技术领域
本发明涉及一种石英加热槽。
背景技术
在半导体行业中,芯片的酸洗通常在石英加热槽中进行。石英加热槽一般包括石英槽体和设置在石英槽体内的热电偶护管,石英槽体的底部开设有排液口。该种结构的石英加热槽温度下降快,保温效果差,导致芯片酸洗成本较高,且浪费电能。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种保温效果好的石英加热槽。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种石英加热槽,包括石英槽体和设置在石英槽体内的热电偶护管,石英槽体在底部具有排液口,所述的石英加热槽还包括贴设在石英槽体外表面的加热电阻丝、设置在加热电阻丝外周的PP塑料层以及填充在加热电阻丝与PP塑料层之间的石英棉层,所述石英加热槽还包括穿过PP塑料层、石英棉层以及加热电阻丝而与所述排液口连通的排液管。
优选地,所述加热电阻线的材质为镍铬丝。
由于采用以上技术方案的实施,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点:本发明的加热槽在石英槽体的外表面贴设加热电阻丝,对加热电阻丝通电,则加热电阻丝与石英棉保温层一起保证槽体的保温效果,从而保证芯片在酸洗过程中的保温时间。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,按照本实施例的石英加热槽包括石英槽体1、设置在石英槽体1内的热电偶护管2、贴设在石英槽体1外表面的加热电阻丝3、设置在加热电阻丝3外周的PP塑料层4以及填充在加热电阻丝3与PP塑料层4之间的石英棉层5。石英槽体1的底部中间位置设有排液口10,石英加热槽还包括穿过PP塑料层4、石英棉层5以及加热电阻丝3而与排液口10连通的排液管6。另外,在PP塑料层4上还设有电线出线口7。加热电阻丝3的材质为镍铬丝。
本发明的加热槽在石英槽体的外表面贴设加热电阻丝,且还设置了石英棉保温层,保温效果好,保证芯片在酸洗过程中的保温时间。

1.一种石英加热槽,包括石英槽体(1)和设置在所述石英槽体(1)内的热电偶护管(2),所述石英槽体(1)在底部具有排液口(10),其特征在于:所述的石英加热槽还包括贴设在所述石英槽体(1)外表面的加热电阻丝(3)、设置在所述加热电阻丝(3)外周的PP塑料层(4)以及填充在所述加热电阻丝(3)与所述PP塑料层(4)之间的石英棉层(5),所述石英加热槽还包括穿过所述PP塑料层(4)、石英棉层(5)以及加热电阻丝(3)而与所述排液口(10)连通的排液管(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的石英加热槽,其特征在于:所述的加热电阻丝(3)的材质为镍铬丝。
