本发明涉及节能环保领域中的一种利用粉煤灰和炉渣为轻集料生产轻集料混凝土砌块的配制方法。技术方案:每一立方混凝土包括以下原料及百份比:水泥15-17%,砂15-18%,石35-37%,粉煤灰7-9%,炉渣22-25%,水灰比0.28-0.32。所述的粉煤灰为II级灰,水泥为325等级。发明益果:本配方经高温养护28天,强度预计为10MPa,经试验证实3天强度平均可达6.75MPa,替代水泥后,在强度不变的情况下,成本大大降低,取得了较好的经济效益。

轻集料混凝土砌块的配制方法
技术领域
本发明涉及节能环保领域中的一种利用粉煤灰和炉渣为轻集料生产轻集料混凝土砌块的配制方法。
背景技术
粉煤灰和炉渣是工业企业和热电厂排放的废料,长期排放,不仅占用大量土地,还严重污染环境,在此情况下,国家及各省市大量提倡对粉煤灰和炉渣进行二次再利用,申请人从事地面砖生产多年,凭着多年的实践经验,利用粉煤灰和炉渣生产轻集料混凝土砌块,取得了较好的经济和社会效益。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是根据多年的实践经验,提供一种粉煤灰和炉渣利用率高且砌块强度高的轻集料混凝土砌块的配制方法。
技术方案:每一立方混凝土包括以下原料及百份比:水泥15-17%,砂15-18%,石35-37%,粉煤灰7-9%,炉渣22-25%,水灰比0.28-0.32。
所述的粉煤灰为II级灰,水泥为325等级。
发明益果
本配方经高温养护28天,强度预计为10MPa,经试验证实3天强度平均可达6.75MPa,替代水泥后,在强度不变的情况下,成本大大降低,取得了较好的经济效益。
具体实施方式;
实施例1:水泥100公斤,砂110公斤,石子230公斤,粉煤灰50公斤,炉渣150,水灰比0.28。
经搅拌机搅均装模后,预养24小时后拆模,在湿度75±5%,温度12±5度的情况下养护,3天后测抗压强度不均值为6.75MPa。

1.一种轻集料混凝土砌块的配制方法,其特征在于:每一立方混凝土包括以下原料及百份比:水泥15-17%,砂15-18%,石35-37%,粉煤灰7-9%,炉渣22-25%,水灰比0.28-0.32。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轻集料混凝土砌块的配制方法,其特征在于:所述的粉煤灰为II级灰,水泥为325等级。
