Abstract

一种新型槽罐出料口，所述槽罐底板与水平线成一个角度向下倾斜，所述出料口位于槽罐壁边缘的底板最低处，并在出料口与底板之间连接有一段斜坡。本发明将槽罐出料口设置在倾斜底板的底部，并用一段斜坡作为过渡，使得出料口可以更好的排出和排净剩余物料，有效避免了过渡品的产生，提高了产品品质和生产效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及白炭黑生产过程中槽罐的出料口的改造，具体涉及一种新型槽罐出料口。
背景技术
白炭黑生产过程中使用到的储槽一般是圆柱形，其底部都采用平底或斜底，所以排出和排净口都设计在槽的最低部，罐体的侧面，这样的设计虽然可以起到排出的效果，但是不能全部排空，往往在槽罐中都会有残留物料，这些残留物料进入下一个生产环节，就会在转产过程中会产生过渡品，这些过渡品很难处理，降低了产品的品质。目前客户的要求越来越严格，特别要求在不同产品转产过程中，不能有交叉污染。因此，需要对槽罐的出料口进行改造，使其能更好的排出、排净残留物料。
发明内容
本发明提供一种新型槽罐出料口，可以很好的排出和排净剩余物料，防止过渡品的产生。
为实现上述目的，采用以下技术方案：
一种新型槽罐出料口，所述槽罐底板与水平线成一个角度向下倾斜，所述出料口位于槽罐壁边缘的底板最低处。
作为本发明的进一步改进，所述出料口与底板之间连接有一段斜坡。
本发明将槽罐出料口设置在倾斜底板的底部，并用一段斜坡作为过渡，使得出料口可以更好的排出和排净剩余物料，有效避免了过渡品的产生，提高了产品品质和生产效率。

具体实施方式
如图1至2所示，给出了本发明所述的一个具体实施例，图中，槽罐出料口3位于槽罐壁1底部的底板处，底板5与水平线2成一个大于0度的斜度，出料口3与底板之间有一段斜坡4作为过渡。在出料口处可用法兰等结构作为阀门。
本发明将槽罐出料口设置在倾斜底板的底部，并用一段斜坡作为过渡，使得出料口可以更好的排出和排净剩余物料，有效避免了过渡品的产生，提高了产品品质和生产效率。

1.一种新型槽罐出料口，其特征在于，槽罐底板(5)与水平线成一个角度向下倾斜，出料口(3)位于槽罐壁(1)边缘，底板(5)最低处。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型槽罐出料口，其特征在于，所述出料口(3)与底板(5)之间连接有一段斜坡(4)过渡。
