背景技术
目前,国内外大型电力公司虽然很多,但是在电线牵引的过程中一般都采用普通绳索,由于绳重牵引难度大、拉力小、不绝缘,因为拉力不够所造成安全事故,且这种牵引绳使用寿命也短。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种高分子量聚乙烯高压牵引绳,这种高分子量聚乙烯高压牵引绳不但拉力强、重量轻、耐磨强、绝缘性好、使用方便,而且保证了电缆牵引时的安全性。
本发明采用了以下技术方案:一种高分子量聚乙烯高压牵引绳,它包括高分子量聚乙烯高压牵引绳主体,所述高分子量聚乙烯高压牵引绳主体由16股高分子量聚乙烯单丝加捻而成,在高分子量聚乙烯高压牵引绳主体表面设有由若干股高分子量聚乙烯加捻而成的表层。
本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明本体采用16股高分子量聚乙烯单丝编织而成,表面采用了外用高分子量聚乙烯多股加捻而成,制作后聚乙烯高压牵引绳具有耐磨和拉力强、重量轻、绝缘性好、使用方便等优点,它可以有效的保证了电力牵引的安全性,不会出现普通牵引绳断裂、伤人等现象。

在图1中,本发明为一种高分子量聚乙烯高压牵引绳,它包括高分子量聚乙烯高压牵引绳主体1,所述高分子量聚乙烯高压牵引绳主体1由16股高分子量聚乙烯单丝加捻而成,在高分子量聚乙烯高压牵引绳主体1表面设有由若干股高分子量聚乙烯加捻而成的表层2。每1T高分子量聚乙烯吊装绳使用高分子量聚乙烯单丝120丝等于0.08kg比普通型(涤纶丝)节约了70%。
