上连接关节囊缝合附着裙边1。关节囊缝合附着裙边1为与关节囊附着环3同轴心的扇形。关节囊缝合附着裙边1中间设置若干加强杆6。上述一种防止人工股骨头脱位的装置的使用方法,其特征在于手术中将关节囊纵向切开并翻开,将上述装置置入其中后,将翻开的关节囊翻回后穿过关节囊缝合附着裙边进行缝合固定。 

Claims (3)

1.一种防止人工股骨头脱位的装置,假体(4)连接的股骨颈(5)插接于假体股骨头(2)内,其特征在于假体(4)连接的股骨颈(5)上环套关节囊附着环(3),关节囊附着环(3)上连接关节囊缝合附着裙边(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种防止人工股骨头脱位的装置,其特征在于关节囊缝合附着裙边(1)为与关节囊附着环(3)同轴心的扇形。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述一种防止人工股骨头脱位的装置,其特征在于关节囊缝合附着裙边(1)中间设置若干加强杆(6)。
