Abstract

本发明涉及一种具有热保护的管道泵,包括电机,在电机上设置有把手,在电机轴上设有泵体,泵体上设有出水口和进水口,在泵体内部设有叶轮,泵体一侧用泵盖固定密封,泵体上固定有温度探测装置,温度探测装置与电路板连接;泵体采用铜材料制成,泵体上开有一盲孔,温度探测装置通过导热胶密封在泵体上;泵体和叶轮之间设有铜嵌件,泵体内侧开有一盲孔,温度探测装置通过导热胶密封在泵体上,与泵体型腔壁接触;电机的下方设有支架,支架的内部设有温控盒,温控盒内部安装温控电路板,温控盒盖将温控盒密封。一旦铜泵体型腔内部温度过高,电路板输出信号切断管道泵的电源,管道泵停止转动,有效的防止泵体和叶轮的温度过高而导致叶轮的损坏。

Description

一种具有热保护的管道泵
技术领域
本发明涉及一种管道泵的技术,尤其是涉及一种能够在管道泵过热的情况下起到保护泵体的具有热保护的管道泵。
背景技术
日常生活中,在使用水泵的时候,经常需要把地面上的积水拖干,当水比较多时,这比较辛苦。有一种水泵可以像吸尘器一样,把地面水吸干,用电机高速旋转叶轮,在进水管口产生负压,水就往低压处跑,这样水就被吸进了管道泵,正常使用情况下,水泵可以利用吸上来的水来冷却叶轮和泵体。可是当水抽干后,就没有水来冷却泵体和叶轮,当残留在泵体腔内的水蒸发干以后,泵体温度上升很快。这时如果没有热保护,几十秒到几分钟的时间,叶轮就会损坏。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种在泵体过热的情况下能够及时停止水泵继续工作的具有热保护的管道泵。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种具有热保护的管道泵,包括电机,在电机上设置有把手,在电机轴上设有泵体,泵体上设有出水口和进水口,在泵体内部设有叶轮,泵体一侧用泵盖固定密封,所述的泵体上固定有温度探测装置,温度探测装置与温控电路板连接。
为了能够在导热方面达到更好的效果,并且不影响泵的正常工作,所述的泵体采用铜材料制成,泵体上开有一盲孔,温度探测装置通过导热胶密封在泵体上。
能够达到导热效果的另一种结构为,所述的泵体和叶轮之间设有铜嵌件,泵体内侧开有一盲孔,温度探测装置通过导热胶密封在泵体上。
为了方便管道泵的安装,方便温控电路板的安装并且在外观上不会显得臃肿,所述的电机的下方设有支架,支架的内部设有温控盒,温控盒内部安装温控电路板,温控盒盖将温控盒密封。
为了能够更好的实现温度的探测,所述的温度探测装置采用的是热敏电阻。
本发明的有益效果是:采用了热敏电阻来监测泵体和叶轮的温度,一旦铜泵体温度过高,电路板输出信号切断管道泵的电源,管道泵停止转动,能够有效的防止泵体和叶轮的温度过高而导致叶轮的损坏,不能够正常工作。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2和图3所示一种具有热保护的管道泵,包括电机10,在电机10上设置有把手16,在电机轴10-1上设有泵体5,泵体5上设有出水口5-2和进水口5-1,在泵体5内部设有叶轮4,泵体5一侧用泵盖2固定密封,所述的泵体5上固定有温度探测装置6,温度探测装置6与温控电路板13连接;所述的泵体5采用铜材料制成,泵体5上开有一盲孔7,温度探测装置6通过导热胶密封在泵体5上;所述的电机10的下方设有支架11,支架11的内部设有温控盒12,温控盒12内部安装温控电路板13,温控盒盖14将温控盒12密封;所述的温度探测装置6采用的是热敏电阻。泵盖2通过十字槽盘头螺钉1和其内的泵体密封垫3密封泵体,电机轴10-1通过骨架油封8和甩水圈9防止水进入电机10。在底部设有橡胶脚垫15防止减缓震动。
热敏电阻通过导热胶灌封在铜泵体的盲孔里面,当温度过热时及时切断管道泵的电源,保护叶轮不受损害;并且将电路板设置在电机下方的支架内,不会显得管道泵臃肿。
以上仅是具体应用范例,对本保护范围不构成任何限制。凡采用等同替换或等效变换形式的技术方案,均落在本要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (5)

1.一种具有热保护的管道泵,包括电机(10),在电机(10)上设置有把手(16),在电机轴(10-1)上设有泵体(5),泵体(5)上设有出水口(5-2)和进水口(5-1),在泵体(5)内部设有叶轮(4),泵体(5)一侧用泵盖(2)固定密封,其特征是:所述的泵体(5)上固定有温度探测装置(6),温度探测装置(6)与温控电路板(13)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有热保护的管道泵,其特征是:所述的泵体(5)采用铜材料制成,泵体(5)上开有一盲孔(7),温度探测装置(6)通过导热胶密封在泵体(5)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有热保护的管道泵,其特征是:所述的泵体(5)和叶轮(4)之间设有铜嵌件,泵体(5)内侧开有一盲孔(7),温度探测装置(6)通过导热胶密封在泵体上,与泵体型腔内壁接触。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有热保护的管道泵,其特征是:所述的电机(10)的下方设有支架(11),支架(11)的内部设有温控盒(12),温控盒(12)内部安装温控电路板(13),温控盒盖(14)将温控盒(12)密封。
5.根据权利要求1-3所述的具有热保护的管道泵,其特征是:所述的温度探测装置(6)采用的是热敏电阻。
