背景技术
目前,国内外大中小型机械厂虽然很多,但是在吊装的过程中一般都采用涤纶、锦纶吊装绳,由于所吊物体瞬间受力,因此很单根股条断裂,这样在吊装的过程中,因为涤纶、锦纶吊装绳断裂造成安全事故,且这种吊装绳的使用寿命也短。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种高分子量聚乙烯吊装绳,这种高分子量聚乙烯吊装绳不但拉力强,重量轻,耐磨强,使用方便,而且能保证了吊装时的安全性。
本实用新型采用了以下技术方案:一种高分子量聚乙烯吊装绳,它包括高分子量聚乙烯吊装绳主体,所述高分子量聚乙烯吊装绳主体由若干高分子量聚乙烯单丝编织而成,在高分子量聚乙烯吊装绳主体表面设有树脂层。
所述树脂层采用LAG045树脂。
本实用新型具有以下有益效果:本实用新型采用了高分子量聚乙烯单丝编织得到的高分子量聚乙烯吊装绳并且在承载芯表面设有树脂层,使得高分子量聚乙烯吊装绳具有耐磨和拉力强、重量轻等优点,它可以有效的保证了大型机械起重安全性,不会出现普通吊装绳断裂的现象。同时本实用新型每1T高分子量聚乙烯吊装绳使用高分子量聚乙烯单丝120丝等于0.07kg比普通型(涤纶、锦纶丝)节约了70%。

在图1中,本实用新型为一种高分子量聚乙烯吊装绳,它包括高分子量聚乙烯吊装绳主体2,所述高分子量聚乙烯吊装绳主体2由若干高分子量聚乙烯单丝编织而成,在高分子量聚乙烯吊装绳主体2表面设有树脂层1,所述树脂层1采用LAG045树脂。每1T高分子量聚乙烯吊装绳使用高分子量聚乙烯单丝120丝等于0.07kg比普通型(涤纶、锦纶丝)节约了70%;组份为树脂;每100m高分子量聚乙烯吊装绳配比0.5kg树脂。

1.一种高分子量聚乙烯吊装绳,其特征是它包括高分子量聚乙烯吊装绳主体(2),所述高分子量聚乙烯吊装绳主体(2)由若干高分子量聚乙烯单丝编织而成,在高分子量聚乙烯吊装绳主体(2)表面设有树脂层(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高分子量聚乙烯吊装绳,其特征是所述树脂层(1)采用LAG045树脂。
