本发明提供了一种轧制机架的快速水接头结构，其能够避免在使用过程中阀芯卡死现象，密封性好，使用寿命长。其包括由接头、套连接而成的阀壳，所述阀壳内扣装有T型阀芯，其特征在于：所述T型阀芯的杆部和所述阀壳围成空腔，所述空腔内设置有弹簧，所述弹簧的两端分别顶压所述阀芯和阀壳扣装的结合面，所述阀芯的头部中空，所述阀芯的尾部为盲端，在所述阀芯的尾部，所述阀芯的本体上设置有通孔，所述阀芯的尾端套装有垫圈螺母，在所述阀芯复位的条件下，所述垫圈螺母和所述套的端部贴合，所述通孔位于所述阀壳的内部。

一种轧制机架的快速水接头结构
技术领域
本发明涉及无缝连轧钢管生产线中，轧制机架辊面冷却水喷洒装置，具体为一种轧制机架的快速水接头结构。
背景技术
在无缝连轧钢管生产线中，冷却水的喷洒对轧辊的使用寿命极其重要。目前，现有轧制机架的水接头结构所用的阀芯、接头和套的材质相同，在使用过程中，阀芯容易卡死，密封性差，使用寿命短。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在上述缺点，本发明提供了轧制机架的快速水接头结构，其能够避免在使用过程中阀芯卡死现象，密封性好，使用寿命长。
其技术方案是这样的，其包括由接头、套连接而成的阀壳，所述阀壳内扣装有T型阀芯，其特征在于：所述T型阀芯的杆部和所述阀壳围成空腔，所述空腔内设置有弹簧，所述弹簧的两端分别顶压所述阀芯和阀壳扣装的结合面，所述阀芯的头部中空，所述阀芯的尾部为盲端，在所述阀芯的尾部，所述阀芯的本体上设置有通孔，所述阀芯的尾端套装有垫圈螺母，在所述阀芯复位的条件下，所述垫圈螺母和所述套的端部贴合，所述通孔位于所述阀壳的内部。
其进一步特征在于：所述阀芯和所述阀壳的结合处设置有密封圈。
本发明采用上述结构之后，当有外力作用时推动阀芯向后移动，阀芯尾部的通水孔与冷却水相通，将冷却水喷向轧辊表面，当没有外力作用时，阀芯由于弹簧的作用复位，此时垫圈螺母封住阀芯尾部的通水口，实现快速关闭，使用过程中阀芯卡死现象的较少；而在接头管体前后两端设置密封圈、套前端设置密封圈，均起到良好的密封效果，进一步保证了较少出现卡死的现象，保证了轧制机架的快速水接头装置的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
见图1，本发明包括由接头1、套5连接而成的阀壳，接头1与套5通过紧固螺栓连接在一起，阀壳内扣装有T型阀芯2， T型阀芯2的根部和阀壳围成空腔，空腔内设置有弹簧4，弹簧4的两端分别顶压阀芯2和阀壳扣装的结合面，即套5内壁的圆环壁面，阀芯2的头部中空，阀芯2的尾部为盲端，在阀芯2的尾部，阀芯2的本体上设置有通孔7，阀芯2的尾端套装有垫圈螺母6，在阀芯2复位的条件下，垫圈螺母6和套的端部贴合，通孔7位于阀壳的内部，阀芯2和阀壳的结合处设置有密封圈3。接头1管体前后两端内壁分别开有密封槽，密封圈3置于密封槽内，阀芯2由尼龙制成，套5前端内壁开有密封槽，密封圈3置于密封槽内，当有外力作用时，推动阀芯2向后移动，阀芯2尾部的通水孔7与冷却水相通，将冷却水喷向轧辊表面，当没有外力作用时，阀芯2由于弹簧4的作用复位，此时垫圈螺母6封住阀芯2尾部的通水口，实现快速关闭。

1.一种轧制机架的快速水接头结构，其包括由接头、套连接而成的阀壳，所述阀壳内扣装有T型阀芯，其特征在于：所述T型阀芯的杆部和所述阀壳围成空腔，所述空腔内设置有弹簧，所述弹簧的两端分别顶压所述阀芯和阀壳扣装的结合面，所述阀芯的头部中空，所述阀芯的尾部为盲端，在所述阀芯的尾部，所述阀芯的本体上设置有通孔，所述阀芯的尾端套装有垫圈螺母，在所述阀芯复位的条件下，所述垫圈螺母和所述套的端部贴合，所述通孔位于所述阀壳的内部。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种轧制机架的快速水接头结构，其特征在于：所述阀芯和所述阀壳的结合处设置有密封圈。
