技术领域
本发明涉及一种非线性光学材料一水合二甲基铵五硼酸铝(化学式:[Al(B5O10)]·2CH3NH3·H2O)。
背景技术
自20世纪60年代激光问世以来,非线性光学得到了快速发展,并成为现代光学的一个新领域。非线性光学材料在现代科学技术中,特别是若干军事和民用高科技领域中,如光电通讯、光信息存储、集成电路、光开关、光限制器、彩色激光打印、激光致盲武器、海洋鱼群探测等,有着广泛的应用。
研究表明硼酸盐化合物相比其它类型的化合物更易形成非中心对称的结构,而非心的结构是产生非线性光学效应的前提条件。因此,长期以来,非线性光学的硼酸盐晶体一直是人们的研究热点。目前已实际应用的非线性光学硼酸盐晶体包括LiB3O5(LBO),β-BaB2O4(BBO),BiB3O6(BIBO)等,但是他们都是无机材料,寻找和发展新的有机无机杂化的非线性光学材料还是非常有意义的。我们在以前工作的基础上,采用伯胺为模板剂,从而得到了性能优越的新型的有机无机杂化的非线性光学材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于制备一种非线性光学晶体一水合二甲基铵五硼酸铝(化学式:[Al(B5O10)]·2CH3NH3·H2O),其技术方案如下:
我们选择异丙醇铝(Al(i-PrO)3)和硼酸(H3BO3)作原料,其摩尔比为1∶5,采用甲胺醇,乙胺醇和水作为模板剂和溶剂,利用异丙醇铝水解成的手性AlO4四面体与硼氧非心阴离子簇协同组装,并以单质子化的甲胺阳离子作抗衡离子,在水(剂)热条件下得到一水合二甲基铵五硼酸铝的晶体材料。反应物Al(i-PrO)3和H3BO3摩尔比为1∶5,采用甲胺醇,乙胺醇和水为模版剂和溶剂,反应温度为160℃,反应时间为7天。
我们测得该化合物的单晶结构,其结构参数如下:
化学式为[Al(B5O10)]·2CH3NH3·H2O,分子量为323.18,属单斜晶系,空间群C2,单胞参数为α=9.745(2)b=10.588(1)c=8.513(2)α=γ=90°,β=120.86(1)°,V=754.0(2)Z=2。
该一水合二甲基铵五硼酸铝的主体阴离子骨架由AlO4四面体和B5O10单元通过共顶点交替连接而成,具有三维交叉的孔道,即沿[001],[110],[101]和[112]四个方向具有十一圆环的孔道。单质子化的甲胺则填充在孔道中,与主体骨架通过氢键作用连接起来。这些氢键对结构的稳定存在扮演了很重要的角色。
非线性光学测量表明,一水合二甲基铵五硼酸铝具有优良的非线性光学性能,在1064nm激光照射下输出很强的532nm绿光,其粉末SHG系数为KDP的2.0倍,与LBO相当。
本发明提供的一水合二甲基铵五硼酸铝是通过水(剂)热合成方法生长出的晶体。本发明所采用的材料制备方法具有工艺简单、产率高及重复性好等优点。该材料的优点是不易溶于一般的溶剂,光吸收低、透光范围大。
该发明所制备的非线性光学材料可应用在海洋鱼群探测、光盘记录、彩色激光打印、激光投影电视、光纤通讯、电光调制、光折变信息处理等高科技领域。
具体实施方式
1、化合物的制备
首先把Al(i-PrO)3(162mg,0.8mmoL)与H3BO3(240mg,4mmoL)的混合物加入到装有4mL甲胺醇(V(CH3NH2)∶V(CH3CH2OH)=1∶2),2mL乙胺醇(V(CH3CH2NH2)∶V(CH3CH2OH)=1∶2)和0.5mL水(H2O)混合溶液的聚四氟乙烯反应釜中,放在磁力搅拌器上搅拌大约两小时。将聚四氟乙烯反应釜装入不锈钢高压反应器中密封,在160℃下反应7天得到无色透明的柱状晶体。
2、性能测试
我们对得到的一水合二甲基铵五硼酸铝进行光学性能测试,其粉末状态下的二阶非线性光学效应约为KDP的2.0倍。

1.一种非线性光学晶体一水合二甲基铵五硼酸铝,其特征在于:该晶体化学式为[Al(B5O10)]·2CH3NH3·H2O,分子量为:323.18,属单斜晶系,空间群C2(No.5),单胞参数为α=γ=90°,β=120.86(1)°,Z=2。
2.一种权利要求1的一水合二甲基铵五硼酸铝的制备方法,采用溶剂热法制备,其特征在于:反应物Al(i-PrO)3和H3BO3摩尔比为1:5,采用甲胺醇,乙胺醇和水为模板剂和溶剂,反应温度为160℃,反应时间为7天。
3.一种权利要求1的一水合二甲基铵五硼酸铝的用途,其特征在于:该晶体可应用在海洋鱼群探测、光盘记录、彩色激光打印、激光投影电视、光纤通讯、电光调制、光折变信息处理高科技领域。
