Abstract

一种用于导管架加固的机械压载装置,包括液压缸、筒型基础、立柱、支撑桁架、活动横梁、延长管卡、压载底座。筒型基础作为装置的基础,为机械压载装置提供抗拔力,液压缸为机械压载装置提供向下压载的动力,立柱,支撑桁架作为整个机械压载装置的主框架,活动横梁作为机械压载装置施加压力的构件,延长管卡为机械压载装置延长压载行程,压载底座对被压载构件起保护作用。筒型基础与立柱及支撑桁架连接构成机械压载装置的主体,液压缸安装在支撑桁架的两根竖向支撑杆中,液压缸的伸长,通过活动横梁将压力传到被压结构上。使用过程中先将机械压载装置吊装入水,定位完毕后,将筒型基础贯入到位,连接液压缸上的液压管线,启动液压缸进行压载作业。

技术领域
本发明及一种海洋工程领域筒型基础安装装置的创新。
背景技术
随着边际油田越来越多的得到开发,筒型基础以其建造成本,安装成本低的特点越来越多的应用到了海上石油平台上。由于平台地质勘察存在着较大的不可预见性,为筒型基础安装带来了困难,出现了筒型基础贯入过程中出现渗流的现象,使得筒型基础不能靠负压贯入到位。
发明内容:
本发明解决的技术问题是提供一种用于导管架加固的机械压载装置,通过外加荷载或减小阻力的方法来解决上述问题,机械压载装置利用液压缸来为筒型基础的贯入提供外加荷载,同时在配合适当的减阻方法可以很好的解决筒型基础贯入困难的问题。
本发明技术内容为,一种用于导管架加固的机械压载装置,包括液压缸、筒型基础、立柱、支撑桁架、活动横梁、延长管卡、压载底座。筒型基础作为装置的基础,为机械压载装置提供抗拔力,液压缸为机械压载装置提供向下压载的动力,立柱,支撑桁架作为整个机械压载装置的主框架,活动横梁作为机械压载装置施加压力的构件,延长管卡为机械压载装置延长压载行程,压载底座对被压载构件起保护作用。筒型基础与立柱及支撑桁架连接构成机械压载装置的主体,液压缸安装在支撑桁架的两根竖向支撑杆中,一端与支撑桁架上横梁连接,另一端与活动横梁连接,液压缸的伸长,通过活动横梁将压力传到被压结构上。使用过程中先将机械压载装置吊装入水,待定位完毕后,将筒型基础贯入到位,连接液压缸上的液压管线,启动液压缸进行压载作业。
本发明的有益效果是,该机械压载装置能提供最大500吨的压载能力,且可重复利用,安装及回收过程中对施工机具的要求低,既可用于筒型基础的贯入辅助设备,也可作为海洋平台的永久加固结构。能够很好的解决常规设备不能解决的问题,且成本低廉。

具体实施方式:
如图1所示,首先将机械压载装置的立柱2与筒型基础1利用立柱连接法兰7进行组对连接,用液压缸10将支撑桁架4与活动横梁3进行连接,然后将支撑桁架4及活动横梁3安装到立柱2上并利用支撑桁架连接法兰8进行安装固定。主结构安装完毕后连接液压管线。机械压载装置全部安装完毕后利用小型吊机将机械压载装置吊装下水。机械压载装置吊装下水后,按照预定的位置进行筒型基础1贯入,筒型基础1贯入完毕后,在被压载结构11上安装压载底座6,安装完毕后启动液压装置,进行压载作业。第一次压载可将被压载结构11向下压入液压缸的一个行程,第一次压载完毕后解除支撑桁架4与立柱2的法兰连接,并收回液压缸10,支撑桁架4沿立柱下降了一定的高度,将延长管卡5安装到支撑桁架4与立柱2顶端法兰盘之间并进行固定,再次启动液压缸10进行第二次压载,如此反复作业将被压载结构11压到预定位置。

Claims (3)

1.一种用于导管架加固的机械压载装置,由液压缸、筒型基础、立柱、支撑桁架、活动横梁、延长管卡、压载底座组成,其特征在于,液压缸安装在支撑桁架的两根竖向支撑杆中,一端与支撑桁架上横梁连接,另一端与活动横梁连接,液压缸的伸长,通过活动横梁将压力传到被压结构上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于导管架加固的机械压载装置,其特征在于延长管卡为机械压载装置延长压载行程。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于导管架加固的机械压载装置,其特征在于利用液压缸实现压载功能,可用于海洋工程压载作业及永久加固。
