技术领域
本发明涉及刺绣机领域,尤其涉及一种电脑刺绣机的上线导向装置。
背景技术
随着计算机和自动控制技术的发展,电脑刺绣机已经取代了传统的手动机械刺绣机,得到越来越广泛的应用。传统的电脑刺绣机在刺绣完成时,需要人工将线收回到储存器内,操作不便,费时费力,工作效率很低。
发明内容
为了克服传统电脑绣花机需要人工将线收回到储存器的问题,本发明提供了一种单针刺绣机器人上线导向装置。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:单针刺绣机器人上线导向装置,上线导向杆安装于上线导向座上。
所述上线导向杆上设有定位孔。
本发明在单针刺绣机器人上增设上线导向装置,在刺绣完成时可以自动将上线回收到储存期内,提高了工作效率,节省了人力,操作方便。

具体实施方式
本发明单针刺绣机器人上线导向装置的结构如图1和图2所示,由上线导向杆1和上线导向座2组成,上线导向杆1安装于上线导向座2上,上线导向杆1上设有定位孔3用于固定。
传统的电脑刺绣机无此部件,上线的回收是由人工完成的。本发明在单针刺绣机器人上增设上线导向装置,在刺绣完成时可以自动将上线回收到储存期内,提高了工作效率,节省了人力,操作方便,提高了整个刺绣机器人的自动化程度,并且体积小,适合工厂使用也适合家庭使用,操作简单。

1. 单针刺绣机器人上线导向装置,其特征在于:上线导向杆(1)安装于上线导向座(2)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的单针刺绣机器人上线导向装置,其特征在于:所述上线导向杆(1)上设有定位孔(3)。
