Abstract
本发明公开了一种车辆后排座椅骨架,是由椅背骨架和椅座骨架构成,椅背骨架两侧架杆的中段位置上的前后面冲压有凹槽;椅背骨架下部的连接杆两端通过连接件与椅背骨架联接,连接件的前侧开设有变形槽孔;椅座骨架的前部架杆连接有传力板,传力板位于椅座骨架下部支腿的后面,传力板的下部搭接在扭力杆的后面,扭力杆的另一端向侧面延伸与椅座骨架侧面的侧板连接,椅座骨架的后部架杆与传力板的下端之间联接有斜拉杆,后部架杆两端的侧连接板上部内侧开设有变形槽孔;当汽车的后部遭受撞击时,本发明的椅背骨架和椅座骨架的设计结构能变形吸收并转移后面的撞击能量,进而保护乘坐在后排座椅的乘客避免受到人身伤害。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种车辆后排座椅骨架。
背景技术
现有的汽车后排座椅骨架没有防止后面冲击的缓冲结构设计,当汽车的后部遭受撞击时,乘坐在后排座椅的乘客极易受到人身伤害。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种车辆后排座椅骨架,该车辆后排座椅骨架能变形吸收并转移后面的撞击能量,进而保护乘坐在后排座椅的乘客避免受到人身伤害。
本发明是由椅背骨架和椅座骨架构成,椅背骨架两侧架杆的中段位置上的前后面冲压有凹槽;椅背骨架下部的连接杆两端通过连接件与椅背骨架联接,连接件的前侧开设有变形槽孔;椅座骨架的前部架杆连接有传力板,传力板位于椅座骨架下部支腿的后面,传力板的下部搭接在扭力杆的后面,扭力杆的另一端向侧面延伸与椅座骨架侧面的侧板连接,椅座骨架的后部架杆与传力板的下端之间联接有斜拉杆,后部架杆两端的侧连接板上部内侧开设有变形槽孔。
本发明的工作原理是:
当座椅的后背从后面受到撞击时,椅背骨架两侧架杆的凹槽位置强度相对较低,凹槽位置的上段架杆向内发生倾斜,即椅背骨架两侧架杆发生轻微的变形,进而吸收撞击的能量;同时,椅背骨架下部的连接杆受到撞击后,椅背骨架下部的连接杆两端的连接件,由于变形槽孔的设置,发生向前的变形,进而吸收撞击的能量。
当后部架杆从后面受到较大的撞击时,部分撞击力通过侧连接板的局部塑性变形所吸收,另一部分冲击力通过斜拉杆和传力板传递给扭力杆和椅座骨架的侧板还有强度较大的地脚支架。
本发明的有益效果是:当汽车的前部遭受撞击时,本发明的椅背骨架和椅座骨架的设计结构能变形吸收并转移后面行李箱内重物的撞击能量,进而保护乘坐在后排座椅的乘客避免受到人身伤害。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1、图2和图3所示,为本发明的实施例,该实施例是由椅背骨架1和椅座骨架2构成,椅背骨架1两侧架杆11的中段位置上的前后面冲压有凹槽12;椅背骨架1下部的连接杆13两端通过连接件14与椅背骨架1联接,连接件14的前侧开设有变形槽孔15;椅座骨架2的前部架杆22连接有传力板23,传力板23位于椅座骨架2下部支腿26的后面,传力板23的下部搭接在扭力杆24的后面,扭力杆24的另一端向侧面延伸与椅座骨架2侧面的侧板25连接,椅座骨架2的后部架杆21与传力板23的下端之间联接有斜拉杆27,后部架杆21两端的侧连接板28上部内侧开设有变形槽孔29,如图4所示;所述每个架杆11上的凹槽12为六个,其中三个凹槽12位于架杆11的中段位置上的前面,另外三个凹槽12位于架杆11的中段位置上的后面,如图1、图2和图3所示。
本实施例的工作原理是:
当座椅的后背从后面受到撞击时,椅背骨架1两侧架杆11的凹槽12位置强度相对较低,凹槽12位置的上段架杆11向内发生倾斜,即椅背骨架1两侧架杆11发生轻微的变形,进而吸收撞击的能量;同时,椅背骨架1下部的连接杆13受到撞击后,椅背骨架1下部的连接杆13两端的连接件14,由于变形槽孔15的设置,发生向前的变形,进而吸收撞击的能量;以及后部架杆21受到撞击后,由于变形槽孔29的设置,侧连接板28发生塑性变形,进而吸收撞击的能量。
当座椅的底座从后面受到撞击时,撞击力通过斜拉杆27和传力板23传递给扭力杆24和椅座骨架2的侧板25,当撞击力比较大时,扭力杆24和椅座骨架2的侧板25发生变形,进而吸收撞击的能量。

1.一种车辆后排座椅骨架,是由椅背骨架(1)和椅座骨架(2)构成,椅背骨架(1)两侧架杆(11)的中段位置上的前后面冲压有凹槽(12);椅背骨架(1)下部的连接杆(13)两端通过连接件(14)与椅背骨架(1)联接,连接件(14)的前侧开设有变形槽孔(15),椅座骨架(2)的后部架杆(21)两端的侧连接板(28)上部内侧开设有变形槽孔(29),其特征在于:所述椅座骨架(2)的前部架杆(22)连接有传力板(23),传力板(23)位于椅座骨架(2)下部支腿(26)的后面,传力板(23)的下部搭接在扭力杆(24)一端的后面,扭力杆(24)的另一端向侧面延伸与椅座骨架(2)侧面的侧板(25)连接,椅座骨架(2)的后部架杆(21)与传力板(23)的下端之间联接有斜拉杆(27);所述每个架杆(11)上的凹槽(12)为六个,其中三个凹槽(12)位于架杆(11)的中段位置上的前面,另外三个凹槽(12)位于架杆(11)的中段位置上的后面。
