Claims (7)
- 常に太陽の動きに従って回転する集光鏡と、受熱してエネルギーを貯蔵する受入装置と、集光鏡が太陽の動きに従って動くように制御する電気制御ユニットと、を含むFPR鏡(Focus、Project、Reflect鏡の略称)太陽熱集熱システムにおいて、
前記FPR鏡太陽熱集熱システムには、集光鏡の鏡面に対して同軸一体で、焦点が重なる投射鏡が設けれ、前記集光鏡の中心には、投射鏡の光斑点に干渉しなく且つ集光鏡の鏡面より遥かに小さい貫通穴が形成され、投射鏡のある集光鏡の反対側には、反射鏡が設けられ、反射鏡と投射鏡と集光鏡が鏡面セットを構成し、前記反射鏡の主光軸の延長方向には、位置が変らない受入装置が設けられ、主光軸の上には、全体の鏡面セットが反射鏡の中心の周りを回転するように駆動する第一モータが設けられ、前記第一モータは、電気制御ユニットの制御を受けられるように電気制御ユニットに電気接続されていることと、
集熱する前記鏡面セットは、ジャイロジンバル(gyro gimbal)の上に設けられ、前記FPR鏡太陽熱集熱システムは、軸方向が鏡面セットの回転軸に垂直する集光鏡角度制御モジュールをさらに含み、前記集光鏡角度制御モジュールは、反射鏡の軸線の両側に設けられ、且つトルクが相殺する第二モータ牽引リンクと釣合重りを含み、前記第二モータ牽引リンクは、集光鏡の外側面に繋がっている、
ことを特徴とするFPR鏡太陽熱集熱システム。 - 前記反射鏡が平面状反射鏡である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のFPR鏡太陽熱集熱システム。
- 前記反射鏡が環状凹部を有する球面状反射鏡である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のFPR鏡太陽熱集熱システム。
- 前記受入装置の外側表面に保温材料が設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のFPR鏡太陽熱集熱システム。
- 前記集光鏡の形状は、集光機能を有している回転放物面状凹面鏡或いは球面状凹面鏡である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のFPR鏡太陽熱集熱システム。
- 前記第一モータと第二モータは、少なくともステッピングモータ或いはサーボモータ中の一種である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のFPR鏡太陽熱集熱システム。
- 前記集熱システムは、1つ以上の鏡面セットと各自の電気制御ユニットを含み、前記各々の電気制御ユニットは、同期作動するように並列接続或いは直列接続され、各々の鏡面セットの反射鏡の主光軸が位置の変らない受入装置に集まる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のFPR鏡太陽熱集熱システム。
