Abstract

抛物面反射镜下聚焦式45°角异形保温介质箱属于太阳能中高温利用设备制造领域,主要解决保温箱相对不动时的抛物反射面的转动受保温箱阻碍问题。本发明的创新点在于以上所述的保温箱转变为异形保温介质箱,即保温介质箱内胆和外皮的竖切面是一个45°角梯形,异形保温介质箱或者仅仅上部为一个圆台,圆台母线与底面成45°角。这个角度可以保证抛物反射面以中心对称线为轴心前后左右各旋转45°,及可以在东西或南北90°的范围内旋转。也可以分档位使保温箱进行角度移动,即保温箱可以上午一个角度,下午一个角度,这样就能保证抛物反射面在东西180°范围内接收阳光。其中圆台的上底面做成开口作为通光孔,圆台的下底面或者保温箱的下边做成吸收面吸收太阳光。

背景技术:
太阳能中高温利用中熔盐相变材料已得到广泛研究并在某些领域得到应用,但小型的适合老百姓使用的相变储能技术并未得到有效开发。
发明内容:
目前太阳能中高温技术一般是聚光产生高温使盐类熔解促成相变,抛物面反射镜下聚焦式中高温相变太阳能采取了改变太阳灶的“上聚焦式”为“下聚焦式”,可以解决储存相变能量、不遮挡阳光、减轻运动负荷、便于工程连接等特点。但是如果下边的保温箱不动则影响抛物反射面旋转,因此需要把抛物反射面下边的保温箱设计成异形箱,便可以使抛物反射面在一定角度范围内旋转。
本发明通过对保温箱内胆和外皮形状进行改变,即保温箱内胆和外皮的竖切面是一个底角为45°角的梯形,梯形延中心对称线(圆台的轴)旋转形成一个圆台状水箱。其中圆台的上底面做成开口作为为通光孔,下底面做成吸收面吸收太阳光。
此种结构方式可以使在保温箱不动时,抛物面反射面能够在东西或南北90°角的范围内转动,且太阳光反射光能够不断送入保温箱内部,达到“保温箱相对不动”便于工程连接固定、减少转动负荷的目的。

具体实施方式
结合附图进行一下说明:在图1中,抛物面反射装置2和3位于上方且有共同的焦点,其焦点在空间安装部位重合,焦点处放置螺旋调焦装置1,可轻微转动使更多的太阳光反射光线通过通光孔12进入保温箱8内,转动轴位于反射面3和保温箱8之间,即通光孔附近,目的是减少反射面3的转动空间范围,保温箱不动,保温箱不动可以更好的利于个体间的链接。保温箱8位于下方,其内装有固体相变材料。达到一定温度后会变成液体,储存能量。
本发明的创新点在于以上所述的保温水箱,即保温水箱内胆和外皮的竖切面是一个45°角梯形,图1中9显示圆台母线与底面的45°角。这个角度可以保证抛物反射面以中心对称线为轴心前后左右各旋转45°,及可以在东西或南北90°的范围内旋转。但太阳在东西的旋转角度为180°,其中最有用的角度在120°的范围内,90°的转动范围满足不了全天候的运转。但90°的转动范围可以保证吸收当天太阳能能量的80%,也可以分档位使保温箱进行角度移动,即保温箱可以上午一个角度,下午一个角度,这样就能保证抛物反射面在东西180°范围内接收阳光。其中圆台的上底面做成开口作为通光孔,下底面做成吸收面吸收太阳光。
保温介质箱可以为其他形状,如上边为圆台状,下边为柱形状,但上边必须是所述圆台状。
综上所述:可以概括为:一种抛物面反射镜下聚焦式45°角异形保温介质箱,其特征是保温箱或者保温箱上部转变为圆台状的异形保温介质箱,所述保温介质箱内胆和外皮的任意竖切面是一个45°角梯形,即所述圆台母线与底面成45°角,这个角度可以在保温箱相对不动时,抛物反射面在中心位置前后左右旋转45°,即可以在东西或南北90°的范围内旋转,或者保温箱进行档位移动,每个档位对准一个角度,抛物反射面相对大地在东西180°范围内旋转。

1.一种抛物面反射镜下聚焦式45°角异形保温介质箱其特征是:保温箱或者保温箱上部转变为圆台状的异形保温介质箱,所述保温介质箱内胆和外皮的任意竖切面是一个45°角梯形,即所述圆台母线与底面成45°角,这个角度可以在保温箱相对不动时,抛物反射面在中心位置前后左右旋转45°,即可以在东西或南北90°的范围内旋转,或者保温箱进行档位移动,每个档位对准一个角度,抛物反射面相对大地在东西180°范围内旋转。
