Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及将原始包装的印刷板集装架适当地对齐到计算机到板成像装置中的设备和方法。
背景技术
多种系统和应用使用层叠的片或板或使用这二者,该层叠的片或板可由金属、纸、塑料及类似物制成。印刷板(下文单独或共同称为“板”)通常层叠在被容纳板并便于对其进行保护、运输和处理的板集装架中。
用于处理印刷板的系统一般使用具有特定尺寸的盒子。盒子通常能被设置为盛放多种尺寸的板,于在同一托盘中的所有板都具有同一尺寸。可手工将板从板集装架中移走并插入盒子中以供板成像系统使用。层叠在板集装架中的板被中间纸片分开,下文称为分隔纸。
盛放印刷板的盒子重且体积大,且移动此种托盘需要复杂且昂贵的机构并且非常耗时;尤其是将板从板集装架装到盒子中区的过程中。广泛认可存在对自动且高效的处理系统的需要,用于将板从板集装架中直接供送到成像装置中,同时在板供送过程中保持板的精准对齐。共同转让的序列号为NO.12/045,058的美国专利申请描述的发明满足了该需要。
从板制造商处接收的板堆通常由至少600块板构成。每块板都被分隔纸与下一块分开,并且整个板堆都放置在集装架上。在将板运送到装板装置中的过程中或在将板装到成像单元中的过程中,板可能从其原始位置移动或脱落。该移动也可发生在将板堆从制造商运输到终端用户的过程中。
下面公开的本发明建议了对所述问题的解决方案。
发明内容
简而言之,根据本发明的一个方面,一种设备限制板在板堆中运动,其中在计算机到板(CTP)成像装置中处理板期间,所述板堆位于板集装架上。该设备包括被配置为承载位于板集装架上的板堆的板集装架适配器,且板集装架位于板集装架适配器上。至少一个限位件附连至板堆的至少一面,其中所述至少一个限位件被配置为限制板堆的运动。

具体实施方式
本发明描述了用于接收呈原始制造形式的印刷板集装架并使其进入计算机到板(CTP)成像装置的设备和方法。使用常规的叉举机械将板集装架送入CPT装置中。该过程在布置集装架中引入相对于装板系统的固有的位置不准确性。另一方面,装板系统需要高度精准的先决条件。下文公开的本发明将这两方面联系起来。板集装架被送入连接至CTP装置的自动集装架装载(APL)装置。APL接收被原始地包装在集装架上的大多数板。被送入APL中的集装架上的板堆11应该相对于装板系统被精准地定位和对齐,从而直接从集装架允许适当的装板功能。
图1、2和3示出放在板集装架13上的板堆11。板堆11和板集装架13呈现出从板制造商运送来的原始形式。板堆11和板集装架13位于印刷地点处的板集装架适配器17上以如图4所示被插入APL装置40中。为了固定板堆11且避免在板堆11的各运输阶段中或在将板装到成像单元内的过程中避免板或分隔片的任何移动,引入板限位件19。限位件19安装到板堆的至少一面上。限位件19通过限位件支撑框架15固定至板集装架适配器17,并通过使用至少一个板堆限位件19压迫板集装架13的面而固定板堆11以防止其移动。
图5中引入了另一类型的限位件。限位件51固定至板集装架13并固定板堆11以防止其移动。能在板制造商处或在成像单元处安装限位件51。图5还示出限位件19由限位件支撑框架15支撑,其中限位件19在一面固定板堆11,且限位件51附连至板集装架13并在其余面固定板堆11。限位件19和限位件51至少由两个部件构造成。图6A、6B、7A和7B示出这样的限位件结构60的示例性构造。限位件包括限位件支架68或限位件基座。限位件支架用于将限位件固定至板集装架适配器17或板堆13。限位件结构60包含两个固定部件。第一部件是固定限位件部分62,其一端附连至限位件支架68且另一端经由铰链66连接至折叠限位件部分64。
在板堆11包含大量板且堆需要高限位件支撑时,限位件19或51将处于打开位置。在打开位置中,如图6A和7A所示,折叠限位件部分64将直立于固定限位件部分62顶部,部分62和64一起固定板堆11的整个高度。
在板堆11包含少于某一量的板时,固定件19或51将处于闭合位置。在闭合位置中,如图6B和7B所示,折叠限位件部分64将折叠在固定限位件部分62上,只用固定限位件部分62固定。
已经特定参照本发明的一些优选实施例详细描述了本发明,但应当理解可在本发明范围内实施各种变体和修改。
Claims (17)
1.一种用于限制板在板堆中运动的设备,其中在计算机到板,即CTP,成像装置中处理所述板期间,所述板堆被置于板集装架上,所述设备包含:
被配置为承载位于所述板集装架上的所述板堆的板集装架适配器,其中所述板集装架位于所述板集装架适配器上;以及
附连至所述板堆的至少一面的至少一个限位件,其中所述至少一个限位件被配置为限制所述板堆的运动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中所述限位件附连至所述集装架适配器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中所述限位件附连至所述板集装架。
4.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中所述至少一个限位件相对于所述板集装架适配器水平定位。
5.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中多于一个限位件附连至所述板集装架适配器,并且所述多于一个限位件中的每一个都被配置为限制所述板堆的至少一面的运动。
6.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中所述至少一个限位件还包含高度调整元件。
7.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中所述至少一个限位件还包含多于一个限位件部分,其中每两个连贯的所述限位件部分被连接元件连接。
8.根据权利要求7所述的设备,其中所述限位件被配置为在打开位置或在关闭位置操作。
9.根据权利要求7所述的设备,其中所述限位件元件处于打开位置并且所述两个连贯的部分是一个位于另一个顶部上。
10.根据权利要求7所述的设备,其中所述限位件处于闭合位置并且所述两个连贯的部分相互平行。
11.根据权利要求7所述的设备,其中所述限位件元件用弹簧固定。
12.根据权利要求7所述的设备,其中所述限位件元件用磁铁固定。
13.根据权利要求7所述的设备,其中所述连接元件是铰链。
14.根据权利要求7所述的设备,其中所述连接元件被集成在每个所述限位件部分内。
15.一种用于限制板在板堆中运动的方法,其中在计算机到板,即CTP,成像装置中处理板期间,所述板堆被置于板集装架上,所述方法包含以下步骤:
提供被配置为承载所述板堆的板集装架适配器,其中所述板堆被置于所述板集装架上,且其中所述板集装架被置于所述板集装架适配器上;以及
附连至少一个限位件至所述板堆的至少一面,其中所述至少一个限位件被配置为限制所述板堆的运动。
16.根据权利要求15所述的方法,其中所述限位件被附连至所述集装架适配器。
17.根据权利要求15所述的方法,其中所述限位件被附连至所述集装架。
