Abstract

本发明涉及一种捞渣机械,可用于沼气池捞渣和下水道清淤。户用沼气池捞渣机由支架、绞盘、抓斗组成,绞盘固定在支架上,抓斗连接在绞盘上。绞盘是电动或者手动中的一种。抓斗由手柄和夹持器组成,夹持器是可以开合的,抓斗的长度大于1米。用于解决真空和离心设备无法抽取的含秸杆稠渣,它具有成本低、重量轻、安全、效率高的优点,可采用一般家庭的两相电或人力作为动力,利用现有的各种手持式出渣耙作为抓斗有效解决农村秸秆料出渣的难题。该机械可一人操作,是人工捞渣效率的2-3倍,能有效解决抽渣难题。

户用沼气池捞渣机
技术领域  本发明涉及一种捞渣机械,可用于沼气池捞渣和下水道清淤。
背景技术  我国户用沼气池数量已超过六千万,随着能源价格的上涨,今后的数量还会增加,在沼气的推广中,一直有两个瓶颈难以解决:一是粪源减少,由于养殖业向集约化发展,很多家庭已经不具备养殖条件,缺少粪源;二是抽渣难,由于国家给沼气服务网点配置的抽渣设备,主要为真空泵和离心泵,两者均不具有抽取稠渣及长秸秆等杂物的能力,无法满足农民大换料的要求,近年来很多农民将秸秆作为发酵料投入沼气池,更有些农民采用所谓的干发酵技术,直接将秸秆堆呕在沼气池中,用现有的网点配置的设备,无法进行换料。近些年来,也出现了一些解决此问题的方法,如江苏淮安苏通市政环保机械公司发明的专利号为:CN201020168583.6的沼气池秸秆挖掘机;十堰南方机械公司生产的液压抓斗等大型机械;还有云南杨胜祥发明的专利号为:CN200920111298.8的沼气池除渣器,;四川南充农机所发明的粗渣捞渣耙;还有覃德敏发明的专利号为:CN01264628.8沼气池内快速抓叉器容易排渣工具等手动设备。但是两类技术均未能大面积推广,就其原因:大型机械造价高,一般在几万元,对场地及沼气池口的直径大小都有严格的限制,手动器械价格低、效率也低,同时在目前劳动力价格飞涨的情况下,捞渣成本高且人要长期蹲在池口也不安全。
发明内容  本发明的目的是要解决农村沼气发酵料由粪便向秸秆转化出现的抽渣难题。户用沼气池捞渣机由支架、绞盘、抓斗组成,绞盘固定在支架上,抓斗连接在绞盘上。绞盘是电动或者手动中的一种。抓斗由手柄和夹持器组成,夹持器是可以开合的,抓斗的长度大于1米。用于解决真空和离心设备无法抽取的含秸杆稠渣,它具有成本低、重量轻、安全、效率高的优点,可采用一般家庭的两相电或人力作为动力,利用现有的各种手持式出渣耙作为抓斗有效解决农村秸秆料出渣的难题。该机械可一人操作,是人工捞渣效率的2-3倍,能有效解决抽渣难题。

具体实施方式
实施例1:如图1所示,支架2采用外径为42mm的长度为1.5m钢管六根,每两根钢管可串接在一起,手动绞盘3固定在支架2上,中间固定盘1的外围均匀的分布着由三根钢管组成的支架2,定滑轮5固定在中间,使用时将支架2连接竖起呈三脚架状位于沼气池活动盖口上端,抓斗6的手柄61上端连接在手动绞盘3的钢缆4上,抽渣时转动手动绞盘3放下抓斗6入池底,握手柄61对准先秸杆后用夹持器62夹紧再摇动手动绞盘3把它吊出池口,然后至抛洒地,松开夹持器62抛洒秸秆。
实施例2:如图2所示,支架2采用人字梯架结构,将电绞盘7固定在人字梯一侧的支架2上采用220v电流驱动,将定滑轮5固定在两侧人字梯的连接点处,将电绞盘7的钢缆4连接在抓斗6的手柄61上端。使用时启动电绞盘7使抓斗6伸入沼气池,握手柄61对准后用夹持器62夹紧秸秆再启动电绞盘7把它吊出池口,然后至抛洒地,松开夹持器62抛洒秸秆。
实施例3:支架2固定在抽渣车8上,电绞盘7也固定在抽渣车8上,定滑轮5安装在支架2上,钢缆4穿过定滑轮5一端连着电绞盘7另一端连着抓斗6,使用时将抽渣车8后端停在沼气池活动盖口附近,启动电绞盘7将抓斗6伸入池口操纵手柄61用夹持器62抓住秸杆出池口然后抛洒。

1.户用沼气池捞渣机由支架、绞盘、抓斗组成,其特征在于:绞盘固定在支架上,抓斗连接在绞盘上。

3.根据权利要求1所述的户用沼气池捞渣机,其特征在于:抓斗由手柄和夹持器组成,夹持器是可以开合的,抓斗的长度大于1米。
