[0002] AB工艺是吸附-生物降解(Adsorption-Biodegradation)工艺的简称。这项污水生物处理技术是由德国某工业大学卫生工程学院的宾克(Botho Bohnke)教授在传统的二级生物处理系统基础上于70年代中期所开创的污水生物处理工艺。早期污水处理工艺,存在的去除难降解有机物和除氮脱磷效率低下,及投资和运行费用过高等问题,在对两段活性污泥法和高负荷活性污泥法进行大量研究的基础上,宾克开发出了 AB法污水处理工艺。AB工艺由污水预处理段、A段和B段等3段组成。预处理段只设格栅、沉砂池或曝气沉砂池等简易处理设备,不设初次沉淀池。A段由吸附池和中间沉淀池组成,B段则由曝气池和二次沉淀池所组成。AB法系在传统两级活性污泥法和高负荷活性污泥法的基础上开发的,属超高负荷活性污泥法。A段的负荷高,为增殖速度快的微生物种群提供了良好的环境条件,A段对污染物的去除,主要是依靠生物污泥的吸附作用。这样,某些重金属和难降解有机物质以及氮、磷等植物性营养物质,都能通过A段得到一定的去除,因此大大减轻B段的负荷。自上世纪80年代起,国内逐步开始将AB法应用到城市污水处理和工业废水处理工程中,已建成相当数量的AB法工艺的城市污水处理厂,成效显著,取得了十分可观的社会效益和环境效益。AB法与传统的活性污泥法相比,在处理效率、运行稳定性、工程投资和运行费用等方面均有明显的优点。近年来,一些新的污水处理技术被用于AB法的改进和改良,引起人们的广泛关注。特别是欧洲最佳污水处理厂-奥地利strass污水处理厂,在AB法的基础上应用了高效曝气系统、B段 前置反硝化、厌氧氨氮氧化技术和高效沼气发电技术,使得该厂的污水处理的能耗能够自给自足,成为新一代“绿色”污水处理厂的典范。
[0003]美国专利(US patent application n0.20080223783)发明了一种由好氧膜生物反应器和厌氧污泥消化组成的污水处理系统。剩余污泥由好氧膜生物反应器排放后,进入污泥消化池进行厌氧消化。同时,厌氧污泥循环回流到好氧膜生物反应器。该处理方法具有高效和低污泥产率的特点。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明目的在于提供一种零能耗的城市污水强化吸附AB处理方法。其特征在于,通过将消化污泥回流到吸附池,提高吸附池污泥的有机物吸附量,从而使污水中的大部分有机物被污泥吸附并运载到厌氧污泥消化单元经厌氧消化转变为沼气,然后通过沼气能量的回收利用从而可以提供污水和污泥处理的能耗(电能和热能)。具体包括如下步骤:
[0005] (I)经过预处理的污水和由中间沉淀池而来的回流污泥d —起进入吸附池,同时由厌氧污泥消化单元回流的消化污泥全部或部分进入吸附池,污水和污泥经曝气或搅拌形成混合液a。[0006] (2)混合液a进入中间沉淀池后,经澄清的污水作为混合液b进入曝气池;污泥从中间沉淀池底部排出,其中部分作为回流污泥d进入吸附池,其余部分作为剩余污泥f排放至污泥浓缩单元。
[0007] (3)混合液b和由二次沉淀池而来的回流污泥e—起流入曝气池,同时由厌氧污泥消化单元回流的消化污泥部分或全部进入曝气池,污水和污泥经曝气形成混合液C。
[0008] (4)混合液c进入二次沉淀池后,经澄清的污水作为出水排出系统;污泥从二次沉淀池底部排出,其中大部分作为回流污泥e进入曝气池,其余部分作为剩余污泥g排放至污泥浓缩单元。
[0009] (5)在污泥浓缩单元,浓缩污泥排放至厌氧污泥消化单元进行消化处理,被去除的污泥中的水分(如上清液)回流至污水预处理。
[0010] (6)厌氧污泥消化单元在厌氧条件下消化污泥,产生以甲烷为主的沼气和消化污泥;在污泥消化单元的排出污泥中,一部分消化污泥全部回流至吸附池或者曝气池,或者按比例分别回流至吸附池和曝气池,其余部分消化污泥按国家要求进行污泥脱水及处置。
[0011] 所述步骤I是吸附池接受由污水预处理而来的污水,同时回流的消化污泥进一步提高生物污泥的吸附能力;吸附池中的溶解氧浓度控制在低于1.0mg/L,除曝气设施外可设置机械搅拌器或水下推流器,以加强搅拌混合作用。污水预处理可包括粗格栅、细格栅、沉砂池等,用以去除体积较大的悬浮物、漂浮物和比重较大的无机颗粒和油脂,以减轻后续工艺的负担。
[0012] 所述步骤2是利 用中间沉淀池将污泥和污水分离,30%〜100%的污泥回流至吸附池,剩余污泥f排放至污泥浓缩单元进行浓缩。
[0013] 所述步骤3是通过鼓风曝气或机械曝气的方式,控制曝气池中污水和污泥的混合液溶解氧浓度来进行有机物降解和硝化及反硝化等反应;混合液悬浮固体(MLSS)浓度为1000〜5000mg/L,水力停留时间约为2〜6小时,90%以上的有机物被去除。可设置隔板将曝气池分隔成不同的区(如缺氧区、好氧区),并可设置机械搅拌器或水下推流器,以加强搅拌混合作用。
[0014] 所述步骤4是用二次沉淀池将污泥和污水分离,30%〜100%的污泥回流至曝气池,剩余污泥g排放至污泥浓缩单元进行浓缩。
[0015] 所述步骤5是用重力浓缩或者机械浓缩或者气浮浓缩的方法,将剩余污泥的含水率降至97%以下,大大减小厌氧消化单元的容积。
[0016] 所述步骤6是用中温或者高温厌氧消化由污泥浓缩单元而来的污泥。消化池的生物固体停留时间(污泥龄)为10天〜30天。产生的甲烷气体做为燃料用来发电、烧锅炉、驱动机械等以回收其中所含的能量,同时提供污水处理厂运行的电能和热能。
[0017] 与现有的城市污水方法相比,本发明具有以下优点:
[0018]1.本发明采用回流消化污泥至吸附池的方法,使污水中更多的有机物被污泥吸附后被运载到厌氧污泥消化单元中厌氧降解,因而产生更多的甲烷气。
[0019] 2.本发明是AB(Adsorption-Biodegradation)工艺的变形,具有运行稳定、耐冲击负荷的特点。
[0020] 3.通过发电等方式回收的甲烷气能量,可以完全满足整个污水处理厂的运行的所需的电能,因而是零能耗的污水处理方法。[0021] 4.因为厌氧污泥消化产生的沼气大大高于常规的污水处理方法,所以本发明的污泥产率也大大低于常规城市污水处理方法,具有污泥产率低的特点。

具体实施方式
[0023] 本发明提供一种零能耗的城市污水生物处理方法。以下结合图1列举实例对本发明进行说明。
[0024] 污水进水水量为10万吨/天。城市污水首先经过粗、细格栅等预处理的去除比重较大的悬浮物,然后和厌氧污泥消化单元回流的消化污泥,一起进入吸附池,采用鼓风曝气和机械搅拌的方式使吸附池中的污水和污泥充分搅动混合,以利于污水中的有机物被污泥吸附去除。污泥和污水的混合液a流入中间沉淀池,经重力沉淀,澄清的污水流入曝气池,50-100%的污泥回流到吸附池,以提供足够的生物污泥。通过隔板将曝气池分成缺氧区和好氧区,维持缺氧区溶解氧浓度低于0.5mg/L,以利于脱氮反应;好氧区中维持溶解氧在2mg/L左右,保证污水中有机物的生物降解和硝化反应的顺利进行;好氧区的出水以200%回流到厌氧区,以提供脱氮反应的硝酸盐;同时在曝气池中投加25mg/L的絮凝剂?况13,通过化学除磷进一步去除污水中的磷。曝气池出水的混合液e进入二次沉淀池,混合液中悬浮的活性污泥和其他固体物质在这里沉淀下来与水分离,澄清后的污水作为处理水排出系统。在二次沉淀池中,50%〜100%的污泥回流至曝气池的缺氧区,剩余污泥g排放至污泥浓缩单元进行浓缩。剩余污泥在污泥浓缩单元通过重力浓缩的方式,使浓缩污泥的含水率低于97%。浓缩污泥排放至厌氧污泥消化池进行处理。污泥消化采用中温厌氧消化(35°C左右)。在污泥消化池中,污泥中的有机物在厌氧条件下,被细菌降解为以甲烷为主的沼气和稳定的污泥(消化污泥 )。部分消化污泥回流至吸附池,部分消化污泥经脱水后按国家要求进行污泥处置。
[0025] 表I给出了在典型城市污水的情况下(处理水量为10万吨/天),本发明实例处理的出水水质、由污泥厌氧消化回收的能量和污水污泥处理消耗的能量。由此表可见,出水水质达到城镇污水厂一级排放标准B。在典型城市污水进水水质的情况下,本发明由甲烷气回收的电能能完全够提供污水处理厂的电耗(112.5% ),并可获得0.24kffh/m3的热能盈余。并且,本发明的污泥产率为0.15kgVSS/kgB0D,仅为AB处理方法(0.30kgVSS/kgB0D)的一半。以上数据说明,本发明工艺每处理一吨污水能产生0.04kffh的电能和0.24kffh的热能,是一种新型的污水资源化处理和利用。

Claims (7)
1.一种零能耗的城市污水强化吸附AB处理方法,其特征在于,通过将消化污泥回流到吸附池,提高吸附池污泥的有机物吸附量,从而使污水中的大部分有机物被污泥吸附并运载到厌氧污泥消化单元经厌氧消化转变为沼气,然后通过沼气能量的回收利用从而可以提供污水和污泥处理的电能和热能;具体包括如下步骤: (1)经过预处理的污水和由中间沉淀池而来的回流污泥d —起进入吸附池,同时由厌氧污泥消化单元回流的消化污泥全部或部分进入吸附池,污水和污泥经曝气或搅拌形成混合液a ; (2)混合液a进入中间沉淀池后,经澄清的污水作为混合液b进入曝气池;污泥从中间沉淀池底部排出,其中部分作为回流污泥进入吸附池,其余部分作为剩余污泥f排放至污泥浓缩单元; (3)混合液b和由二次沉淀池而来的回流污泥e—起流入曝气池,同时由厌氧污泥消化单元回流的消化污泥部分或全部进入曝气池,污水和污泥经曝气形成混合液c ; (4)混合液c进入二次沉淀池后,经澄清的污水作为出水排出系统;污泥从二次沉淀池底部排出,其中大部分作为回流污泥e进入曝气池,其余部分作为剩余污泥g排放至污泥浓缩单元; (5)在污泥浓缩单元,浓缩污泥排放至厌氧污泥消化单元进行消化处理,上清液回流至污水预处理; (6)厌氧污泥消化单元在厌氧条件下消化污泥,产生以甲烷为主的沼气和消化污泥;在污泥消化单元的排出污泥中,一部分消化污泥全部回流至吸附池或者曝气池,或者按比例分别回流至吸附池和曝气池,其余部分消化污泥按国家要求进行污泥脱水及处置。
2.根据权利要求1所述零能耗的城市污水强化吸附AB处理方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(6)消化污泥回 流至吸附池或者曝气池,或者按比例分别回流至吸附池和曝气池。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述零能耗的城市污水强化吸附AB处理方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(I)吸附池接受的消化污泥来自步骤(6 )。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述零能耗的城市污水强化吸附AB处理方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中间沉淀池接受的混合液a来自步骤(I ),污水和污泥在池中进行分离。
5.根据权利要求1所述零能耗的城市污水强化吸附AB处理方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)曝气池接受的混合液b来自步骤(2),接受的消化污泥来自步骤(6)。
6.根据权利要求1所述零能耗的城市污水强化吸附AB处理方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4) 二次沉淀池将污泥和污水进行分离。
7.根据权利要求1所述零能耗的城市污水强化吸附AB处理方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(5)是用重力浓缩或者机械浓缩或者气浮浓缩的方法,降低污泥的含水率。
