技术领域
本发明提供了一种径向保护轴承,属于磁悬浮轴承系统领域。
背景技术
在磁悬浮轴承系统中,为了确保系统的可靠性与安全性,一般需要一套保护轴承(也称为辅助轴承,或备用轴承,或应急轴承),其中之一就是承受径向载荷的径向保护轴承,目的是在磁悬浮轴承失效时在径向临时支承高速旋转的转子,保护磁悬浮装备不受损坏。由于磁悬浮轴承的转速一般都很高,并且转子组件与滚动轴承内圈之间有较大的径向间隙,转子组件在跌落到保护轴承上时会产生很大的冲击。现有保护轴承抵抗冲击的能力较差,常常发生保护轴承烧坏而损坏设备的严重事故。传统结构中通过弹性阻尼器来吸收由于转子组件和滚动轴承内圈之间的径向间隙而产生的冲击能量,结构非常复杂,没有从根本上解决冲击问题。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种由滚动轴承和开缝护套组成的径向保护轴承,可以满足高速磁悬浮轴承系统的需要,提高了保护轴承的可靠性和安全性,减小冲击产生的能量。
本发明为解决其技术问题采用如下技术方案:
一种径向保护轴承,包括螺钉、端盖、滚动轴承、转子组件、机座、其中,端盖通过螺钉固定在机座上,滚动轴承通过滚动轴承的外圈固定在机座的内孔上,其特征在于还包括开缝护套,开缝护套与转子组件装配在一起,开缝护套与滚动轴承的内圈存在径向间隙,开缝护套的开缝部分正对于滚动轴承的内圈。
本发明的有益效果如下:
通过开缝护套在离心力作用下,开缝段沿着径向变形来减小径向间隙,同时形成悬臂梁结构,代替了传统结构中的弹性阻尼器,在径向上为系统提供了弹性阻尼,进而降低了冲击产生的能量,简化了径向保护轴承的结构,提高了保护轴承的寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明创造的工作原理做进一步详细说明。
如图1所示,一种径向保护轴承,包括螺钉1、端盖2、滚动轴承、转子组件5、机座7,其中,端盖2通过螺钉1固定在机座7上,滚动轴承通过滚动轴承的外圈3固定在机座7的内孔上,其特征在于还包括开缝护套4,开缝护套4与转子组件5装配在一起,开缝护套4与滚动轴承的内圈6存在径向间隙,开缝护套4的开缝部分正对于滚动轴承的内圈6。
开缝护套4如图2所示,作为磁悬浮轴承系统中承受径向载荷的径向保护轴承,由于滚动轴承的内圈与转子组件在径向方向有0.2mm左右的间隙,转子组件跌落到径向保护轴承上时在径向会产生在很大的冲击,容易导致保护轴承的损坏。本发明在径向设计了一个开缝护套,由于开缝护套4通过过盈配合与转子组件5装配在一起,因此开缝护套4跟着转子组件5一起旋转。开缝护套4在开缝处类似于悬臂梁结构,故开缝护套4的开缝段在离心力作用下会沿径向变形,因此可以减小开缝护套4与滚动轴承的内圈6之间的径向间隙,同时开缝段形成悬臂梁结构,代替了传统结构中的弹性阻尼器,从而降低了径向上冲击产生的能量。当磁悬浮轴承失效时,这种径向保护轴承能够在径向保护磁悬浮装备不受冲击损坏。
本发明采用滚动轴承和开缝护套组成一个径向保护轴承。在径向方向,将滚动轴承的内圈6装配在机座7中,将开缝护套4装配在转子组件5上。这样组合起来的径向保护轴承能够适应更高的工作转速,更大的径向间隙,并能减小由冲击而产生的能量。

1.一种径向保护轴承,包括螺钉(1)、端盖(2)、滚动轴承、转子组件(5)、机座(7),其中,端盖(2)通过螺钉(1)固定在机座(7)上,滚动轴承通过滚动轴承的外圈(3)固定在机座(7)的内孔上,其特征在于还包括开缝护套(4),开缝护套(4)与转子组件(5)装配在一起,开缝护套(4)与滚动轴承的内圈(6)存在径向间隙,开缝护套(4)的开缝部分正对于滚动轴承的内圈(6)。
