本发明公开了净化器测压台，其特征在于：具有一台体，台面上安装有固定座，固定座前端固定安装有固定罩盖，所述固定罩盖端面上设有皮碗，所述的固定罩盖与皮碗中心开有通孔，通孔连接有入气管道；固定座边还安装有气缸，气缸活塞端固定安装有活动罩盖，活动罩盖端面上也固定安装有皮碗；所述的固定罩盖与活动罩盖之间夹持被测试工件。能够方便稳固的将净化器金属外壳卡装在皮碗之间，并通入气体测试气密性，节省了大量时间。

技术领域：
本发明涉及柴油机尾气净化器生产设备领域，具体的说是一种净化器测压台。
背景技术：
自柴油机问世以来凭借其良好的动力性、经济性和耐久性广泛地应用于各种动力装置、船舶和车辆，至今其仍是热效率最高的热力发动机，柴油车发展势头迅猛，我国2010年估计柴油车保有量达到1200万辆。
随着柴油机数量的增加和人们环保意识的增强，柴油机对空气的污染问题日益突出，柴油机尾气中的主要成分及其分布为：水蒸气2.60％，CO2 7.1％，O2 15％，N2 75.21％，其他微量成分包括微粒物(PM)占0.09％，以及CO，未燃HC，NO2，SO2，硫酸盐，醛和氨气等，其中微粒物主要包括固体碳粒(soot)，或称为不可溶解部分(insol或IOF)、液相碳氢化合物(HC)，或称为可溶解有机成分(SOF)或可挥发有机成分(VOF)和少量吸附其上的H2SO4及硫酸盐，人们最初认为，柴油机排气微粒只影响能见度，随着研究的不断深入，其危害性逐渐被人们了解，一些研究已经证实排气微粒可以引起慢性疾病，美国环保局(EPA)的试验证明，SOF具有诱变作用，其组分的90％以上为致癌物质，觉大多数排气微粒的粒径在0.01～1.0μm之间，能长时间悬浮在大气中，很容易通过呼吸系统进入肺泡并沉积下来，较小微粒甚至可以进入血液中，对人体健康的威胁很大。
因此国内现有的柴油车辆绝大多数安装了柴油机尾气净化器，其结构为金属筒体内安装有含有催化剂的载体，起到过滤并氧化除去微粒物中的可挥发有机物(SOF)，减少微粒物(PM)的排放作用；在柴油机尾气净化器生产过程中，其金属外壳的密封性能非常重要，需要提供一种专用装置来测量其是否漏气。
发明内容：
为解决现有技术存在的问题，本发明提供了一种净化器测压台，通过在台面上安装固定座，固定座上安装固定皮碗，固定皮碗中心开有通孔，通孔内安装有入气管道；固定座边还安装有气缸，气缸活塞端固定安装有活动皮碗的结构方式，能够将方便稳固的将净化器金属外壳卡装在皮碗之间，并通入气体测试气密性，节省了大量时间，为企业创造了经济效益。
本发明采用的技术方案：

本发明的优点：
被测试工件为净化器，固定罩盖与活动罩盖能够方便稳固的将净化器金属外壳卡装在皮碗之间，皮碗与净化器结合处保持弹性密封，从固定定罩盖中间通入气体测试净化器气密性，节省了大量时间。
