Abstract

一种盖体卡锁结构,包括一本体、一盖设于该本体上的盖体、一可滑动地装设于所述本体上的按钮及一弹簧,所述弹簧设置于所述按钮与该本体之间,所述按钮可解除地与所述盖体卡持;按压所述按钮,所述按钮与该盖体的卡持解除,同时所述弹簧收缩并为按钮的回复提供一回复力。

盖体卡锁结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种盖体卡锁结构,尤其涉及一种应用于便携式电子装置的盖体卡锁结构。
背景技术
随着无线通信与信息处理技术的发展,移动电话、个人数位助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)等便携式电子装置竞相涌现,同时这些便携式电子装置的结构也多种多样。一般便携式电子装置都具有一电池盖卡锁结构,该盖体卡锁结构可使该便携式电子装置的电池盖固定于壳体上,并方便该电池盖的拆卸。
现有的便携式电子装置的电池盖卡锁结构多采用卡钩和扣锁结构卡固于本体上,即在电池盖一端设置一对卡钩,另一端设置一卡锁销,对应的在本体一端设置一对卡槽,另一端设置一扣锁孔。安装时,先将电池盖的卡钩插入本体的卡槽,再将电池盖以该卡槽为轴朝向本体方向旋转并按压电池盖直至电池盖的卡锁销卡入壳体的扣锁孔中。
该类电池盖卡锁结构虽可将电池稳固地固定于该壳体内,然而一旦电池盖与壳体结合后,电池盖难以拆装,造成使用不方便,同时该类卡锁结构也较复杂,造成制造成本的增加。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种结构简单且便于盖体开启的的盖体卡锁结构。
一种盖体卡锁结构,包括一本体、一盖设于该本体上的盖体、一可滑动地装设于所述本体上的按钮及一弹簧,所述弹簧设置于所述按钮与该本体之间,所述按钮可解除地与所述盖体卡持;按压所述按钮,所述按钮与该盖体的卡持解除,同时所述弹簧收缩并为按钮的回复提供一回复力。
相较于现有技术,所述的盖体卡锁结构仅通过按钮与所述盖体之间可解除地卡持,并通过弹簧为按钮的回复提供弹力,即可轻松将该盖体装配或开启于该本体,由此可见,所述盖体卡锁结构不仅结构简单,而且便于该盖体的拆卸。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本发明较佳实施方式的盖体卡锁结构100包括至少一按钮10、与按钮10数量相当的弹簧30、一本体50及一盖体70。在本实施方式中,所述按钮10及弹簧30的个数均为两个。所述按钮10可移动地装设于所述本体50上。所述每一弹簧30的相对两端分别弹性抵持于所述按钮10及本体50。所述按钮10将所述盖体70可解除地卡持于该本体50。
请一并参阅图2,所述每一按钮10包括一按钮主体11、由该按钮主体11相对两端分别凸设而成的一按压部13及一卡持部15,且所述按压部13及卡持部15分别位于所述按钮主体11的相对二表面。所述按钮主体11的一侧表面邻接所述按压部13开设有一嵌设孔111。所述嵌设孔111用于固接所述弹簧30的一端,以此使按钮主体11固接所述弹簧30。该按钮主体11邻接所述卡持部15开设有一安装槽113。该安装槽113由一呈弧形的槽底壁1131及垂直连接于该槽底壁1131一端的槽侧壁1133围成。该槽侧壁1133朝背离该按压部13的方向凸设有一套设柱1135。该套设柱1135用于套设所述弹簧30的一端部。所述按钮主体11的相对二端部还分别延伸形成一抵持块115。所述每一抵持块115大致呈长条状,其可移动地抵持于所述本体50。所述按压部13大致呈矩形块体状,其背离所述套设柱1135的一侧表面凸设有一按压块131(如图1所示),并于所述按压块131的相对两侧分别形成一抵持肩133。用户通过按压该按压块131对该按钮10进行操作。所述卡持部15大致呈“L”形,其用于将所述盖体70卡持于所述本体50上。
每一所述弹簧30的一端部弯折形成一嵌设柱31。该嵌设柱31的延伸方向与所述弹簧30的轴线方向相垂直。该嵌设柱31嵌设于所述嵌设孔111内,以此将所述弹簧30的一端固定于所述按钮10。所述弹簧30用于为所述按钮10的回复提供一回复力。
所述本体50包括一底壁51及设于该底壁51相对两端的二侧壁53。每一所述侧壁53上对应所述按钮10的按压部13开设有一容置孔531及于每一侧壁53的内侧形成一与该容置孔531相对的抵持壁5331(如图2所示)。所述容置孔531用于容置所述按压块131。该抵持壁5331弹性抵持于所述弹簧30的另一端。每一所述侧壁53邻接所述容置孔531开设有一与容置孔531贯通的贯穿孔533。所述侧壁53于该贯穿孔533的相对两侧还分别对应所述按钮10的抵持块115凸设有一卡块535。所述每一卡块535大致呈“L”形,其端部可发生一定的变形,即所述二卡块535可相互张开,以便于安装所述抵持块115。该每一卡块535的端部形成一倾斜的导向壁5351,实现该卡块535与按钮10的抵持块115装配时的导向。所述抵持块115可滑动地卡持于所述卡块535,如此可将所述按钮10定位于本体50,同时该按钮10也可相对于本体50移动从而开启盖体70。
所述盖体70大致呈矩形板状,其朝向所述按钮10的一侧表面对应所述每一卡持部15凸设有一卡钩71。所述卡钩71于所述贯穿孔533内可解除地卡持于所述卡持部15,以此实现该盖体70可解除地卡持于该按钮10。
请一并参阅图1至图4,组装所述盖体卡锁结构100时,首先将其中一所述弹簧30的嵌设柱31装入其中一所述按钮10的嵌设孔111内,同时将所述弹簧30与该嵌设柱31相连接的一端套设于所述套设柱1135上;接下来将所述按钮10的按压部13对准所述本体50的容置孔531,将抵持块115对准本体50的卡块535,然后将该弹簧30的另一端抵持于该抵持壁5331并按压该按钮主体11,此时所述抵持块115抵持所述导向壁5351使二卡块535张开,随后所述抵持块115沿该导向壁5351卡持于所述卡块535,同时所述按压块131容置于该容置孔531内,该抵持肩133于该容置孔531的相对两侧抵持于所述侧壁53内侧,且所述卡持部15容置于所述贯穿孔533内。随后以同样的方式将另一所述按钮10及弹簧30组装于所述本体50上。接着将所述盖体70盖设于所述本体背离该卡块535的表面,并将所述二卡钩71于所述贯穿孔533内分别卡持于所述卡持部15,即完成了所述盖体卡锁结构100的组装。
请一并参阅图4至图6,所述的盖体卡锁结构100在使用时,若用户需开启该盖体70,只需朝所述弹簧30的方向同时按压所述二按钮10的按压块131,使得所述弹簧30收缩并积聚弹力,同时所述按钮10沿弹簧30收缩方向移动,使得所述按钮10的卡持部15与所述盖体70的卡钩71分离,即可将盖体70开启;释放所述按压块131后,所述按钮10在弹簧30的弹力作用下回复原位。当需将所述盖体70锁持于所述本体50上时,只需将所述盖体70盖设于所述本体50上,并使所述卡钩71对准所述贯穿孔533;然后按压所述按钮10的按压块131,使该按钮10的卡持部15沿该弹簧30收缩的方向移动,随后按压该盖体70,使该卡钩71容置于所述贯穿孔533内并与所述卡持部15相对,接着释放该按压块131,该卡持部15即在弹簧30的弹力作用下朝该卡钩71移动而与该卡钩71卡持,从而将所述盖体70卡持于所述本体50。
相较于现有技术,所述的盖体卡锁结构100仅通过按钮10与所述盖体70之间可解除地卡持,并通过弹簧30为按钮10的回复提供弹力,即可轻松将该盖体70装配或开启于该本体50,由此可见,所述盖体卡锁结构100不仅结构简单,而且便于该盖体70的拆卸。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本发明权利要求公开的范围和精神内做其他形式和细节上的各种修改、添加和替换。当然,这些依据本发明精神所做的各种修改、添加和替换等变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (9)

1.一种盖体卡锁结构,包括一本体及一盖设于该本体上的盖体,其特征在于:所述盖体卡锁结构还包括一可滑动地装设于所述本体上的按钮及一弹簧,所述弹簧设置于所述按钮与该本体之间,所述按钮可解除地与所述盖体卡持;按压所述按钮,所述按钮与该盖体的卡持解除,同时所述弹簧收缩并为按钮的回复提供一回复力。
2.如权利要求1所述的盖体卡锁结构,其特征在于:所述弹簧的一端部弯折形成一嵌设柱,该按钮上开设有嵌设孔,该嵌设柱嵌设于该嵌设孔内。
3.如权利要求2所述的盖体卡锁结构,其特征在于:所述嵌设柱的延伸方向与所述弹簧的轴线方向相垂直。
4.如权利要求1所述的盖体卡锁结构,其特征在于:所述按钮上凸设有一套设柱,该本体上设有一抵持壁,该弹簧一端套设于该套设柱上并弹性抵持于该按钮,另一端弹性抵持于该抵持壁。
5.如权利要求1所述的盖体卡锁结构,其特征在于:所述按钮包括一卡持部,该盖体对应该按钮凸设有一卡钩,所述卡持部可解除地卡持于所述卡钩。
6.如权利要求1所述的盖体卡锁结构,其特征在于:所述本体上间隔凸设有二卡块,所述按钮的相对二端部对应所述每一卡块分别凸设有一抵持块,所述抵持块可移动地抵持于所述卡块。
7.如权利要求6所述的盖体卡锁结构,其特征在于:所述每一卡块的端部形成一导向壁。
8.如权利要求5所述的盖体卡锁结构,其特征在于:所述按钮上设有一按压部,该按压部上凸设有一按压块,并于该按压块的相对两侧分别形成一抵持肩。
9.如权利要求8所述的盖体卡锁结构,其特征在于:所述本体包括一侧壁,该侧壁上对应所述按压块贯通开设有一容置孔,该按压块容置于该容置孔内,该抵持肩抵持于该侧壁内侧。
